2 Borgo di Frapporta Borgo medievale che comunicava direttamente con il sovrastante castello a cui si poteva salire soltanto dall'interno dell'abitato. Per accedere al villaggio fortificato era necessario superare l'antica porta ogivale che mostra ancora i robusti apprestamenti di chiusura. Le case appaiono disposte lungo la contrada che conduce al dosso di San Lorenzo, dove si trova l'omonima chiesa. Sono difese dalla rupe che si eleva dal sentiero di Gòla e dai ripidi terrazzamenti digradanti nella valle del Magnone. Le mura che chiudono l'abitato a nord-est sorreggono una torretta seicentesca. Nello spiazzo sottostante trovano posto la vecchia fontana e un sepolcro altomedievale venuto alla luce nella zona alta di Tenno. Das mittelalterliche Dorf Frapporta stand direkt mit der oberhalb liegenden Burg in Verbindung, zu der ein Zugang nur durch die Ortschaft möglich war. Es war ein befestigtes Dorf, in das man nur durch ein Spitzbogentor gelangen konnte, dessen robuste Sicherheitsscharniere noch erhalten blieben. Die Häuser säumen die Hauptstraße, die zum „Dosso di San Lorenzo” führt, wo sich die gleichnamige Kirche erhebt. Sie sind durch den Fels geschützt, der vom „Sentiero di Gòla“ aufsteigt, und durch die in das Tal des Magnone steilabfallenden Terrassierungen. Auf die Mauern, die die Ortschaft im Nordosten abschließen, stützt sich ein kleiner Turm aus dem 17. Jh. It was therefore a sort of fortified village, and access was through the old arched gate which today still retains its sturdy closing mechanism. The houses are laid out along the street which leads to the hill of San Lorenzo and the church of the same name. They are defended by the cliff which rises up from the Gòla path and the steep terraces which run down the valle del Magnone. The walls which close off the village to the northeast th form the base of a 17 century tower. In the clearing below, there is an old fountain and a tomb from the Dark Ages which was discovered in the higher part of Tenno. 70
