WP 9 – Project management & administration

The purpose of this work package is to monitor and co-ordinate all the
project activities and ensure conformance with the project and quality plans.
The general purpose of the project management are progress control of
each work package, coordination of the different project activities, and implementation
of quality control mechanisms by issuing appropriate project standards.
Project management will cover financial, administrative, scientific as
well as knowledge and innovation aspects.
EXPECTED RESULTS AND IMPACTS
K4CARE will foster a direct impact in healthcare centres, healthcare
national systems, and ultimately in the process of constructing a general homecare
model in Europe. Whenever this last occurs, the HCM is expected to act
as a reference to inspire the integrated use of the K4CARE proved successful
IST technologies to deal with homecare patients.
