LINEE GUIDA GENERALI PER L’IMPORTAZIONE DI ALCOLICI IN RUSSIA L’importazione di vini nella Federazione russa è stata regolata fino al 2009 dalla normativa riportata in allegato. All’inizio dell’anno corrente è stato avviato un processo di revisione di tale normativa, che non si è ancora concluso anche se alcuni punti sono già stati resi noti. In particolare, le certificazioni di conformità precedentemente richieste sono state sostituite da dichiarazioni di conformità; gli altri documenti già utilizzati nella procedura doganale dovrebbero restare invariati, mentre maggiori innovazioni sono attese sul lato degli adempimenti richiesti agli importatori ed agli agenti doganali. Si forniscono di seguito un elenco di indicazioni utili relative alle limitazioni e procedure richieste dalle Autorità doganali per l’importazione di alcolici in Russia. 1. A causa delle restrizioni e dei puntigliosi controlli presso le dogana di confine, bisogna anzitutto considerare che gli alcolici possono essere spediti in Russia esclusivamente via aerea. 2. L’importazione di bevande alcoliche prive di etichette dell’Accisa da parte delle Autorità Doganali Russe, è ammessa solo per bevande destinate a fiere nel limite massimo di nr. 5 bottiglie per tipologia di prodotto. Fanno eccezione, e non sono quindi importabili liberamente, le bevande classificate all’interno dei gruppi sotto indicati, per le quali è comunque sempre richiesta la licenza di importazione.
