The high-end styles are all hand crafted in Italy by our expert staff to ensure a product of
high quality and value and to take full care of the details that make Zamberlan® footwear
different.
Lavorazione tradizionale ed estremamente resistente, che necessita di una grande
esperienza per la esecuzione. Prevede una doppia cucitura: la prima unisce tomaia al
sottopiede (che deve essere appositamente sviluppato per questo tipo di costruzione) la
seconda cucitura fissa la tomaia all’intersuola che poi verrà incollata alla suola.
A very traditional and extremely resistant construction method, which requires great skill
and experience to be executed. It features two lines of stitching: the first fixes the upper to the
midsole (which is specifically designed for this use), the second fixes the upper to the insole
which will later be glued to the sole.

Esclusiva lavorazione sviluppata da Zamberlan® che unisce caratteristiche tradizionali
ed innovative, è estremamente resistente. (Patent) La tomaia viene fissata al sottopiede
(appositamente sviluppato) attraverso una prima cucitura posta in senso orizzontale. Il
bordo residuo di tomaia viene poi incollata ad avvolgere il sottopiede formando così un
corpo unico sul quale fare aderire la suola.
Exclusive patent-pending Zamberlan® Welted construction. The Zamberlan® Welted
construction combines the strength and durability of Norwegian Welted construction with
the lightness and comfort of a lasted construction boot. The upper is stitched to the specially
made insole with a single stitch line and the upper adhesion area is then glued around the
insole to form the body onto which the sole is attached.

il massimo supporto laterale, comfort e libertà di movimento della caviglia e stabilità.
La scarpa flette seguendo esattamente il naturale movimento del piede e della caviglia
fornendo ottimo supporto laterale nelle camminate a mezza costa, su terreni impervi e
sconnessi.
Zamberlan® Flex-STM (patent) describes the unique multidirectional joint that offers great
lateral support, comfort and freedom of movement of the ankle and overall stability. The
boot upper flexes exactly trailing the natural foot and lower leg movement giving lots of
lateral support when traversing and on steep and rough terrain.
SEMI-Pro Crampon System è il sistema applicato alle calzature semi-ramponabili che
presentano un inserto in TPU nel tacco per facilitare il fissaggio dei ramponi semi automatici
abbinato ad un sottopiede che garantisce una rigidità adatta.
SEMI-Pro Crampon System is the method for footwear to be used with semi articulated
crampons. It features a TPU insert in the heel to ease the fixing of the semi automated crampons,
combined with a suitable midsole for the right degree of rigidity.
Uno speciale rinforzo di gomma protettivo applicato alla tomaia utilizzando una tecnica
esclusiva sviluppata da Zamberlan®. Assicura la massima resistenza all’abrasione, accresce
l’impermeabilità ed aiuta la scarpa a mantenere la sua forma a lungo.
A special rubber reinforcement is applied to the upper, using an exclusive technical method
developed by Zamberlan®. It ensures maximum abrasion resistance, enhances water
repellence and helps the boot to keep its shape during extended use.

nel tacco, una intersuola anatomica in PU ed una intersuola in microporosa. Assicura
limitazione del peso complessivo e maggiore stabilità e precisione nell’arrampicata.

the heel, an anatomical PU midsole and a light microporous wedge. It ensures limited overall
