A basic knowledge of English is a necessary pre-requisite in order to be able to understand the course since some parts of the lectures will be held in English. The course will include testimonials by expert lecturers from member universities of the CEEUN-Central Eastern European University Network- Transition Studies World Applied Research. The Departments of Udine University are also members of the CEEUN and a Desk has been set up at the OSSFI of the Faculty of Economics. The Transition Studies Review, a journal published by Springer Wien New York, is the ‘voice’ of the network, and Udine University is directly involved in its production. At the beginning of the course, chapters and sections of the recommended literature will be recommended. For those students who intend to work on certain aspects and themes of the program, a specific focus on the issues dealt with during the course will be welcome. Students who wish to prepare in-depth work and a short dissertation on specific aspects of the program will be assisted in developing forms of cooperation with other lecturers of similar courses taught in the Faculty.
