The article discuses several issues in respect of further developing the Civil<br />
Procedure Code of Georgia. I consider that it is important to highlight<br />
these issues since making a correct assessment of the issues by the courts<br />
has a very significant importance from the practical point of view in order<br />
to establish a uniform approach. Besides, the opinions exposed therein will<br />
facilitate speedy and effective administration of justice.<br />
