Vengono prodotti pezzi quadrati in varie divisioni e pezzature che successivamente possono essere formati o filonati. Le caratteristiche sono: • Struttura in lamiera d’acciaio elettrosaldata • Le parti a contatto con l’impasto sono in acciaio inox oppure in polietilene alimentare • Servomeccanismi azionati da centralina idraulica • Tempo di pressatura regolabile da PLC • Ciclo di pressatura, taglio e apertura coperchio completamente automatico • Pulsante per pulizia coltelli Alcuni modelli consentono di selezionare due tipi di pezzatura (10 o 20 oppure 15 o 30). I modelli semiautomatici denominati SA consentono di avere un ciclo di lavoro, pressatura e taglio azionato manualmente tramite selettore con apertura coperchio manuale. Semiautomatic models, named SA, allow to set manually a working cycle, pressing and cutting through a selector with manual lid opening.
