21 Chiesa di Sant'Apollinare Si ritiene sia stata costruita nel secolo VIII, come farebbe pensare la dedica a sant'Apollinare, vescovo di Ravenna; le testimonianze certe si fermano però al XIV secolo. La chiesa si presenta ad aula rettangolare con una piccola abside semicircolare. L'interno è decorato con importanti affreschi della seconda metà del Trecento. Opere di poco successive si trovano nel pronao esterno, dove compaiono un'Ultima Cena e una Crocifissione. 22 Eremo di San Paolo L'antico eremo, già documentato nel 1186, è costruito in un sottoroccia al quale si appoggia da un lato. Per secoli è stato abitato da eremiti che avevano il compito di vigilare sull'annessa chiesa che all'interno conserva importanti affreschi databili forse al XII secolo. I recenti restauri hanno portato alla luce anche affreschi esterni: riproducono fra l'altro animali misteriosi nonché guerrieri che sembrano omaggiare nobili personaggi. Sie birgt in ihrem Inneren Fresken aus dem 12. Jh. Bei kürzlich erfolgten Restaurierungsarbeiten kamen auch Fresken an den Außenfassaden zum Vorschein. Sie zeigen u. a. Fabeltiere und vermutlich Krieger, die den Adeligen aus dieser Zeit huldigen. Vermutlich wurde diese Kirche, wie aus der Weihe zu Ehren von Sant'Apollinare, des Bischofs von Ravenna, hervorgeht, im 8. Jh. errichtet. Dokumente belegen jedoch ihren Bau im 14. Jh. Das rechteckige Kirchenschiff verfügt über eine kleine, halbkreisförmige Altarnische. Das Kircheninnere ist mit Fresken aus der zweiten Hälfte des 14. Jh. ausgeschmückt. Werke aus kurz darauffolgenden Zeiten verzieren die Vorhalle, mit Szenen vom „Letzten Abendmahl“ und von der Kreuzigung. th Believed to have been built in the 8 century because of the dedicated to Sant'Apollinare, bishop of Ravenna, the first certain mentions of it th are in the 14 century. Arte & cultura: due passi tra la storia 23 Chiesa di San Martino La chiesa è un'oasi immersa negli olivi, secondo la tradizione sarebbe stata fondata nel IX secolo da monaci benedettini. Nel Cinquecento venne interessata da importanti lavori di ampliamento per essere ulteriormente sistemata in epoca relativamente recente. Racchiude affreschi risalenti alla metà del Trecento e una tela seicentesca del pittore locale Giovanni Antonio Zanoni. Die Kirche mutet wie eine von Olivenbäumen umgebene Oase an. The church has frescos dating back to the mid-14 century th and a 17 century painting by the local artist Giovanni Antonio Zanoni. 24 Chiesa di San Rocco a Caneve Costruita intorno al 1480 conserva pregevoli affreschi e decorazioni che risentono del nuovo clima culturale del periodo. Fra le opere dell'abside si distinguono le figure di san Rocco, sant'Antonio e sant'Agostino, mentre l'aula presenta scene della passione di Cristo. Di pregio le pale degli altari laterali, quasi certamente opera di Marcello Fogolino, pittore veneto attivo nel Castello del Buonconsiglio di Trento. In un angolo è rappresentato anche il paesaggio arcense con il borgo e la rupe del castello. Von besonderem Wert, die Altarbilder der Seitenaltäre. Sie stammen mit größter Wahrscheinlichkeit von Marcello Fogolino, einem Kunstmaler aus dem Veneto, der im Schloss Buonconsiglio in Trento aktiv war.
