Die Zielgruppe sämtlicher Einrichtungen des Bereichs „Arbeit“ bilden Personen mit Beeinträchtigung, die nicht, nicht mehr oder noch nicht am allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt tätig sind und Rehabilitation, individuelle Unterstützung und persönliche Assistenz benötigen. Jeder Mensch ist im Prinzip als arbeitsfähig einzustufen. Auch Menschen mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf sind in diesem Sinn tätige Menschen. Die Lebenshilfe versucht, diesem Ansatz gerecht zu werden, indem sie Leistungsmodule auf die Bedürfnisse der jeweiligen Klient/inn/en abstimmt. Es sind dies Information/Beratung, Arbeitsorientierung, unterstütztes Arbeiten, integrative Beschäftigung inklusive Job-Coaching und Berufsvorbereitung. Il target di tutte le strutture comprese nel settore „Lavoro“ sono persone con handicap che non hanno, non hanno più o non hanno ancora accesso al libero mercato del lavoro, avendo nello stesso tempo bisogno di misure riabilitative, di sostegno individuale e di assistenza personale. Ogni persona va considerata sostanzialmente abile al lavoro. Anche persone con un bisogno elevato di assistenza svolgono, in questo senso, lavori. La Lebenshilfe si impegna a essere all’altezza di questo principio, eseguendo prestazioni che fanno parte dei moduli informazione/consulenza, orientamento lavorativo, lavoro assistito, lavoro integrativo incluso job-coaching nonché preparazione professionale. 25
