voluto, nel corso dell’esercizio trascorso,<br />
concentrarsi su soluzioni complete<br />
ottimizzate sulla specifica applicazione.<br />
Fra queste possiamo ricordare:<br />
• Isola di lavoro completa costituita da<br />
2 presse a iniezione verticale con tavola<br />
rotante Sintesi PVV, automazione e<br />
stampi per la produzione completamente<br />
automatica di elettrovalvole per<br />
impianto alimentazione carburante per<br />
settore automotive.<br />
• Presse a iniezione per termoindurenti<br />
versione TRANSVIT di nuova dimensione<br />
(Sintesi 430 TRH) realizzate su specifica<br />
richiesta del cliente, specializzato<br />
nella produzione di collettori per motori<br />
elettrici settore automotive ed elettrodomestici.<br />
• Studio applicazione produttiva con costruttore<br />
stampo e fornitura di pressa<br />
bicomponente per produzione nuova<br />
serie di impugnature per utensili.<br />
OIMA, infine, ha avviato insieme alla Capogruppo<br />
<strong>Sacmi</strong> Imola i primi impianti<br />
completi per la produzione di preforme<br />
in PET, ed ha presentato al mercato la<br />
nuovissima serie KP, presse ad iniezione<br />
specificamente pensate per le alte<br />
velocità e precisioni richieste dal settore<br />
del packaging.<br />
The BM Biraghi brand, in confirming<br />
its role as a provider of strongly<br />
personalised solutions, also focussed,<br />
over the course of the year,<br />
on complete solutions featuring<br />
application-specific optimisation.<br />
These include:<br />
• Integrated production centres<br />
consisting of 2 vertical injection presses<br />
with a rotating Sintesi PVV table,<br />
automation and moulds for the fully<br />
automatic production of automotive fuel<br />
feed system solenoid valves.<br />
• TRANSVIT version of thermosetting<br />
injection presses, new size (Sintesi 430<br />
TRH), made according to customer’s<br />
specifications, for the production of<br />
commutators for the electric motors<br />
used in the automotive and household<br />
appliance industries.<br />
• Production application studio<br />
with mould constructor and supply<br />
of bi-component press for the<br />
production of a new series of tool grips.<br />
Last but not least, OIMA supplied<br />
the <strong>Sacmi</strong> Imola parent company<br />
with the first complete plants for<br />
the production of PET preforms<br />
and presented the market with<br />
the all-new KP series of injection<br />
presses, specifically designed to provide<br />
the high speed and precision required<br />
