Il sistema a bracci tuffanti favorisce l’ossigenazione dell’impasto e riduce il riscaldamento dello stesso, permettendo così di ottenere ottimi risultati nel prodotto finale. La mobilità dei bracci contribuisce a migliorare ulteriormente la qualità dell’impasto. La struttura della macchina è in acciaio verniciato di grosso spessore; tutti i modelli sono robusti, silenziosi ed affidabili. La vasca, i bracci e la griglia sono in acciaio inox speciale.
