Scientific article concerns the topic: several legal aspects of relations between<br />
spouses (a. personal relations of spouses; b. property relations of the spouses).<br />
Personal as well as property rights and obligations of the spouses are described<br />
in the article.<br />
It is mentioned in the Article, that personal as well as property relations are<br />
generated only in cases of the marriages registered at the territorial offices of the<br />
Civil Registry Agency. The issue of spouses’ personal relations are emphasized,<br />
because it only depends on their free will and love to create a family. Property<br />
relations are hierarchical and are regulated through family law.<br />
Article pays special attention to the concept of personal as well as common<br />
debt of spouses, grounds for their generation and ways of paying it back. It also<br />
briefly described rules of marriage contracts and their purpose.<br />
