Avvertenze<br />
Per ogni esercizio alberghiero è indicato:<br />
• la denominazione, la classificazione con un numero di stelle variabile da cinque<br />
a uno, l’indirizzo. Le residenze turistico-alberghiere sono identificate con la sigla<br />
RTA accanto alla denominazione.<br />
• il numero delle camere, dei posti letto<br />
• il prezzo minimo e massimo, per persona, del trattamento di pensione completa<br />
e mezza pensione che si applica per una permanenza non inferiore a tre giorni<br />
(bevande escluse);<br />
• i prezzi che figurano nelle righe contrassegnate con ( ) si riferiscono alle<br />
camere dotate di bagno o doccia e servizi igienici privati;<br />
• il prezzo massimo della prima colazione.<br />
Le junior suites sono composte da un unico vano avente una parte allestita a<br />
salotto ed un bagno privato.<br />
PREZZI<br />
I prezzi espressi in euro, si intendono “tutto compreso” (I.V.A., riscaldamento e diritto<br />
fisso per il servizio). Le tariffe elencate sono quelle denunciate dagli albergatori al 1°<br />
ottobre 2009 e sono passibili di variazioni dal 1° giugno 2010. Agli ospiti, comunque,<br />
non potranno essere applicate tariffe difformi da quelle risultanti dalla tabella<br />
prezzi che l’albergatore ha l’obbligo di tenere esposta nel locale di ricevimento.<br />
La pensione completa e mezza pensione (escl. Bevande) si intende per persona e<br />
per giorno con permanenza minima di tre giorni.<br />
Reclami<br />
I turisti che riscontrano carenze nella gestione o nelle strutture, o ai quali sono<br />
state richieste tariffe difformi da quelle risultanti dalla tabella prezzi esposta nel<br />
locale di ricevimento dell’albergo, possono presentare documentato reclamo entro<br />
trenta giorni dall’evento a:<br />

Every hotel listing includes the following information:<br />
• the name, classification with number of stars varying from 5 to 1, address.<br />
The tourist hotel residences are marked by letters RTA next to the name;<br />
• the number of rooms, beds and baths;<br />
• the minimum and maximum prices for rooms with one bed, two beds and<br />
several beds;<br />
• the minimum and maximum prices, per person, for full board and half board.<br />
These apply to stays of not less than three days and do not include beverages;<br />
• Prices appearing in the lines marked with a ( ) refer to room including bath<br />
or shower and private lavatory;<br />
• the maximum price for breakfast.<br />
The junior suites are composed of one room, part of which is furnished as a<br />
sitting room, plus a private bathroom.<br />
PRICES<br />
Prices are given in euro and intended as “all included” (V.A.T, heating and fixed<br />
charge for service). Fees given in this Directory are those stated by hotel keepers<br />
as of 1st October 2009 and may be subject to variations from 1st June 2010.<br />
However, guests cannot be charged fees different from those on the table of<br />
prices that the hotel keeper is obliged to display in the reception area. The quality<br />
trade-mark of the hotel business is a voluntary association of hotel management<br />
that provides the guests, by an appropriate sign, an objective evaluation of the<br />
service level offered.<br />
CLAIMS<br />
Tourists charged with prices higher than that published in this Directory and<br />
who have not received adequate satisfaction by the hotel keeper can present<br />
a documented claim to:<br />

hinweis<br />
Für jeden Hotelbetrieb wird folgendes angegeben:<br />
der Hotelname, die betreffende Einstufung mit Angabe der Sterne, die von eins bis<br />
fünf variieren können, die Adresse; die touristischen Apartmenthotel sind mit der<br />
Abkürzung RTA neben dem Namen gekennzeichnet;<br />
die Anzahl der Zimmer, der Betten und der Badezimmer;<br />
die Mindest- und die Höchsttarife für Einzelzimmer, Doppelzimmer und Zimmer mit<br />
mehr als drei Betten;<br />
die Mindest- und Höchstarife, pro Person, für Vollpension und Halbpension, die bei<br />
einem Aufenthalt von nicht weniger als drei Tagen berechnet werden und die keine<br />
Getränke beinhalten;<br />
die Preise, die in den mit dem Symbol ( ) gekennzeichneten Zeilen<br />
der max. berechnete Frühstückspreis.<br />
Die Junior Suiten hingegen bestehen aus einem einzigen Raum, der als Wohn- und<br />
Schlafzimmer eingerichtet ist, und einem Bad.<br />
DIE PREISE<br />
Die Preise sind in Euro angegeben und verstehen sich als “alles einschliesslich“<br />
(MwSt., Heizung und Dienstleistungsanspruch). Die in diesem Jahresheft angeführten<br />
Tarife spiegeln die Angabe der Hotelführer für den Zeitraum ab dem 1. Oktober 2009<br />
wieder und Können ab dem 1. June 2010 Anderungen unterworfen werden. Den<br />
Gästen können jedoch keine Tarife berechet werden, die von der Preisliste, die der<br />
Hotelführer angehalten ist, in seinem<br />
Hotel bzw. in der Rezeption auszuhängen, abweichen.<br />
REKLAMATIONEN<br />
Diejenigen Touristen, denen in Gegenüberstellung mit den in diesem Heft verröffentlichten<br />
Preisen ein höherer Tarif berechnet wurde und die mit der Beherbergung nicht<br />
zufrieden waren, können an folgende Adresse ein Beschwerdeschreiben richten:<br />
