9 Palazzo Giuliani o Palazzo Nuovo
Il palazzo mostra la ricostruzione
settecentesca di un edificio citato nel 1462
come residenza dei conti d'Arco e luogo
dove si amministrava la giustizia. Il portale
ad arco acuto risale quasi di certo alla
realizzazione originale. Nella chiave di volta
è scolpito il primo emblema dei signori
d'Arco, ora assunto a stemma della città.
Das Palais ist die im 18. Jh. erfolgte
Rekonstruktion eines Gebäudes, das 1462 als
Residenz der Grafen von Arco und
Verwaltungssitz der Rechtssprechung erstmals
erwähnt wird. Sein Portal, mit spitzwinkeligem
Bogen, ist mit größter Wahrscheinlichkeit auf das
ursprüngliche Bauwerk zurückzuführen. Im
Scheitelstein ist das erste Emblem der Herren von
Arco eingemeißelt, das heutige Stadtwappen.

The palace shows the 18 century reconstruction
of a building mentioned in 1462 as the residence
of the Counts of Arco and the place where justice
was administered. The lancet arched doorway
almost certainly dates back to the original
construction. The keystone is engraved with the
first device of the lords of Arco, now adopted as
the emblem of the town itself.
10 Palazzo del Termine o della Lega
Il suo nome deriva dalla vicina linea di
confine della contea, che nel 1512 venne
suddivisa fra i figli di Francesco d'Arco.
Si trova all'inizio di via Vergolano e fu
dimora dell'umanista Nicolò d'Arco,
ricordato in una saletta decorata con il suo
presunto ritratto e gli stemmi del casato.
In altre stanze e nel sottogronda si possono
ammirare pregevoli affreschi
cinquecenteschi di Dionisio Bonmartini.
Der Name „Palazzo del Termine” wird von der
nahen Grenzlinie der ehemaligen Grafschaft
abgeleitet, die 1512 zwischen den Söhnen von
Francesco d'Arco aufgeteilt wurde. Das Palais
befindet sich am Anfang der Via Vergolano und
war Wohnsitz des Humanisten Nicolò d'Arco. Zur
Erinnerung an ihn wurde ein kleiner Salon mit
seinem vermutlichen Porträt ausgeschmückt und
mit den Wappen des Adelsgeschlechts. In
anderen Räumen, und unterhalb der Dachtraufe,
blieben hingegen Fresken von Dionisio
Bonmartini aus dem 16. Jh. erhalten.
Palazzo del Termine gets its name from the nearby borderline of the county
which, in 1512 was divided up among the sons of Francesco d'Arco. It is
situated at the beginning of via Vergolano and was the home of the
humanist Nicolò d'Arco, who is commemorated by a room decorated with
what is presumed to be his portrait and the coat of arms of the house. In
