I dati riportati nel presente annuario sono stati desunti dalla comunicazione dei prezzi presentata<br />
dai titolari delle aziende ricettive ai sensi delle vigenti <strong>di</strong>sposizioni. Le <strong>in</strong>formazioni<br />
sulle attrezzature e sulle tariffe degli esercizi elencati sono pubblicati al solo scopo <strong>di</strong>vulgativo,<br />
per cui si decl<strong>in</strong>a ogni responsabilità per possibili errori <strong>di</strong> stampa o per <strong>in</strong>volontarie omissioni.<br />
Le strutture sono ord<strong>in</strong>ate per Comune. I dati riportati per ciascun esercizio si riferiscono a:<br />
- denom<strong>in</strong>azione della struttura e livello <strong>di</strong> classificazione;<br />
- <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>rizzo, telefono, telefax, (nelle strutture ad apertura stagionale, tra parentesi è riportato<br />

Nella parte relativa ai Campeggi e Villaggi Turistici sono <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cati: il numero delle piazzole,<br />
delle unità abitative e degli ospiti.<br />
Prezzi<br />
Il prezzo della camera non può essere superiore a quello <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cato nell’apposita tabella dei<br />
prezzi che dovrà essere esposta nel bureau <strong>di</strong> ogni esercizio, e riportato nell’apposito cartell<strong>in</strong>o<br />
applicato all’<strong>in</strong>terno <strong>di</strong> ogni camera. Ai sensi delle vigenti <strong>di</strong>sposizioni, le tariffe potranno subire<br />
variazioni con decorrenza 1° giugno.<br />
La consumazione della prima colazione è facoltativa. La relativa tariffa potrà essere addebitata,<br />
separatamente dalla tariffa della camera, solo se tale prestazione sarà espressamente<br />
richiesta dal cliente. Le tariffe riportate si riferiscono a Camere con bagno.<br />
Per un letto aggiunto posto <strong>in</strong> una camera a due Letti potrà applicarsi una maggiorazione<br />
del prezzo della camera stessa. In ogni caso il letto aggiunto potrà essere posto solo nelle<br />
Camere aventi adeguate <strong>di</strong>mensioni e su richiesta del cliente.<br />
Gli Alberghi Residenziali, offrono alloggio prevalentemente <strong>in</strong> appartamenti con cuc<strong>in</strong>a.<br />
Le tariffe riportate sono settimanali. Il soggiorno m<strong>in</strong>imo richiesto è <strong>di</strong> sette giorni.<br />
Per le CAV (Case Appartamenti per Vacanze) le tariffe riportate sono settimanali.<br />
I turisti che avessero da rilevare l’applicazione <strong>di</strong> prezzi superiori a quelli pubblicati nel presente<br />
annuario e non ottenessero sufficiente sod<strong>di</strong>sfazione da parte dell’esercente, potranno<br />
presentare documentato reclamo all’Assessorato al Turismo della Prov<strong>in</strong>cia <strong>di</strong> <strong>Cagliari</strong>.<br />
Eventuali reclami dovuti a <strong>di</strong>sservizi nelle prestazioni dovranno essere presentati al Comune<br />
<strong>di</strong> appartenenza dell’esercizio.<br />

PRICES<br />
Room prices may not exceed those <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cated <strong>in</strong> the price list which should be exhibited <strong>in</strong> the<br />
office of each structure, and also <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cated <strong>in</strong> the price list attached to room doors. Pursuant<br />
to current regulations, rates vary with effect from 1 June.<br />
Breakfast is by choice. Cost may be debited separately from room rate, only when expressly<br />
requested by guests.<br />
Rates shown apply to rooms with en suite bathroom.<br />
Request of an ad<strong>di</strong>tional bed <strong>in</strong> a double room might <strong>in</strong>volve an <strong>in</strong>crease <strong>in</strong> room price. Please<br />
note that any ad<strong>di</strong>tional bed is dependent on room size and customer’s request.<br />
Residential Hotels offer accommodation ma<strong>in</strong>ly <strong>in</strong> apartments with kitchen facilities.<br />

Prix<br />

exposé dans le bureau de chaque établissement et affiché à l’<strong>in</strong>térieur de chaque chambre. Les<br />
<strong>di</strong>spositions en vigueur prévoient que les tarifs peuvent être mo<strong>di</strong>fiés à partir du 1er ju<strong>in</strong>.<br />
La consommation du petit déjeuner est facultative. Son prix ne peut être facturé, <strong>in</strong>dépendamment<br />
du prix de la chambre, que si le client demande expressément à profiter du service.<br />

et qui n’obtiendraient pas satisfaction de la part de l’exploitant peuvent présenter une réclamation<br />

HINWEISE<br />
Die Daten des vorliegenden Verzeichnisses wurden den Mitteilungen entnommen, <strong>di</strong>e von den<br />
Betrieben selbst gemäß geltenden Gesetzesbestimmungen übermittelt wurden. Alle Informa-tionen<br />
bezüglich der Ausstattung und der Preise werden le<strong>di</strong>glich zu <strong>in</strong>formationszwecken angegeben. Es<br />
wird ke<strong>in</strong>e Haftung für Druckfehler oder unbeabsichtigte Auslassungen übernommen.<br />
Die Betriebe s<strong>in</strong>d nach Geme<strong>in</strong>de unterteilt. Für jeden Betrieb werden folgende Daten<br />
aufgeführt:<br />
- Name des Betriebs und Kategorie;<br />
- Adresse, Telefon- und Faxnummer (bei den Betrieben, <strong>di</strong>e nur während der Saison geöffnet<br />
s<strong>in</strong>d, wird <strong>in</strong> Klammern auch <strong>di</strong>e Telefonnummer angegeben, <strong>di</strong>e außerhalb der Saison gilt);<br />
- Website und Email-Adresse;<br />
- Öffnungszeit (falls nichts anderes angegeben ist, ist der Betrieb ganzjährig geöffnet);<br />
- Hochsaison;<br />
- <strong>di</strong>e angegebenen Preise beziehen sich (falls zwei Preise angegeben s<strong>in</strong>d) jeweils auf den<br />
M<strong>in</strong>dest- und den Höchstpreis;<br />
- Frühstück;<br />
- am rechten Rand ist <strong>di</strong>e Kapazität des Betriebs angegeben: Zimmerzahl, Bettenzahl, Zahl<br />
der Badezimmer. Bei Camp<strong>in</strong>gplätzen und Feriendörfern ist <strong>di</strong>e Zahl der Stellplätze, der<br />
Wohne<strong>in</strong>heiten und der Gäste angegeben.<br />
PREISE<br />
Der Preis pro Zimmer darf den <strong>in</strong> der Preistabelle angegebenen Höchstpreis nicht überschreiten.<br />
Diese Tabelle muss vom Betreiber <strong>in</strong> der Rezeption sowie auf dem Zimmer ausgehängt werden.<br />
Gemäß geltenden Gesetzesbestimmungen können <strong>di</strong>e Preise zum 1. Juni geändert werden.<br />
Der Gast entscheidet, ob er se<strong>in</strong> Frühstück e<strong>in</strong>nehmen möchte. Der <strong>di</strong>esbezügliche Preis kann<br />
getrennt vom Übernachtungspreis <strong>in</strong> Rechnung gestellt werden, aber nur dann, wenn der Gast<br />
<strong>di</strong>ese Leistung auch tatsächlich <strong>in</strong> Anspruch genommen hat.<br />
Die Preise beziehen sich auf Zimmer mit Badezimmer.<br />
Die Zustellung e<strong>in</strong>es dritten Betts <strong>in</strong> e<strong>in</strong>em Doppelzimmer kann gegen Aufpreis vorgenommen<br />
werden. E<strong>in</strong> weiteres Bett kann jedoch nur <strong>in</strong> ausreichend großen Zimmern und auf Wunsch des<br />
Kunden zugestellt werden. Apparthotels bestehen <strong>in</strong> der Regel aus Appartements mit Küche.<br />
Die angegebenen Preise s<strong>in</strong>d Wochenpreise. Die M<strong>in</strong>destaufenthaltsdauer beträgt sieben Tage.<br />
Die Preise der Ferienwohnungen s<strong>in</strong>d ebenfalls pro Woche angegeben.<br />
Gäste, denen Preise <strong>in</strong> Rechnung gestellt wurden, <strong>di</strong>e über denjenigen liegen, <strong>di</strong>e <strong>in</strong> <strong>di</strong>esem<br />
Verzeichnis aufgeführt s<strong>in</strong>d und <strong>di</strong>e ke<strong>in</strong>e <strong>di</strong>esbezügliche E<strong>in</strong>igung mit dem Betreiber erzielt<br />
haben, können beim Dezernat für Tourismus der Prov<strong>in</strong>z <strong>Cagliari</strong> (Assessorato al Turismo<br />
della Prov<strong>in</strong>cia <strong>di</strong> <strong>Cagliari</strong>) e<strong>in</strong>e begründete Beschwerde e<strong>in</strong>legen. Etwaige Beschwerden<br />
h<strong>in</strong>sichtlich Missständen <strong>in</strong> den e<strong>in</strong>zelnen Betrieben s<strong>in</strong>d an <strong>di</strong>e jeweilige Geme<strong>in</strong>de zu richten.<br />

Los datos <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cados en este anuario se han recopilado en base a los precios comunicados<br />
por los titulares de las empresas receptivas según las <strong>di</strong>sposiciones vigentes. La <strong>in</strong>formación<br />
sobre el equipamiento y las tarifas de los establecimientos <strong>in</strong>cluídos en la lista se ha publicado<br />
únicamente con un objetivo <strong>di</strong>vulgativo, razón por la cual se decl<strong>in</strong>a toda responsabilidad por<br />
posibles errores de imprenta u omisiones <strong>in</strong>voluntarias.<br />
Los establecimientos están ordenados por Municipio. De cada uno de ellos, están <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cados<br />
los datos relativos a:<br />
- nombre del establecimiento y nivel de clasificación;<br />
- <strong>di</strong>rección, teléfono, telefax (para los establecimientos con apertura estacional, entre<br />
paréntesis está <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cado el número de teléfono al que se puede llamar en la época en la<br />
que están cerrados);<br />
- pág<strong>in</strong>a web y <strong>di</strong>rección de correo electrónico;<br />
- período de apertura (si no está especificado, la actividad está abierta todo el año);<br />
- período de temporada alta;<br />
- los precios <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cados, cuando hay dos consecutivos, se refieren, respectivamente, al<br />
mínimo y al máximo que se puede aplicar;<br />
- desayuno;<br />
- en el lado derecho está <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cada la capacidad receptiva del establecimiento: n° de<br />
habitaciones, n° de camas, n° de baños. En la parte de<strong>di</strong>cada a los Camp<strong>in</strong>gs y a los<br />
Resorts están <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cados: n° de parcelas, alojamientos y huéspedes.<br />
PRECIOS<br />
El precio de la habitación no puede ser superior al <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cado en la tabla de precios específica<br />
que debe estar expuesta en la recepción de cada establecimiento y, además, en un cartel<br />
aplicado dentro de cada habitación. Según las <strong>di</strong>sposiciones vigentes, las tarifas pueden<br />
variar a partir del 1 de junio.<br />
Consumir el desayuno es opcional. La tarifa relativa se puede cobrar, separadamente de la de<br />
la habitación, sólo si el cliente pide expresamente <strong>di</strong>cho servicio.<br />
Las tarifas <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cadas se refieren a habitaciones con baño.<br />
Por una cama aña<strong>di</strong>da en una habitación con dos camas, se puede aplicar un aumento del<br />
precio de la misma habitación. En todo caso, la cama se podrá poner solamente en las<br />
habitaciones que tengan un tamaño adecuado y bajo pe<strong>di</strong>do del cliente.<br />
Los Albergues Residenciales, ofrecen alojamiento pr<strong>in</strong>cipalmente en apartamentos con<br />
coc<strong>in</strong>a. Las tarifas <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cadas son semanales. Se requiere una estadía mínima de siete días.<br />
Para las CAV (Casas Apartamentos para Vacaciones) las tarifas <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>cadas son semanales.<br />
Los turistas que observaran que los precios aplicados son superiores a los publicados en este anuario<br />
y no estuvieran satisfechos con la respuesta del titular, pueden presentar un reclamo por escrito<br />
ante la Consejería de Turismo de la Prov<strong>in</strong>cia de <strong>Cagliari</strong>. Eventuales reclamos por <strong>in</strong>eficiencia de los<br />
servicios deberán ser presentados ante el Ayuntamiento al que pertenece el establecimiento.<br />
