5 Fontana del Mosè
In stile barocco si trova sulla
piazza della Collegiata. La figura
del Mosè è stata scolpita quasi
certamente dalla pietra ollare
della vicina zona di Pianaura.
Lo stemma ricorda il governo dei
conti d'Arco.
Ein im Barockstil erbauter Brunnen,
der den westlichen Teil vom Platz
prägt. Die Mosesfigur entstand aller
Wahrscheinlichkeit nach aus dem in
der nahen Pianaura abgebauten
Speck- oder Topstein. Das Wappen
erinnert an das Herrschergeschlecht
der Grafen von Arco.
In baroque style, it dominates the
western side of the piazza. The
figure of Moses was almost certainly
sculpted from the pietra ollare stone
of the neighbouring Pianaura area.
The coat of arms commemorates
the rule of the Counts of Arco.
6 Palazzo di Piazza o del Municipio
Residenza della famiglia d'Arco fino alla metà dell'Ottocento, passò
poi al Comune che lo adibì a uso pubblico.
Recenti restauri hanno portato alla luce reperti archeologici e resti
di costruzioni risalenti all'età romana e preromana. Il Palazzo è
congiunto a Palazzo Marchetti, un tempo Palazzo San Pietro, da
un'arcata che supera la contrada sottostante.

bis zur Mitte des 19. Jh. Dann ging
das Palais an die Gemeinde über,
die es als öffentliche Einrichtung
verwendete.
Kürzlich durchgeführte
Restaurierungsarbeiten brachten
Fundstücke aus der vorrömischen
und römischen Zeit ans Tageslicht.
Das Palais ist mit dem Palazzo
Marchetti verbunden - einst Palazzo
San Pietro -, und zwar durch eine
Arkade, die über den unterhalb
liegenden Stadtteil führt.

archaeological finds and remains of
buildings dating back to the Roman
and pre-Roman periods. The palace
is connected to Palazzo Marchetti,
once called Palazzo San Pietro, by
an arcade over the lane below.
