Raw materials: 18% nickel silver (EN CuNi18Zn20), stainless steel AISI 304
(EN X5CrNi18-10), brass and copper.
Thickness varies from 1,5 to 2 mm., up to 5 mm. at the points most exposed to
shocks and strain.
Trays: the edge made of pressed copper is welded with Sambonet patented special process.
Exclusive Sambonet silverplating process
- purity of silver 999,5‰;
- silver layer hardness, up to 2 times more than traditional silverplating (>180 Hcv);
- sulphuration resistance up to 4 times more than traditional silverplating.
Outside bright polish finishing.
Our qualified silversmiths produce different finishing of edges:
- soldered edge Louis XVI
- soldered edge Godron
- soldered edge Feuille
Standard execution Louis XVI. Godron and Feuille are available upon request.
Materiale: alpacca al 18% di nichel (EN CuNi18Zn20), acciaio inossidabile AISI
304 (EN X5CrNi18-10), lega di rame.
Spessori differenziati da 1,2 a 2 mm., fino a 5 mm. nei punti più esposti agli urti.
Vassoi: bordo in lega di rame applicato con procedimento artigianale Sambonet.
Argentatura con tecnologia esclusiva.
- purezza dell’argento utilizzato 999,5‰;
- durezza del rivestimento fino a 2 volte superiore rispetto all’argentatura tradizionale
(>180 Hcv);
- resistenza alla sulfurazione fino a 4 volte superiore rispetto all’argentatura tradizionale.
Finitura esterna lucida a specchio.
Il vasellame Prestige è prodotto dai nostri orafi-argentieri con diverse bordure:
- bordo saldato Louis XVI
- bordo saldato Godron
- bordo saldato Feuille
Finitura standard con bordura Louis XVI. Su richiesta le bordure Godron e Feuille.
Material: Alpaka 18% Nickel (EN CuNi18Zn20), Edelstahl Rostfrei AISI 304 (EN
X5CrNi18-10), Messing und Kupfer.
Stärke von 1,5-2 mm., bis 5 mm. an exponierten Kontaktstellen.
Serviertablett-Serie charakterisiert durch einen Rand aus geprägtem Kupfer, mit Sambonet
patentiertem Verfahren angebracht.
Versilberung durch eine exklusive Technologie.
- Reinheit des Silbers: 999,5‰;
- bis 2 mal höhere Dauerhaftigkeit der Versilberung bez. der traditionellen Versilberung
(>180 Hcv);
- Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Schwefeln bis 4 mal höher bez. der traditionellen Versilberung.
Äußeres Finish: spiegelglanzpoliert.

Ausfuehrungen hergestellt:

Matières premières: maillechort nickel 18% (EN CuNi18Zn20), acier
inoxydable AISI 304 (EN X5CrNi18-10), laiton et cuivre.
Epaisseur moyenne de 1,5 à 2 mm., jusqu’à 5 mm. aux points les plus exposés aux risques
de chocs et de déformations.
Plateaux: bord en cuivre forgé, soudé avec un procédé breveté Sambonet.
Argenture exécutée par prodédé exclusif.
- pureté de l’argent 999,5‰;
- dureté du revêtement jusqu’à 2 fois supérieure par rapport à l’argenture traditionnelle
(>180 Hcv);
- résistance à la sulfuration jusqu’à 4 fois supérieure par rapport à l’argenture traditionnelle.
Finition extérieur poli miroir.
Les articles sont réalisés par nos orfèvres en différentes exécutions:
- bord soudé Louis XVI
- bord soudé Godron
- bord soudé Feuille
Exécution standard avec bordure Louis XVI. Godron, Feuille sur demande.
Material: alpaca 18% niquel (EN CuNi18Zn20), acero inoxidable AISI 304 (EN
X5CrNi18-10) latón y cobre.
Espesores de 1,5 a 2 mm., y hasta los 5 mm. en las partes sometidas a mayor desgaste.
Bandejas: borde en cobre forjado aplicado según un proceso patentado Sambonet.
Plateado exclusivo Sambonet - H§P.
- pureza de la plata: 999,5‰;
- dureza del plateado: hasta 2 veces mayor que el plateado tradicional (>180 Hcv);
- resistencia a la oxidación hasta 4 veces mayor respecto al plateado tradicional.
Acabado exterior: pulido espejo.
La orfevrería Prestige es realizada con la aplicación de diferentes borduras:
- borde soldado Louis XVI
- borde soldado Godron
- borde soldado Feuille
El acabado estándar prevee el borde Louis XVI. Bordes Godron y Feuille bajo pedido.
