La Brochure NEWS 2012 riunisce tutte le
nuove proposte della produzione Catalano.
Novità che riguardano sia nuove collezioni,
sia completamenti di gamma. Nello scenario
economico e sociale che si è delineato in
questi ultimi anni, la capacità di innovare
ha assunto un senso più profondo e richiede
un’etica imprenditoriale più rispettosa
dell’uomo e dell’ambiente. La Catalano, attraverso
le sue proposte per il 2012, dimostra
di compiere un percorso industriale impostato
proprio su questo nuovo approccio.
L’attenzione al risparmio idrico, al contenimento
dei costi energetici, nonché l’attenzione
ai prezzi, ne sono una dimostrazione
tangibile.
Brochure NEWS 2012 gathers together all
new Catalano’s items by introducing some
important news regarding both new collections
and additions to ranges. In the economic
and social scenario emerged in recent
years, the ability to innovate has acquired
a deeper meaning and requires a business
ethic more respectful to human beings and
environment. Catalano, through its 2012
novelties, shows to follow an industrial path
based on this new approach. Attention to
water preservation, reduction of energy costs,
functionality improvements of its products
as well as attention to prices, are a tangible
demonstration of its new drive.
Die Broschüre NEWS 2012 präsentiert
sämtliche Produktneuheiten von Catalano.
Neuheiten, die sowohl die neuen Kollektionen
als auch das bestehende Produktangebot
betreffen. Vor dem wirtschaftlichen und
gesellschaftlichen Hintergrund der letzten
Jahre ist das Innovationsvermögen von Unternehmen
noch wichtiger geworden und
setzt zunehmend eine respektvollere Unternehmensethik
gegenüber Mensch und Umwelt
voraus. Mit seinen Produktvorschlägen
für 2012 zeigt Catalano, dass sein Weg
in der Industrie eben diesem neuen Ansatz
folgt. Das Engagement für einen geringeren
Wasser- und Energieverbrauch sowie das
Preisbewusstsein des Herstellers belegen
dies sehr konkret.

Il progetto Star rilancia la sperimentazione
di prodotti dalle superfici perfette e dalle
geometrie rigorose, cui si aggiunge la
massima riduzione dello spessore della
ceramica. Una sottigliezza che per l’azienda
si è tradotta in una nuova sfida tecnologica
e in inusitate condizioni limite verso cui
spingere la ceramica. I lavabi Star possono
essere installati a sospensione, a semincasso o
su mobile e sono abbinabili ad una coppia di
vasi sospesi 55, con fissaggio nascosto. Il wc
scarica con soli 4,5 lt. di acqua, rispondendo
al programma Catalano Water Efficiency.

New collection STAR reaffirms the experimentation
to create sanitary-ware items with
perfect and rigorous shapes, by reducing the
ceramic to its minimum thickness. This slimness
represented a new technological challenge
in pushing the boundaries of ceramic
material manufacturing. Star washbasins
are suitable for wall-hung, semi fitted or sit
on installation on dedicated furniture and
can be combined with restyled 55 wall-hung
Wc and bidet, with concealed fixing system.
The WC has 4.5 lt flushing system, in compliance
with Catalano Water Efficiency program.
Das Projekt Star überzeugt mit perfekten
Oberflächen und akkuraten Formen und
zielt auf den geringstmöglichen Einsatz von
Keramik ab. Das Ergebnis sind extrem dünne
Sanitärmöbel, die für das Unternehmen zu
einer echten neuen technologischen Herausforderung
wurden und die die Grenzen der
Keramikanwendung erweitert haben. Die
Waschbecken Star können hängend, halb
versenkt oder auf passenden Möbeln installiert
und mit dem Paar Hänge-WC und -Bidet
55 mit verdeckter Befestigung kombiniert
werden. Das WC spült mit nur 4,5 Liter Wasser
und entspricht somit dem Programm Catalano

La collezione Sfera presenta un’ampia
offerta di soluzioni morfologiche capaci di
reinterpretare un equilibrio che è possibile
raggiungere perseguendo l’essenzialità
estetica e la funzionalità. Prodotti
impreziositi dai particolari riflessi che solo
la migliore ceramica può garantire. La
famiglia si arricchisce dei nuovi lavabi 100 e
80, caratterizzati da un’estrema sottigliezza.
Entrambi sono abbinabili a specifici mobili
di produzione Inova. L’offerta si completa
inoltre con i nuovi vasi sospesi 54, dotati di
fissaggio nascosto, con il nuovo bidet 54 terra,
accostabile a parete e un wc monoblocco con
due diverse tipologie di cassetta.
Entrambi i wc presentati, offrono oltre
all’innovativo coprivaso Soft-Close, un

Sfera range is marked by simple and soft
morphologic solutions, able to express the
achieved balance between simplicity and essentiality
in ceramic items. Products are enriched
by peculiar reflections that only the
best ceramics can guarantee. The family enlarges
its range with a new 100 and 80cm
washbasins, characterized by an extreme
thinness. Both can be combined with dedicated
furniture by INOVA. The offer is completed
by new 54 wall-hung WC and bidet with concealed
fixing system, new back-to-wall floormounted
54 WC and a close-coupled one with
two kind of cisterns.
Both WCs have innovative soft-close toilet
seat and 4.5 lt flushing system, in compliance
with Catalano Water Efficiency program.
Die Kollektion Sfera umfasst ein breites
Angebot an Gestaltungslösungen, die ein
Gleichgewicht neu interpretieren, das dank

Una famiglia di sanitari ispirata dall’idea di
leggerezza, risultato di una raffinata sintesi
di eleganza, funzionalità ed innovazione.
Quattro lavabi della collezione, 120, 105,
90, 75, vengono proposti in una versione
aggiornata, caratterizzata da una maggiore
larghezza del piano – da 42 a 48 cm - ed una
accentuata profondità del bacino. Questi
accorgimenti permettono di aumentare la
funzionalità dei lavabi lasciandone invariato
il design. In abbinamento ai lavabi Proiezioni
viene proposto il restyling della coppia di wc
e bidet 56, con il nuovo sistema di fissaggio
senza fori laterali. Il wc oltre all’innovativo
coprivaso Soft-close, scarica con soli 4,5 lt. di

Four washbasins of this collection
- 120, 105, 90, 75 – are offered in an updated
version, characterized by a larger width of
the countertop - from 42 to 48 cm - and an
improved depth of the sink. These features
increase functionality while leaving the washbasin
design unchanged. Restyled 56 Wc and
bidet, with new fixing system without lateral
holes, can be combined to Proiezioni washbasins.
The WC has innovative soft-close toilet
seat and 4.5 lt flushing system, in compliance
with Catalano Water Efficiency program. A
new urinal is now completing the range offer.
Eine Produktfamilie der Sanitärkeramik,
inspiriert von der Idee zur Leichtigkeit und
Ergebnis eines raffinierten Zusammenspiels
von Eleganz, Funktionalität und Innovation.
Vier Waschbecken der Kollektion, 120, 105,
90 und 75, werden in einer aktualisierten
Version vorgestellt, die sich durch eine breitere
Ablagefläche - von 42 auf 48 cm - und eine
ausgeprägtere Beckentiefe auszeichnet. Diese
Maßnahmen ermöglichen eine gesteigerte
Funktionalität der Waschbecken, ohne dabei
das Design zu variieren. Zur Kombination

Seitenlöcher angeboten. Abgesehen vom innovativen

Efficiency. Die Reihe wird durch die Einführung
eines neuen Urinals vervollständigt.

di sanitari Catalano, i cui prodotti derivano
da un unico concept: la poliedricità tipologica.
Un’idea rivoluzionaria che consente ai singoli

Zero is the first Catalano’s sanitary-ware
wide range where all products are based on
“typological versatility “ concept. This revolutionary
idea allows several solutions to install
the products. The already extensive collection
of Zero fixtures is now enlarged with 3 new
circular washbasins: two of Ø48 cm, marked
by thin rims and suitable for sit on installation;
one of Ø45 cm - suitable for semi inset
installation – with counter fro taps. Furthermore,
there are a new pair of wall-hung 55
WC and bidet, characterized by a clear profile
and new fixing system without lateral holes;
floor-mounted 45 WC, which completes Zero
range with a new product similar in shape
but with smaller size and a new close-coupled
WC with two kind of cisterns. All WCs have
4.5 lt flushing system, in compliance with
Catalano Water Efficiency program.

stile sobrio a un’ampia flessibilità d’installazione.
Due i lavabi proposti: New Light 80,
monoforo predisposto triforo, che presenta
due comodi piani di appoggio laterali all’ampio
bacino e New Light 62 entrambi installabili
a sospensione con portasciugamani, a
semincasso o su mobile. La collezione si completa
con due nuove coppie di vasi: una sospesa
da 52 cm e una terra da 50 cm. Entrambi
i wc, offrono oltre al coprivaso Soft-Close, un

Light family combines a light elegant style to
an extensive installation flexibility. IT is comprised
of two washbasins: New Light 80, single
hole and prearranged for three tapholes,
is available with two comfortable shelves and
New Light 62. Both can be installed wallhung
with towelrail, semi fitted or sit on a
dedicated cabinet. The collection is completed
with two pairs of WCs and bidets: 52 cm wallhung
version and 50 cm floor-mounted one.

La collezione Canova Royal si distingue per le
forme morbide ed eleganti, di chiara impostazione
neoclassica, che enfatizzano l’armonia
delle linee e il mirabile gioco degli equilibri geometrici.
Il lavabo 90 fa della versatilità d’installazione
una delle sue principali caratteristiche
tecniche. Può infatti essere montato su
apposita colonna, su struttura in ottone cromato,
sull’elegante mobile o semplicemente a
sospensione, in abbinamento ad uno specifico
portasciugamani. I nuovi vasi sospesi 55
sperimentano lo stile classico della collezione
su una tipologia di gusto contemporaneo,
mentre i terra da 53 cm mantengono un gusto
tradizionale. I wc, disponibili con specifico

pedestal, on chrome-brass support frame,
on an elegant cabinet or wall-hung only, in
combination with its dedicated towel-rail.
New wall-hung 55 WCs experiment Canova
classic style on a contemporary-taste typology
while 53 Wcs have traditional style. The WCs,
available with black or white toilet seat, have
4.5 lt flushing system, in compliance with
Catalano Water Efficiency program.
Die Kollektion Canova Royal zeichnet sich
durch seine weichen und eleganten Formen
mit eindeutiger neoklassischer Gestaltung
aus, die die Harmonie der Linien und das

klassischen Stil der Kollektion mit modernen
Elementen, während die Stand-WCs (53 cm)
traditionell gehalten sind. Die WCS, die mit
einem speziellen weißen oder schwarzen Soft-
Close WC-Deckel erhältlich sind, spülen mit
