superiori a 10 volte il limite superiore
della norma, Questo non
implica che elevazioni sieriche,
anche contenute di creatin-fosfokinasi,
debbano essere adeguatamente
monitorate da parte del
medico per valutare la prosecuzione
del trattamento farmacologico,
soprattutto a seguito di un recente
decreto ministeriale italiano che ha
fissato il limite massimo tollerabile
di elevazione di CPK in corso di
terapia con statine a 5 volte il limite
superiore della norma.
Le 5 famiglie di pazienti seguiti
presso l'ambulatorio Dislipidemie
genetiche del Centro per lo Studio
delle Malattie Dismetaboliche e
dell’Aterosclerosi “G. Descovich”
dell’Università di Bologna, hanno
posto dei problemi di inquadramento
eziologico e di gestione
terapeutica.
Le osservazioni eseguite sui parametri
laboratoristici dei pazienti in
studio hanno evidenziato come
non esista correlazione tra gli
andamenti delle variabili considerate,
e come queste appaiano essere
influenzate in modo non sistematico
dalla somministrazione di
farmaci e/o dall’esercizio fisico.
In relazione alla peculiarità dell’albero
genealogico di alcuni soggetti
ed all’andamento del parametro
CPK, si può supporre l’esistenza di
una componente eredo-familiare
degna di approfondimento genetico-molecolare.
