La Storia
1973 Le origini SIGMA nasce verso la fine del 1973 anno in cui Luciano
Gnocchi, dopo essere stato per diversi anni Responsabile dell’Ufficio Sviluppo
e Progetti di una importante industria del Settore, ne fuoriesce e fonda
la propria azienda iniziando a costruire impastatrici a spirale vera novità per
quell’epoca.
1974 La prima manifestazione fieristica Nei primi mesi del 1974 SIGMA
parteciperà alla Sua prima Fiera di Settore a Genova dove esporrà i primi modelli
di macchine impastatrici costruiti.
1974-1985 Lo sviluppo Durante questi anni SIGMA amplierà il proprio
portafoglio prodotti presentandosi in diversi mercati a livello mondiale. Dal
Sud Africa al Nord Europa, da Singapore al Canada e al Brasile l’azienda potrà
contare su numerosi rivenditori qualificati.
1985-2003 L’esperienza Multinazionale Interessata da un progetto industriale
strategico, SIGMA riceve l’offerta per entrare a far parte di un gruppo
leader mondiale del settore (VMI France), con il quale rimarrà fino al 2003,
quando tornerà ad essere totalmente di proprietà della famiglia Gnocchi. Durante
tutti questi anni l’azienda ha l’opportunità di condividere e sviluppare il
Know-how del gruppo sulle mescolatrici planetarie. Ciò le permetterà di diventare
il più grosso produttore in Italia di tali macchine con una produzione
di oltre 1500 pz l’anno.
2004- ad oggi Il ritorno ad essere una azienda totalmente completamente
italiana, dà un impulso importante al rilancio ed alla espansione di SIGMA.
Con l’obiettivo di allineare la struttura ai nuovi scenari di mercato, vengono
introdotte nuove figure giovani ed innovative con capacità manageriali ed
organizzative che assumono ruoli di responsabilità. Dopo quasi 40 dall’inizio
della Sua sfida, il suo Fondatore Luciano Gnocchi, con lo stesso impegno e la
passione che lo hanno accompagnato i tutti questo anni, è oggi a capo di un
gruppo di persone attente all’ascolto ed al confronto con la clientela, stimolando
costantemente il miglioramento continuo e la spinta all’innovazione
che da sempre contraddistinguono la filosofia di SIGMA.
Story
1973 Origins SIGMA was born at around the end of 1973, when Mr Luciano
Gnocchi, after being for several years responsible of the development and
projects office of an important industry of the sector, leaves it and establishes
his own company starting to manufacture spiral mixers, that was a real novelty
at that time.
1974 The first exhibition In the first months of 1974 SIGMA takes part in its
Sector Exhibition in Genova where it exhibits its first models of mixers.
1974-1985 Development During these years SIGMA makes its products
range wider facing foreign markets: from South Africa to North Europe, from
Singapore to Canada and Brasil. The company can rely on several qualified
dealers.
1985-2003 Multinational Experience Interested in an industrial strategic
project, SIGMA gets the offer to join a world leading bakery group (VMI
France), with which it remains until 2003, when returns to be completely
property of the Gnocchi family. During all these years the company has the
opportunity to share and develop the Know-how of the group on the planetary
mixers. All this allows SIGMA to become the biggest manufacturer of
such machines in Italy producing more than 1500 pieces per year.
From 2004 till today The return to be a completely Italian company own
by Gnocchi Family, gives an important boost to relaunching and expansion
of SIGMA. With the goal to align the structure to the new market scenes, new
young and innovative figures, with managerial and organizing skills, start
working in SIGMA assuming responsibility roles. After almost 40 years from
the beginning of his challenge, his founder Luciano Gnocchi, with the same
engagement and passion of the beginning, is today the leader of a group of
people listening carefully to their customers; he stimulates constantly the
continuous improvement and the push towards innovation, that has always
distinguished SIGMA’s philosophy.
