7 Palazzo Marchetti o di San Pietro
Sorto probabilmente fra il XV e il XVI secolo a ridosso dell'antica
porta di San Pietro e di una torre che controllava l'ingresso
principale della città come dimora dei conti d'Arco. Viene
considerato uno dei più interessanti palazzi storici di Arco, sia per
quanto riguarda la struttura architettonica sia per le decorazioni
interne ed esterne. Curiosi i fumaioli di cotto visibili sul tetto; belli
gli affreschi cinquecenteschi del sottogronda con soggetti ed
episodi mitologici in parte opera di Dionisio Bonmartini.
Dieses Palais, der Wohnsitz der Grafen von Arco,
entstand vermutlich zwischen dem 15. und 16.
Jh. im Schutz des antiken Stadttors „San Pietro”
und eines Turms, der den Haupteingang der
Stadt überwachte. Es zählt zu den
interessantesten historischen Palais von Arco,
sowohl wegen seines Baustils als auch wegen
der Verzierungen im Innen- und Außenbereich.
Besonders kurios sind die Schornsteine aus
Terrakotta. Unter der Dachtraufe ein Freskoband,
zum Teil Werk von Dionisio Bonmartini, aus dem
16. Jh., mit Motiven aus der Mythologie.

Probably built between the 15 and 16 centuries
against the old gate of San Pietro and tower that
controlled the main entrance to the town as the
residence of the Counts of Arco. It is considered
to be one of the most interesting historical houses
of Arco, both because of its architectural style and
the interior and exterior decorations. There are
curious terracotta chimneypots on the roof and

beautiful 16 century frescos on the eaves with
subjects and episodes from mythology partly by
Dionisio Bonmartini.
8 Chiesa di Sant' Anna
Ricostruzione in stile barocco di
una precedente chiesa dedicata
a San Pietro che sorgeva a
ridosso dell'antica cinta muraria
assieme a un ospedale
governato dalla Confraternita dei
Disciplini. Di un certo interesse
la tela conservata in sacrestia.
Eine Rekonstruktion im Barockstil,
der ursprünglich San Pietro
geweihten Kirche, die sich im
Schutz der Stadtmauer und
zusammen mit dem Hospiz der
„Confraternita (Bruderschaft) dei
Disciplini” erhob. Sehenswert ist das
in der Sakristei aufbewahrte
Gemälde.
This is a reconstruction in the baroque style of an earlier church dedicated
to Saint Peter which was built against the ancient city walls together with a
hospital run by the Confraternity of the Flagellants. The painting in the
sacristy is of considerable interest.
