Aims<br />
The course aims at introducing the economists’<br />
point of view on firm behaviour<br />
in not perfectly competitive markets, taking<br />
into account the juri<strong>di</strong>cal framework.<br />
Therefore, the course will have an inter<strong>di</strong>sciplinary<br />
character.<br />
Even if basic Microeconomics and Law<br />
are a prerequisite, the main concepts will<br />
be re-examined whenever required. Many<br />
cases will be <strong>di</strong>scussed, drawing on currently<br />
available information.<br />
The examination will be in written form,<br />
but it can be partially substituted by an<br />
in<strong>di</strong>vidual or group seminar to be held<br />
during the term.<br />
