Anche nel 2007 <strong>Sacmi</strong> ha voluto fornire<br />
una documentazione della propria responsabilità<br />
sociale presentando il Bilancio<br />
Sociale della Cooperativa secondo<br />
i principi contabili del GBS-Gruppo<br />
Bilancio Sociale, basati sulla tripartizione:<br />
identità, valore aggiunto e relazione<br />
sociale. In particolare, sul versante della<br />
tutela ambientale, <strong>Sacmi</strong> ha adottato un<br />
sistema di gestione conforme alla normativa<br />
ISO 14001, integrandolo al sistema<br />
di gestione della qualità VISION<br />
2000 e della sicurezza dei lavoratori<br />
OHSAS 18001.<br />
Tra gli obiettivi strategici della politica<br />
ambientale dell’azienda vi sono il corretto<br />
smaltimento e riciclaggio dei rifiuti,<br />
il controllo delle emissioni e la depurazione<br />
dell’acqua. A sostegno della comunità,<br />
invece, negli ultimi tre anni<br />
<strong>Sacmi</strong> ha destinato circa 2 milioni di<br />
euro, suddivisi in attività sociali, erogazioni<br />
liberali, contributi agli enti di assistenza<br />
e per le manifestazioni culturali.<br />

As in previous years, 2007 saw <strong>Sacmi</strong><br />
document its social responsibility<br />
in the form of a Social Audit, drawn up<br />
in compliance with GBS-Gruppo<br />
Bilancio Sociale accounting practices.<br />
The audit is divided into three main<br />
theme areas: identity, added value<br />
and social interaction.<br />
More specifically, <strong>Sacmi</strong> has,<br />
on the environmental protection front,<br />
adopted a management system as<br />
per ISO 14001, integrating it with<br />
the VISION 2000 and OHSAS 18001<br />
worker safety quality systems.<br />
Among the company’s strategic<br />
environmental policy goals are correct<br />
disposal and recycling of waste,<br />
emissions control and water purification.<br />
In the community support area, instead,<br />
the last three years have seen <strong>Sacmi</strong><br />
set aside over 2 million Euros,<br />
sub-divided into social activities,<br />
donations, contributions to support<br />
agencies and cultural events.<br />
