Il settore e
l’andamento della divisione
Nel comparto delle macchine per chiusure,
il 2007 è stato un anno molto positivo,
grazie al protrarsi della crescita già
manifestatasi nel 2006 soprattutto nell’area
cinese, ma anche in numerose
altre aree del mondo, con un nuovo record
per quanto riguarda la vendita di
macchine ed impianti per la produzione
di tappi in plastica per bevande, raggiungendo
i 116 milioni di euro, con un
aumento del 30% sull’anno precedente.
In questo settore i nuovi modelli di macchina
hanno incontrato un ancor maggiore
interesse da parte del mercato a
dispetto di un euro in continuo rafforzamento
rispetto al dollaro.
La compressione, a livello mondiale, è
la tecnologia maggiormente impiegata
per produrre tappi a vite in plastica per
bevande e Sacmi ne sta acquisendo
una percentuale molto interessante.
Nel settore dei sistemi per preforme in
PET, Sacmi ha continuato ad impegnarsi
su due fronti: nello sviluppo di sistemi
ad iniezione alternativi e competitivi

With regard to closure machines, 2007
proved to be a very positive year on
account of ongoing growth, already
evident in 2006, in China especially but
also in many other areas of the world.
Sales of machines and complete plants
for the production of plastic beverage
caps touched record levels, reaching
116 million Euros - an increase of 30%
compared to the previous year.
New machine models met with even
greater market interest despite
continued strengthening of the Euro
against the US dollar.
All over the world, compression is the
most widespread production technology
for plastic beverage screw caps
and Sacmi continues to gain significant
market percentages.
In the PET preforms sector Sacmi
continues it commitment on two fronts:
in the development of injection systems
that offer a more competitive alternative
to those provided by the current market
leaders and in the development
