ECONOMIA E GESTIONE DELLE IMPRESE 1 (CdL EA, EAI) Prof. Andrea Moretti (CdL BF, EC, SIGI) Prof.ssa Maria Rosita Cagnina Obiettivi formativi Il corso si propone di fornire agli studenti gli strumenti teorici e applicativi per l’analisi delle diverse problematiche dell’impresa industriale, analizzata come sistema in rapporto ai cambiamenti che coinvolgono l’ambiente competitivo. Verrà definito un quadro di riferimento metodologico per lo studio dell’impresa dal punto di vista dei modelli di governo, dell’analisi settoriale e dell’analisi competitiva. Verranno inoltre fornite le basi concettuali per la comprensione della dinamica dei processi d’impresa e delle funzioni aziendali. Programma del corso Il corso si articola in due parti: una parte generale ed una monografica. La parte generale tratterà le seguenti tematiche: - Introduzione all’economia e gestione delle imprese. - Teorie d’impresa: complementarietà interpretativa e metodologica. - Modelli di capitalismo. - La catena del valore. - Le funzioni aziendali e le strutture organizzative. - Economie e dimensioni d’impresa. - Economie di volume e di scala. - Economie di apprendimento. - Economie di replicazione. - Economie di scopo. - Definizione di settore industriale. - Criteri di analisi settoriale. - Barriere all’entrata e all’uscita. - Analisi delle dinamiche competitive. - Le strategie, le politiche e le tattiche.
