proceedings. Composition with
creditors. Bankruptcy of companies.
Particular attention will be given to the
procedure of preventive agreement, modified
by the reform law of 14 May 2005, n.
80 and by the bankruptcy proceedings
reform law of 9 January 2006, n. 5.
Italian administrative insolvency proceedings
will be explained in the final
part of the course: compulsory administrative
liquidation and, mainly, administration
of insolvent large firms, with
some indications concerning other special
bankruptcy proceedings in Italian
Law.
