I prodotti creati da SIGMA si caratterizzano da sempre per qualità, affidabilità,
sicurezza e prestazioni che li distinguono nel mercato. Tale risultato è reso
possibile anche grazie all’organizzazione produttiva che risponde ai criteri
più avanzati della produzione meccanica industriale, anche mediante l’informatizzazione
di alcuni processi di lavorazione, riuscendo cosi a coniugare
l’efficienza produttiva con una attenta ricerca di qualità nei dettagli, garantita
dalla lavorazione artigianale eseguita da esperti meccanici durante tutte le
differenti fasi della produzione.
A questa area aziendale fanno capo l’industrializzazione di prodotto e di processo,
mentre i diversi centri di esecuzione sono specializzati per tipologia e
classe dimensionale dei prodotti. Dotati di attrezzature di altissima qualità e
delle più moderne procedure produttive , i centri di esecuzione e produzione
sono ubicati nello stabilimento di Torbole Casaglia (BS). La grande affidabilità
e solidità dei prodotti fabbricati, l’investimento nelle certificazioni dei propri
macchinari e l’adeguamento ai più alti standard igienici e di sicurezza, hanno
costituito i fattori di successo che contraddistinguono l’azienda nel mercato.

The Production Department
The products manufactured by SIGMA stand up for their quality, reliability, security
and performances in the market. Such a result is possible also thanks to
the productive organization that respects the most advanced criteria of the
industrial mechanical production and also to the computerization of some
work processes, managing to combine the productive efficiency with a careful
research of quality in the details. This is guaranteed by the handicraft work
made by expert mechanics during the different production phases.
The product and process industrialisation refers to this department, while
the various execution centres are specialised according to the typology and
dimensional class of the products. Equipped with very high quality and with
the most modern productive procedures, the execution and production
centres are located in the factory in Torbole Casaglia (BS). The great reliability
and sturdiness of the products manufactured, the investment in the certifications
of its machines, the bringing in line with the highest hygienic and safety
standards have brought SIGMA to the success, for which it stands up in the
market. Nowadays in the world several thousands of machines are working
with big satisfaction of their users.
