specimens. Activated Src expression and Caspase-8 tyrosine phosphorylation
will also be evaluated in sections of normal adjacent epithelium by IHC. Interassay
variation will be assessed in high and low scoring sections form one
batch in the subsequent batches. All slides will be examined and scored by
two independent observers one blinded to clinical outcome. Total cellular activated
