ITA ENG FRA Il cuocicrema a gas è adatto per piccoli e medi laboratori di pasticceria e trova applicazione nella preparazione di tutte le creme a caldo. E’ composto da una vasca di acciaio inossidabile provvista di intercapedine riempita di olio termico, da un attrezzo agitatore anch’esso di acciaio inossidabile e da un robusto basamento che racchiude gli organi di movimento e l’apparecchiatura elettrica. Un grosso bruciatore garantisce un rapido riscaldamento che è controllabile attraverso l’apposito termometro di cui la vasca è provvista. Tutto il gruppo vasca è montato su supporti girevoli in modo da consentire un facile svuotamento agendo sull’apposita leva. Un contaminuti a suoneria avverte l’operatore dell’avvenuta cottura.
