EVALUATION FORM
The undersigned
, members of the Promotion
Committee have recorded the presence of the following documents pertaining
to the above alphanumeric code
A closed envelope, sealed and marked on the outside with an alphanumeric
code chosen freely by the applicant, comprising six letters and/or numerals;
A descriptive technical report of no more than pages in standard A format,
clearly indicating the section of the prize for which the project is entered. This
report must specify the plants used (with their Linnaean/scientific names), the
reasons for their selection and the chronology of the actions;
tables in standard A format (. x . cm) with plants, sections on a decimal
metric scale, photographs, graphic concept diagrams, perspectives and all else
necessary to an understanding of the project, the whole arranged in such a way
that the table is legible when positioned with the longest side parallel to the
ground. The items should be protected by appropriate lamination on both sides;
A CD Rom containing the above and marked with the candidate’s alphanumeric
code.
