Use the following recipes to
make your own Lillifee biscuits.
First you must clean the
Lillifee cutters with warm
water and a little washing
up liquid.
Now you are ready to start!
Butter biscuits
You will need:
200 g butter
100 g icing sugar, sifted
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 Egg yoke
300 g fl our
Cream the butter, sifted icing
sugar, vanilla sugar and
egg yoke. Sift the fl our and
gradually kneed it into the
dough. Shape the dough
into a big ball and put it into
the fridge for about one
hour. Read below to see
what you have to do next.
Almond biscuits
1 packet vanilla sugar
250 g fl our
75 g grated almonds
Cream the butter, icing sugar,
vanilla sugar, egg and egg
ball and put it into the fridge
for about one hour.
What to do next:
Now cut out two pieces of
baking paper to measure approximately
40 x 40 cm. Put
the ball of dough between
the two pieces of baking
paper and roll it out – but
not too thin! Now you can
start cutting out the biscuits.
