Aims<br />
Aim of the course: to give the professional<br />
accountant-to-be useful knowledge in<br />
order to become an aware consultant of<br />
the court or the parties in legal procee<strong>di</strong>ngs,<br />
as well as an assistant of justice in<br />
other tasks (a trustee in bankruptcy cases,<br />
ju<strong>di</strong>cial commissioner, ju<strong>di</strong>cial inspector,<br />
and so on): to make communication<br />
between the professional accountant and<br />
the professional experts of legal procee<strong>di</strong>ng<br />
(magistrates and lawyers) easier to list<br />
the advantages; informing about chances<br />
and drawbacks of out-of-court <strong>di</strong>spute<br />
resolution systems, so that the client can<br />
be advised on how to use these systems<br />
and the consultant can take up office as<br />
arbitrator or conciliator.<br />
