2. Description<br />

2.1 Grease filler pumps LAGF series<br />

LAGF 18 and LAGF 50<br />

The LAGF 18 and LAGF 50 grease filler pumps are <strong>de</strong>signed to fill grease guns, such<br />

as the <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 or LAGH 400. These pumps can be used to fill all greasing tools<br />

that are equipped with a DIN 1283 nipple. These pumps are operated manually by<br />

moving the handle up and down. The LAGF 18 is suitable for use with stan<strong>da</strong>rd<br />

<strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg drums. The LAGF 50 is suitable for use with stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>SKF</strong> 50 kg drums.<br />

2.2 Grease pumps <strong>LAGG</strong> series<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

The <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M grease pump is <strong>de</strong>signed for high-pressure applications.<br />

The <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M is suitable for use with stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg drums.<br />

The nozzle at the end of the hose connects to the lubrication point.<br />

The pump is operated manually by moving the handle up and down.<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE and <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

These grease pumps are <strong>de</strong>signed for high-pressure applications.<br />

The <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE is suitable for use with stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg drums.<br />

The <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE is suitable for use with stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>SKF</strong> 50 kg drums.<br />

The <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE is suitable for use with stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>SKF</strong> 180 kg drums.<br />

These pumps must be connected to a supply of <strong>com</strong>pressed air. The pump supplies<br />

grease when the handle is squeezed. The flow of grease stops when the handle is<br />

released. The <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE is equipped with a trolley.<br />

4. Operating instructions<br />

4.1 General preparation<br />

For all mo<strong>de</strong>ls<br />

Contaminant will cause severe wear and<br />

ultimately failure of the pump.<br />

Prevent that the piston rod is (temporarily)<br />

placed on a dirty surface at any time.<br />

1. Remove the lid of the grease drum.<br />

2. Place the follower plate on top of the<br />

grease in the drum. Push the follower<br />

plate down until the grease is visible<br />

through the centre opening of the<br />

plate.<br />

3. Fit the cover plate on top of the drum.<br />

4. Tighten the three butterfly screws to<br />

secure the top to the drum. Ensure that<br />

the cover plate is centred and securely<br />

fixed to the drum.<br />

5. Insert the piston rod of the pump<br />

mechanism through the cover plate and<br />

the follower plate. Ensure that the piston<br />

rod penetrates all the way to the bottom<br />

of the drum.<br />

6. Secure the piston rod to the cover plate<br />

by tightening the clamp-screw.<br />

4.2 Operation of manually operated grease filler pumps LAGF 18<br />

and LAGF 50<br />

Filling a grease gun or other greasing<br />

tool using the LAGF 18 or LAGF 50<br />

1. Push the filling nipple of the grease gun<br />

into the filling nozzle of the pump.<br />

2. Do not retract the piston handle on the<br />

grease gun prior to filling, since this<br />

may cause air to be trapped insi<strong>de</strong> the<br />

grease gun.<br />

3. During filling, ensure that the filling<br />

nipple is pressed into the filling nozzle.<br />

This will automatically open the shutoff<br />

valve fitted in the filling nozzle.<br />

4. Fill the grease gun by operating the<br />

handle of the filler pump. The grease<br />

gun is full when the resistance of the<br />

handle of the filler pump increases.<br />

Approximately 10 strokes are required<br />

to fill an empty grease gun.<br />

4.3 Operation of manually operated grease pump <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

1. Connect the grease <strong>de</strong>livery hose to the grease pump.<br />

2. Check that all of the connections are attached securely.<br />

3. Check that the grease <strong>de</strong>livery hose is not <strong>da</strong>maged.<br />

Replace <strong>da</strong>maged hoses immediately.<br />

4. Operate the handle until grease is discharged from the outlet.<br />

All of the air has now been removed and the grease pump is ready for use.<br />

4.4 Operation of air-driven grease pumps <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE<br />

and <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

For <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE only<br />

1. Assemble the trolley and put the grease<br />

drum on the base. The trolley can be<br />

used for a 50 kg drum.<br />

2. Connect the trolley bar members<br />

around the square trolley rod and the<br />

piston rod.<br />

3. Attach the handle and secure it in<br />

position by means of the screw.<br />

For all air driven grease pumps<br />

1. Connect the grease <strong>de</strong>livery hose<br />

to the grease pump.<br />

2. Check that all of the connections<br />

are attached securely.<br />

3. Check that none of the hoses are<br />

<strong>da</strong>maged. Replace any <strong>da</strong>maged<br />

hoses immediately.<br />

4. Connect the air inlet hose to the quickconnection<br />

nipple on the grease pump.<br />

Ensure that the inlet air pressure does<br />

not exceed 8 bar (120 psi). Installation<br />

of an air pressure regulator on the air<br />

inlet is re<strong>com</strong>men<strong>de</strong>d to increase the<br />

working life of the grease pump<br />

mechanism. The grease pump must be<br />

connected to a clean and dry air supply.<br />

An unfiltered air supply can cause the<br />

pump to stall or stop.<br />

5. Squeeze the grease gun handle until<br />

grease is discharged from the outlet.<br />

All of the air has now been removed<br />

and the grease pump is ready for use.<br />

5. After use<br />

For <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE and <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE only<br />

1. Disconnect the air inlet hose.<br />

2. Release the pressure from the grease pump by operating the grease gun handle.<br />

3. Transfer any possible grease residue to the next grease drum.<br />

4. Dispose of waste grease in an environmentally friendly manner.<br />

2. Description<br />

2.1 Pompes <strong>de</strong> remplissage <strong>de</strong> graisse <strong>série</strong>s LAGF<br />

LAGF 18 et LAGF 50<br />

Les pompes <strong>de</strong> remplissage LAGF 18 et LAGF 50 ont été conçues pour remplir les<br />

pompes à graisse tels les modèles <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 ou LAGH 400. Ces pompes<br />

peuvent être utilisées pour remplir tous les outils <strong>de</strong> graissage qui sont équipés<br />

d’un raccord 1283. Ces pompes fonctionnent manuellement en levant et en<br />

abaissant la poignée.<br />

La LAGF 18 peut être utilisée avec les fûts <strong>SKF</strong> stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>de</strong> 18 kg.<br />

2.2 Pompes à graisse <strong>série</strong>s <strong>LAGG</strong><br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

La pompe à graisse <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M a été conçue pour être utilisée <strong>da</strong>ns <strong>de</strong>s<br />

applications à haute pression. La <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M peut être utilisée avec les fûts <strong>SKF</strong><br />

stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>de</strong> 18 kg. Le raccord situé à l’extrémité du tuyau permet <strong>de</strong> la brancher<br />

sur le point <strong>de</strong> lubrification. Cette pompe fonctionne manuellement en levant et<br />

en abaissant la poignée.<br />

Ces pompes à graisse ont été conçues pour être utilisées <strong>da</strong>ns <strong>de</strong>s applications à<br />

haute pression. La <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE peut être utilisée avec les fûts <strong>SKF</strong> stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>de</strong><br />

Ces pompes doivent être connectées à un circuit d’air <strong>com</strong>primé. La pompe envoie<br />

<strong>de</strong> la graisse lorsque la poignée est enfoncée. Le flux <strong>de</strong> graisse s’arrête lorsque la<br />

poignée est relâchée. La <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE est équipée d’un chariot.<br />

4. Mo<strong>de</strong> d’emploi<br />

4.1 Préparation générale<br />

Pour tous les modèles<br />

La pollution peut causer une usure prématurée,<br />

et <strong>de</strong>s dommages irrémédiables à la pompe.<br />

Afin <strong>de</strong> prévenir cela veillez à ne jamais mettre<br />

le piston en contact avec <strong>de</strong>s matières sales.<br />

Français<br />

1. Retirer le couvercle du fût <strong>de</strong> graisse.<br />

2. Placer la plaque du piston sur la graisse<br />

<strong>da</strong>ns le fût. Poussez cette plaque vers<br />

le bas jusqu’à ce que <strong>de</strong> la graisse soit<br />

visible par l’orifice central <strong>de</strong> la plaque.<br />

3. Fixer la plaque <strong>de</strong> fermeture sur la<br />

partie supérieure du fût.<br />

4. Vissez les trois vis papillon afin <strong>de</strong> bien<br />

fixer la partie supérieure du fût. Vérifiez<br />

que la plaque <strong>de</strong> fermeture soit bien<br />

centrée et fixée sur le fût.<br />

5. Insérez la tige du piston <strong>de</strong> la pompe à<br />

travers la plaque <strong>de</strong> fermeture et la<br />

plaque du piston. Vérifiez que la tige du<br />

piston pénètre jusqu’au fond du seau.<br />

6. Fixez la tige du piston sur la plaque <strong>de</strong><br />

fermeture en serrant la vis <strong>de</strong> blocage.<br />

4.2 Fonctionnement <strong>de</strong>s pompes <strong>de</strong> remplissage <strong>de</strong> graisse manuelles<br />

LAGF 18 et LAGF 50<br />

Remplissage d’un pistolet à graisse ou<br />

autre outil <strong>de</strong> graissage à l’ai<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong> la<br />

LAGF 18 ou LAGF 50<br />

1. Poussez le raccord <strong>de</strong> remplissage du<br />

pistolet <strong>da</strong>ns l’embout <strong>de</strong> la pompe.<br />

2. Ne rentrez pas le levier du piston <strong>de</strong> la<br />

pompe à graisse avant d’avoir terminé<br />

le remplissage, sinon <strong>de</strong> l’air pourrait<br />

s’introduire <strong>da</strong>ns la pompe à graisse.<br />

3. Pen<strong>da</strong>nt le remplissage, vérifiez que le<br />

raccord <strong>de</strong> remplissage est enclenché<br />

<strong>da</strong>ns l’embout. La vanne <strong>de</strong> coupure<br />

installée <strong>da</strong>ns l’embout s’ouvrira<br />

automatiquement.<br />

4. Remplissez la pompe à graisse en<br />

actionnant le levier <strong>de</strong> la pompe <strong>de</strong><br />

remplissage. Elle est pleine lorsque le<br />

levier <strong>de</strong> la pompe <strong>de</strong> remplissage<br />

rencontre une résistance plus élevée.<br />

Environ 10 coups sont nécessaires pour<br />

remplir un pistolet <strong>de</strong> graissage vi<strong>de</strong>.<br />

Pour les <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE exclusivement<br />

1. Montez le chariot et placez le fût <strong>de</strong><br />

graisse sur la base. Le trolley peut être<br />

utilisé pour un tambour <strong>de</strong> 50 kg.<br />

2. Connectez les parties <strong>de</strong> la barre du chariot<br />

autour <strong>de</strong> la tige du chariot carré et la tige<br />

du piston.<br />

3. Fixez la poignée et mettez-la en place<br />

grâce à la vis.<br />

Pour toutes les pompes hydropneumatiques<br />

1. Raccor<strong>de</strong>z le flexible du pistolet<br />

une soupape régulatrice <strong>de</strong> pression<br />

<strong>da</strong>ns l’entrée d’air, afin d’augmenter la<br />

longévité <strong>de</strong> la pompe <strong>de</strong> graissage.<br />

La pompe <strong>de</strong> graissage doit être<br />

raccordée à une prise d’air propre et<br />

seche. Une prise d’air non filtré peut<br />

provoquer le calage ou l’arrêt <strong>de</strong> la pompe.<br />

5. Actionnez le levier du pistolet graisseur<br />

jusqu’à ce que <strong>de</strong> la graisse sorte.<br />

La totalité <strong>de</strong> l’air est maintenant sortie<br />

et la pompe <strong>de</strong> graissage peut être utilisée.<br />

5. Après emploi<br />

Pour <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE et <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE exclusivement<br />

1. Déconnectez le flexible d’entrée d’air.<br />

2. Relâchez la pression d’air <strong>de</strong> la pompe <strong>de</strong> graissage en actionnant le levier<br />

du pistolet graisseur.<br />

3. Transférez autant que possible les restes <strong>de</strong> graisse <strong>da</strong>ns le fût suivant.<br />

4. Débarrassez-vous <strong>de</strong> la graisse usée <strong>da</strong>ns <strong>de</strong>s conditions inoffensives pour<br />

2.1 Schmierfetteinfüllpumpen <strong>de</strong>r Serie LAGF<br />

LAGF 18 und LAGF 50<br />

Die Schmierfetteinfüllpumpen LAGF 18 und LAGF 50 sind zum Füllen von<br />

Abschmierpressen bestimmt, wie etwa <strong>de</strong>r <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 o<strong>de</strong>r LAGH 400.<br />

Diese Pumpen können zum Füllen aller Schmierwerkzeuge verwen<strong>de</strong>t wer<strong>de</strong>n, die<br />

über einen DIN 1283 Nippel verfügen. Diese Pumpen wer<strong>de</strong>n per Hand durch <strong>da</strong>s Heben<br />

und Senken <strong>de</strong>s Handgriffs betrieben. Die LAGF 18 eignet sich für die Verwendung mit<br />

<strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg-Stan<strong>da</strong>rdtrommeln. Die LAGF 50 eignet sich für die Verwendung mit<br />

<strong>SKF</strong> 50 kg-Stan<strong>da</strong>rdtrommeln.<br />

2.2 Schmierstoffpumpen <strong>de</strong>r Serie <strong>LAGG</strong><br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

Die Schmierstoffpumpe <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M ist für Hochdruckanwendungen konzipiert.<br />

Die <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M eignet sich für die Verwendung mit <strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg-Stan<strong>da</strong>rdtrommeln.<br />

Das Ventil am En<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>s Schlauchs schließt an die Schmierstelle an. Die Pumpe<br />

wird per Hand durch <strong>da</strong>s Heben und Senken <strong>de</strong>s Handgriffs betrieben.<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE und <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

Diese Schmierstoffpumpen sind für Hochdruckanwendungen konzipiert.<br />

Die <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE eignet sich für die Verwendung mit <strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg-Stan<strong>da</strong>rdtrommeln.<br />

Die <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE eignet sich für die Verwendung mit <strong>SKF</strong> 50 kg-Stan<strong>da</strong>rdtrommeln.<br />

Die <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE eignet sich für die Verwendung mit <strong>SKF</strong> 180 kg-Stan<strong>da</strong>rdtrommeln.<br />

Diese Pumpen müssen an eine Zufuhr komprimierter Luft angeschlossen wer<strong>de</strong>n.<br />

Die Pumpe spen<strong>de</strong>t Schmierstoff, wenn <strong>de</strong>r Handgriff gedrückt wird. Wird <strong>de</strong>r Handgriff<br />

locker gelassen, fließt kein weiterer Schmierstoff mehr nach. Die <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE ist mit einem<br />

Transportwagen ausgestattet.<br />

4. Bedienungsanleitung<br />

4.1 Allgemeine Vorbereitung<br />

Für alle Mo<strong>de</strong>lle<br />

Schadstoffe können erhebliche Abnutzungen<br />

verursachen, die <strong>da</strong>nn zum Ausfall <strong>de</strong>r Pumpe<br />

führen können. Vermei<strong>de</strong>n Sie <strong>da</strong>her immer<br />

die Ablage <strong>de</strong>r Kolbenstange (auch nur ganz<br />

kurzfristig) auf schmutzigen Oberflächen.<br />

1. Ab<strong>de</strong>ckung <strong>de</strong>r Schmierstofftrommel<br />

entfernen.<br />

2. Die Druckscheibe oben auf <strong>de</strong>n<br />

Schmierstoff in <strong>de</strong>r Trommel legen.<br />

Die Druckplatte so lange nach unten<br />

drücken, bis durch die Mittelöffnung<br />

<strong>de</strong>r Platte Schmierstoff sichtbar wird.<br />

3. Die Ab<strong>de</strong>ckungsplatte oben auf <strong>de</strong>r<br />

Trommel anbringen.<br />

4. Mit <strong>de</strong>n drei Flügelschrauben fest<br />

sichern. Sicherstellen, <strong>da</strong>ss sich die<br />

Ab<strong>de</strong>ckungsplatte genau in <strong>de</strong>r Mitte<br />

befin<strong>de</strong>t und gut an <strong>de</strong>r Trommel<br />

befestigt ist.<br />

5. Die Kolbenstange <strong>de</strong>s<br />

Pumpmechanismus durch die<br />

Ab<strong>de</strong>ckungsplatte und die Druckplatte<br />

einführen. Sicherstellen, <strong>da</strong>ss die<br />

Kolbenstange ganz bis zum Bo<strong>de</strong>n<br />

<strong>de</strong>r Trommel eingeführt wird.<br />

6. Die Kolbenstange durch Festziehen <strong>de</strong>r<br />

Klemmschraube an <strong>de</strong>r Ab<strong>de</strong>ckungsplatte<br />

befestigen.<br />

4.2 Betrieb <strong>de</strong>r manuell betriebenen Schmierstoffeinfüllpumpen LAGF 18<br />

und LAGF 50<br />

Eine Abschmierpresse o<strong>de</strong>r ein an<strong>de</strong>res<br />

Schmierwerkzeug mit Hilfe <strong>de</strong>r LAGF 18<br />

o<strong>de</strong>r LAGF 50 füllen<br />

1. Den Füllnippel <strong>de</strong>r Abschmierpresse in<br />

<strong>da</strong>s Füllventil <strong>de</strong>r Pumpe drücken.<br />

2. Vor <strong>de</strong>m Füllen <strong>de</strong>n Kolbengriff nicht<br />

zurückziehen, <strong>da</strong> <strong>da</strong>durch Luft in die<br />

Abschmierpresse gelangen kann.<br />

3. Während <strong>de</strong>s Füllvorgangs <strong>da</strong>rauf<br />

achten, <strong>da</strong>ss <strong>de</strong>r Füllnippel fest in <strong>da</strong>s<br />

Füllventil gedrückt ist. Dadurch öffnet<br />

sich automatisch die Verschlussdüse<br />

<strong>de</strong>s Ventils.<br />

4. Die Abschmierpresse durch Bedienung<br />

<strong>de</strong>s Handgriffs <strong>de</strong>r Einfüllpumpe füllen.<br />

Die Abschmierpresse ist voll, wenn <strong>de</strong>r<br />

Wi<strong>de</strong>rstand <strong>de</strong>s Handgriffs <strong>de</strong>r<br />

Einfüllpumpe höher wird. Zum Füllen<br />

einer leeren Abschmierpresse sind<br />

etwa 10 Hübe erfor<strong>de</strong>rlich.<br />

4.3 Betrieb <strong>de</strong>r manuell betriebenen Schmierstoffpumpe <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

1. Den Schmierstoffzufuhr-Schlauch an die Schmierstoffpumpe anschließen.<br />

2. Kontrollieren, ob alle Verbindungsteile sicher angeschlossen sind.<br />

3. Den Schmierstoffzufuhr-Schlauch auf Beschädigungen überprüfen.<br />

Einen beschädigten Schlauch sofort austauschen.<br />

4. Den Handgriff bedienen, bis Schmierstoff aus <strong>de</strong>r Öffnung tritt.<br />

Nun wur<strong>de</strong> alle Luft entfernt und die Schmierstoffpumpe ist betriebsbereit.<br />

4.4 Betrieb <strong>de</strong>r mit Luft betriebenen Schmierstoffpumpen <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE,<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE und <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

Nur für die Pumpe <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE<br />

1. Den Transportwagen aufbauen und die<br />

Schmierstoffpumpe auf die Grundfläche<br />

stellen. Den Transportwagen eignet sich<br />

für eine 50 kg-Stan<strong>da</strong>rdtrommel.<br />

2. Die Stäbe <strong>de</strong>s Transportwagens um die<br />

run<strong>de</strong>n Transportwagen-Stange und die<br />

Kolbenstange anbringen.<br />

3. Den Handgriff aufsetzen und seine<br />

Position mit Hilfe <strong>de</strong>r Schraube fixieren.<br />

Für alle mit Luft betriebenen<br />

Schmierstoffpumpen<br />

1. Den Schmierstoffzufuhr-Schlauch an die<br />

Schmierstoffpumpe anschließen.<br />

2. Kontrollieren, ob alle Verbindungsteile<br />

sicher angeschlossen sind.<br />

3. Alle Schläuche auf Beschädigungen<br />

überprüfen. Einen beschädigten<br />

Schlauch sofort austauschen.<br />

4. Den Lufteinlass-Schlauch an <strong>de</strong>n<br />

Schnellanschlussnippel <strong>de</strong>r Schmierstoffpumpe<br />

anschließen. Sicherstellen, <strong>da</strong>ss <strong>de</strong>r Druck <strong>de</strong>r<br />

eingelassenen Luft nicht 8 bar überschreitet.<br />

Zur Verlängerung <strong>de</strong>r Lebens<strong>da</strong>uer <strong>de</strong>s<br />

Schmierstoffpumpen- Mechanismus empfiehl<br />

sich die Anbringung eines Luftdruckreglers<br />

am Lufteinlass. Die Schmierpumpe muss an<br />

saubere und trockene Druckluft<br />

angeschlossen wer<strong>de</strong>n. Nicht gefilterte<br />

Druckluft kann die Pumpe versagen<br />

lassen o<strong>de</strong>r unterbrechen.<br />

5. Den Griff <strong>de</strong>r Abschmierpresse so lange<br />

drücken, bis am En<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>s Schmierrohres<br />

Schmiermittel abgegeben wird.<br />

Nun wur<strong>de</strong> alle Luft entfernt und die<br />

Schmierstoffpumpe ist betriebsbereit.<br />

5. Nach <strong>de</strong>r Verwendung<br />

Nur für <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE und <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

1. Den Lufteinlass-Schlauch abnehmen.<br />

2. Durch Betrieb <strong>de</strong>s Griffs <strong>de</strong>r Abschmierpresse <strong>de</strong>n Druck aus <strong>de</strong>r Schmierstoffpumpe lassen.<br />

3. Eventuelle Schmierstoffreste in die nächste Schmierstofftrommel leiten.<br />

4. Nicht gebrauchten Schmierstoff umweltfreundlich entsorgen.<br />

2.1 Bombas engrasadoras serie LAGF<br />

LAGF 18 y LAGF 50<br />

Las bombas engrasadoras LAGF 18 y LAGF 50 están diseña<strong>da</strong>s para llenar<br />

pistolas engrasadoras <strong>com</strong>o la <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 o la LAGH 400. Estas bombas pue<strong>de</strong>n<br />

usarse para llenar todo tipo <strong>de</strong> herramientas engrasadoras que estén equipa<strong>da</strong>s con<br />

una boquilla DIN 1283.<br />

Estas bombas se accionan manualmente moviendo el mango arriba y abajo.<br />

El mo<strong>de</strong>lo LAGF 18 es a<strong>de</strong>cuado para utilizarlo con bidones <strong>SKF</strong> <strong>de</strong> 18 kg.<br />

El mo<strong>de</strong>lo LAGF 50 es a<strong>de</strong>cuado para utilizarlo con bidones <strong>SKF</strong> <strong>de</strong> 50 kg.<br />

El mo<strong>de</strong>lo <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M es a<strong>de</strong>cuado para utilizarlo con bidones <strong>SKF</strong> <strong>de</strong> 18 kg.<br />

La boquilla <strong>de</strong>l extremo <strong>de</strong>l tubo se conecta al punto <strong>de</strong> lubricación. La bomba se<br />

acciona manualmente moviendo el mango arriba y abajo.<br />

4. Instrucciones <strong>de</strong> funcionamiento<br />

4.1 Preparación general<br />

Para todos los mo<strong>de</strong>los<br />

La contaminación causará el <strong>de</strong>sgaste,<br />

y finalmente el fallo, <strong>de</strong> la bomba. Evite que<br />

nadie coloque en ningún momento el émbolo<br />

sobre una superficie sucia.<br />

1. Retire la tapa <strong>de</strong>l bidón <strong>de</strong> grasa.<br />

2. Coloque el plato <strong>de</strong> guía en la parte<br />

superior <strong>de</strong> la grasa en el bidón.<br />

Empuje la placa <strong>de</strong> guía hacia abajo<br />

hasta que se vea la grasa a través <strong>de</strong> la<br />

abertura central <strong>de</strong> la placa.<br />

3. Ajuste la placa <strong>de</strong> cierre en la parte<br />

superior <strong>de</strong>l bidón.<br />

4. Apriete los tres tornillos <strong>de</strong> mariposa<br />

para asegurar la parte superior <strong>de</strong>l bidón.<br />

Compruebe que la placa <strong>de</strong> cierre está<br />

centra<strong>da</strong> y fija<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong> forma segura al bidón.<br />

5. Inserte el vástago <strong>de</strong>l émbolo <strong>de</strong>l<br />

mecanismo <strong>de</strong> la bomba a través <strong>de</strong> la<br />

placa <strong>de</strong> cierre y <strong>de</strong>l plato <strong>de</strong> guía.<br />

Compruebe que el vástago <strong>de</strong>l émbolo<br />

penetre hasta el fondo <strong>de</strong>l bidón.<br />

6. Asegure el vástago <strong>de</strong>l émbolo a la placa<br />

<strong>de</strong> cierre apretando el tornillo <strong>de</strong> fijación.<br />

4.2 Funcionamiento <strong>de</strong> las bombas engrasadoras acciona<strong>da</strong>s<br />

manualmente LAGF 18 y LAGF 50<br />

Llenado <strong>de</strong> una pistola engrasadora u<br />

otra herramienta engrasadora<br />

utilizando el mo<strong>de</strong>lo LAGF 18 o LAGF 50<br />

1. Empuje el racor <strong>de</strong> llenado <strong>de</strong> la pistola<br />

engrasadora <strong>de</strong>ntro <strong>de</strong> la boquilla <strong>de</strong><br />

llenado <strong>de</strong> la bomba.<br />

2. No retraiga el émbolo <strong>de</strong> la pistola<br />

engrasadora antes <strong>de</strong>l llenado ya que<br />

esto pue<strong>de</strong> ocasionar que que<strong>de</strong> aire<br />

<strong>de</strong>ntro <strong>de</strong> la pistola engrasadora.<br />

3. Durante el llenado asegúrese <strong>de</strong> que el<br />

racor <strong>de</strong> llenado es empujado a presión<br />

<strong>de</strong>ntro <strong>de</strong> la boquilla <strong>de</strong> llenado.<br />

Esto abrirá automáticamente la válvula <strong>de</strong><br />

cierre que hay en la boquilla <strong>de</strong> llenado.<br />

4. Llene la pistola engrasadora<br />

accionando el mango <strong>de</strong> la bomba <strong>de</strong><br />

llenado. La pistola engrasadora estará<br />

llena cuando aumente la resistencia <strong>de</strong>l<br />

mango <strong>de</strong> la bomba <strong>de</strong> llenado.<br />

Se requieren aproxima<strong>da</strong>mente<br />

10 carreras para llenar una pistola<br />

engrasadora.<br />

4.3 Funcionamiento <strong>de</strong> la bomba <strong>de</strong> grasa acciona<strong>da</strong> manualmente<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

1. Conecte la manguera <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>scarga <strong>de</strong> grasa a la bomba <strong>de</strong> grasa.<br />

2. Compruebe que to<strong>da</strong>s las conexiones están fija<strong>da</strong>s <strong>de</strong> modo seguro.<br />

3. Compruebe que la manguera <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>scarga <strong>de</strong> grasa no está <strong>da</strong>ña<strong>da</strong>.<br />

Sustituya inmediatamente las mangueras <strong>da</strong>ña<strong>da</strong>s.<br />

4. Accione el mango hasta que empiece a salir grasa. Todo el aire habrá sido<br />

eliminado y la bomba <strong>de</strong> grasa estará lista para su <strong>uso</strong>.<br />

4.4 Funcionamiento <strong>de</strong> las bombas <strong>de</strong> grasa acciona<strong>da</strong>s por aire <strong>LAGG</strong><br />

18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE y <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

Sólo para el mo<strong>de</strong>lo <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE<br />

1. Monte el carro y ponga el bidón <strong>de</strong><br />

grasa sobre la base. El carro pue<strong>de</strong><br />

utilizarse para un bidón <strong>de</strong> 50 kg.<br />

2. Conecte las piezas <strong>de</strong> barras <strong>de</strong>l carro<br />

alre<strong>de</strong>dor <strong>de</strong>l vástago <strong>de</strong>l carro<br />

cuadrado y <strong>de</strong>l vástago <strong>de</strong>l émbolo<br />

3. Acople el mango y asegúrelo en su sitio<br />

mediante el tornillo.<br />

1. Conecte la manguera <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>scarga<br />

3. Compruebe que ninguna <strong>de</strong> las mangueras<br />

está <strong>da</strong>ña<strong>da</strong>. Sustituya inmediatamente<br />

cualquier manguera <strong>da</strong>ña<strong>da</strong>.<br />

4. Conecte la manguera <strong>de</strong> entra<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />

aire a la boquilla <strong>de</strong> conexión rápi<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />

la bomba <strong>de</strong> grasa. Compruebe que la<br />

presión <strong>de</strong> entra<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong> aire no exce<strong>de</strong><br />

<strong>de</strong> 8 bar. Se re<strong>com</strong>ien<strong>da</strong> la instalación<br />

<strong>de</strong> un regulador <strong>de</strong> presión <strong>de</strong>l aire en la<br />

entra<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong> aire para aumentar la duración<br />

<strong>de</strong> la bomba <strong>de</strong> grasa. La bomba <strong>de</strong><br />

grasa <strong>de</strong>be conectarse a un suministro<br />

<strong>de</strong> aire limpio y seco. Un suministro <strong>de</strong><br />

aire no filtrado pue<strong>de</strong> hacer que la<br />

bomba se cale o se pare.<br />

5. Presione el mango <strong>de</strong> la pistola<br />

engrasadora hasta que empiece a salir<br />

grasa. Todo el aire habrá sido eliminado<br />

y la bomba <strong>de</strong> grasa estará lista para su <strong>uso</strong>.<br />

2.1 Pompe di caricamento serie LAGF<br />

LAGF 18 e LAGF 50<br />

Le pompe di caricamento LAGF 18 e LAGF 50 sono state progettate per caricare le<br />

pistole di ingrassaggio, ad esempio la <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 o la LAGH 400. Queste pompe si<br />

possono usare per caricare tutti gli strumenti di ingrassaggio dotati di un raccordo<br />

DIN 1283. Queste pompe vengono azionate manualmente spostando l’impugnatura in<br />

alto e in basso. La LAGF 18 è a<strong>da</strong>tta per fusti stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>SKF</strong> <strong>da</strong> 18 kg . La LAGF 50 è<br />

a<strong>da</strong>tta per fusti stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>SKF</strong> <strong>da</strong> 50 kg.<br />

2.2 Pompe di ingrassaggio serie <strong>LAGG</strong><br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

La pompa di ingrassaggio <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M è stata progettata per applicazioni ad alta pressione.<br />

La LAGF 18M è a<strong>da</strong>tta per fusti stan<strong>da</strong>rd <strong>SKF</strong> <strong>da</strong> 18 kg. L’ugello alla fine <strong>de</strong>l tubo si<br />

collega al punto di lubrificazione. La pompa viene azionata manualmente spostando<br />

l’impugnatura in alto e in basso.<br />

Queste pompe di ingrassaggio sono state progettate per applicazioni ad alta pressione.<br />

4. Istruzioni di funzionamento<br />

4.1 Preparazione generale<br />

Per tutti i mo<strong>de</strong>lli<br />

La contaminazione usura il pompante e<br />

<strong>da</strong>nneggia quindi la pompa. Per evitare<br />

questo l’asta <strong>de</strong>l pistoncino <strong>de</strong>ve essere<br />

sempre appoggiata (temporaneamente)<br />

su una superfice pulita.<br />

1. Aprire il fusto <strong>de</strong>l grasso.<br />

2. Posizionare il disco attuatore sulla parte<br />

superiore <strong>de</strong>l grasso nel fusto. Spingerlo<br />

verso il basso, sino alla <strong>com</strong>parsa <strong>de</strong>l<br />

grasso <strong>da</strong>ll’apertura centrale <strong>de</strong>l disco.<br />

3. Posizionare la piastra di copertura sulla<br />

sommità <strong>de</strong>l fusto.<br />

4. Fissare la sommità <strong>de</strong>l fusto serrando<br />

le tre viti ad alette. Verificare che la<br />

piastra di copertura sia centrata e<br />

fissata sal<strong>da</strong>mente al fusto.<br />

5. Inserire l’asta <strong>de</strong>l pistoncino <strong>de</strong>lla<br />

pompa nella piastra di copertura e nel<br />

disco attuatore. Verificare che si attesti<br />

sul fondo <strong>de</strong>l fusto.<br />

6. Fissare l’asta <strong>de</strong>l pistoncino sulla piastra<br />

di copertura serrando l’apposita vite.<br />

4.2 Funzionamento <strong>de</strong>lle pompe di caricamento LAGF 18 e LAGF 50<br />

azionate manualmente<br />

Caricamento di un iniettore di grasso o<br />

di un altro strumento di ingrassaggio<br />

usando la LAGF 18 o la LAGF 50<br />

1. Spingere il raccordo di riempimento<br />

<strong>de</strong>lla pistola di ingrassaggio nell’ugello<br />

<strong>de</strong>lla pompa.<br />

2. Ritrarre la leva <strong>de</strong>lla pistola di ingrassaggio<br />

soltanto dopo aver effettuato il riempimento<br />

poiché potrebbero altrimenti generarsi<br />

concentrazioni di aria al suo interno.<br />

3. Durante il riempimento, accertarsi che il<br />

raccordo si trovi a fondo nell’ugello.<br />

In questo modo, si aprirà automaticamente<br />

la valvola di intercettazione posta nell’ugello.<br />

4. Riempire la pistola di ingrassaggio<br />

mediante la leva: quando si percepisce<br />

una certa resistenza, la pistola è<br />

<strong>com</strong>pletamente carica. Occorrono circa<br />

10 corse per riempire un iniettore di grasso.<br />

4.3 Funzionamento <strong>de</strong>lla pompa di ingrassaggio <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

azionata manualmente<br />

1. Collegare il tubo flessibile <strong>de</strong>lla pistola di ingrassaggio alla pompa.<br />

2. Controllare che tutti i raccordi siano a<strong>de</strong>guatamente fissati.<br />

3. Controllare che il tubo flessibile <strong>de</strong>lla pistola di ingrassaggio non sia<br />

<strong>da</strong>nneggiato. Sostituire immediatamente i tubi flessibili <strong>da</strong>nneggiati.<br />

4. Agire sulla leva <strong>de</strong>lla pistola di ingrassaggio sino alla <strong>com</strong>parsa <strong>de</strong>l grasso.<br />

Tutta l’aria è stata rimossa e la pompa di ingrassaggio è a<strong>de</strong>sso pronta per l’<strong>uso</strong>.<br />

4.4 Funzionamento <strong>de</strong>lle pompe di ingrassaggio ad aria <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE,<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE e <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

Solo per la <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE<br />

1. Montare il carrello e collocare il fusto <strong>de</strong>l<br />

grasso sulla base. Il carrello può essere<br />

utilizzato per un fusto <strong>da</strong> 50 kg.<br />

2. Fissare gli elementi a barra <strong>de</strong>l carrello<br />

intorno all’asta quadrata <strong>de</strong>llo stesso e<br />

all’asta <strong>de</strong>l pistoncino.<br />

3. Fissare la maniglia e assicurarla in se<strong>de</strong><br />

per mezzo <strong>de</strong>lla vite.<br />

Per tutte le pompe di ingrassaggio ad aria<br />

1. Collegare il tubo flessibile <strong>de</strong>lla pistola di<br />

ingrassaggio alla pompa.<br />

2.1 Fettpåfyllningspumpar, serie LAGF<br />

LAGF 18 och LAGF 50<br />

Fettpåfyllningspumparna LAGF 18 och LAGF 50 är konstruera<strong>de</strong> för att fylla fettsprutor<br />

såsom <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 eller LAGH 400. Dessa pumpar kan använ<strong>da</strong>s till att fylla all<br />

smörjutrustning som är försedd med en nippel DIN 1283.<br />

Pumparna sköts manuellt genom att föra handtaget upp och ner. LAGF 18 passar till<br />

<strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg stan<strong>da</strong>rdfat och LAGF 50 passar till <strong>SKF</strong> 50 kg stan<strong>da</strong>rdfat.<br />

4. Bruksanvisning<br />

4.1 Allmänna förbere<strong>de</strong>lser<br />

För alla mo<strong>de</strong>ller<br />

Föroreningar orsakar alltid slitage och i<br />

slutän<strong>da</strong>n fel på pumpen. Skyd<strong>da</strong> alltid<br />

pumpröret när <strong>de</strong>t (tillfälligt) placeras<br />

på smutsiga ytor.<br />

1. Ta av locket från fettfatet.<br />

2. Placera följeplattan ovanpå fettet i fatet.<br />

Skjut plattan nedåt tills <strong>de</strong>t syns fett<br />

genom öppningen mitt i plattan.<br />

3. Placera täckplåten ovanpå fatet.<br />

4. Dra åt <strong>de</strong> tre vingskruvarna så att fatets<br />

över<strong>de</strong>l låses. Kontrollera att täckplåten<br />

är centrerad och or<strong>de</strong>ntligt fäst på fatet.<br />

5. För pumpmekanismens kolvstång<br />

genom täckplåten och följeplattan.<br />

Kontrollera att kolvstången når hela<br />

vägen till fatets botten.<br />

6. Fäst kolvstången i täckplåten genom att<br />

dra åt klämskruven.<br />

1. För in fettsprutans påfyllningsnippel i<br />

pumpens påfyllningsmunstycke.<br />

2. Drag inte tillbaka fettsprutans<br />

kolvhandtag före påfyllningen, <strong>de</strong>tta<br />

kan le<strong>da</strong> till att <strong>de</strong>t kommer luft in i<br />

fettsprutan.<br />

3. Kontrollera att nippeln trycks in i<br />

munstycket un<strong>de</strong>r påfyllningen.<br />

Detta öppnar automatiskt<br />

avstängningsventilen som finns i<br />

påfyllningsmunstycket.<br />

4. Fyll fettsprutan genom att pumpa med<br />

påfyllningspumpens handtag.<br />

Fettsprutan är full när motstån<strong>de</strong>t från<br />

pumpens handtag ökar.<br />

För att fylla en tom fettspruta krävs ca.<br />

10 pumpslag.<br />

4.3 Användning av manuell fatpump <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

1. Koppla matarslangen till fatpumpen.<br />

2. Kontrollera att alla kopplingar sitter fast or<strong>de</strong>ntligt.<br />

3. Kontrollera att matarslangen inte är ska<strong>da</strong>d. Byt genast ut ska<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong> slangar.<br />

4. Pumpa med handtaget tills <strong>de</strong>t kommer fett ur öppningen.<br />

All luft har nu drivits ut, fatpumpen är klar för användning.<br />

1. Sätt ihop vagnen och placera fettfatet<br />

på <strong>de</strong>n sockeln. Vagnen kan använ<strong>da</strong>s<br />

för ett 50 kg fat.<br />

2. Koppla vagnens sken<strong>de</strong>lar runt <strong>de</strong>t<br />

fyrkantiga vagnstaget och kolvstången.<br />

3. Montera handtaget och spärra <strong>de</strong>t på<br />

plats med skruven.<br />

För alla luftdrivna fatpumpar<br />

1. Koppla matarslangen till fatpumpen.<br />

2. Kontrollera att alla kopplingar sitter fast<br />

or<strong>de</strong>ntligt.<br />

4. Koppla tryckluftsslangen till<br />

fatpumpens snabbkopplingsnippel.<br />

Se till att trycket i tryckluftsslangen inte<br />

överstiger 8 bar. Vi rekommen<strong>de</strong>rar att<br />

montera en tryckregulator på<br />

luftintaget, då håller fatpumpens<br />

mekanism längre. Fettpumpen måste<br />

anslutas till en ren och torr tryckluft.<br />

Ofiltrerad tryckluft kan få pumpen att<br />

stöta eller stanna.<br />

5. Tryck in fettsprutans handtag tills <strong>de</strong>t<br />

kommer fett ur öppningen. All luft har<br />

nu drivits ut, fettpumpen är klar för<br />

2.1 Smeervulpompen LAGF-serie<br />

LAGF 18 en LAGF 50<br />

De LAGF 18 en LAGF 50 smeervulpompen zijn bedoeld voor het vullen van smeerpistolen,<br />

zoals <strong>de</strong> <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 of LAGH 400. Deze pompen kunnen wor<strong>de</strong>n gebruikt voor het<br />

vullen van alle smeerpistolen die zijn voorzien van een DIN 1283-nippel. Deze pompen<br />

wor<strong>de</strong>n handmatig bediend door <strong>de</strong> hen<strong>de</strong>l omhoog en omlaag te bewegen.<br />

De LAGF 18 is geschikt voor gebruik met stan<strong>da</strong>ard <strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg vaten.<br />

De LAGF 50 is geschikt voor gebruik met stan<strong>da</strong>ard <strong>SKF</strong> 50 kg vaten.<br />

4. Bedieningsinstructies<br />

4.1 Algemene voorbereiding<br />

Voor alle mo<strong>de</strong>llen<br />

Vervuiling zorgt voor ernstige slijtage en<br />

falen van <strong>de</strong> pomp. Voorkom <strong>da</strong>t <strong>de</strong> pomp<br />

inlaat (tij<strong>de</strong>lijk) op een vervuil<strong>de</strong> on<strong>de</strong>rgrond<br />

wordt geplaatst.<br />

1. Verwij<strong>de</strong>r <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>ksel van het smeervat.<br />

2. Plaats <strong>de</strong> meeloopplaat op het vet in het<br />

vat. Druk <strong>de</strong> meeloopplaat aan tot het vet<br />

door <strong>de</strong> opening in het mid<strong>de</strong>n van <strong>de</strong><br />

plaat komt.<br />

3. Plaats <strong>de</strong> af<strong>de</strong>kplaat op het smeervat.<br />

4. Draai <strong>de</strong> drie vleugelschroeven aan.<br />

Controleer of <strong>de</strong> af<strong>de</strong>kplaat stevig en<br />

recht op het vat is bevestigd.<br />

5. Steek <strong>de</strong> zuigerstang van het<br />

pompmechanisme door <strong>de</strong> af<strong>de</strong>kplaat<br />

en <strong>de</strong> meeloopplaat. Controleer of <strong>de</strong><br />

zuigerstang geheel tot op <strong>de</strong> bo<strong>de</strong>m<br />

van het smeervat reikt.<br />

6. Bevestig <strong>de</strong> zuigerstang aan <strong>de</strong><br />

af<strong>de</strong>kplaat door <strong>de</strong> klemschroef aan<br />

3. Controleer tij<strong>de</strong>ns het vullen of <strong>de</strong><br />

vulnippel in het vulmondstuk zit<br />

gedrukt. Hierdoor wordt het<br />

afsluitventiel in het vulmondstuk<br />

automatisch geopend.<br />

4. Vul het smeerpistool door <strong>de</strong> hen<strong>de</strong>l<br />

van <strong>de</strong> vulpomp op en neer te<br />

bewegen. Het smeerpistool is vol<br />

wanneer <strong>de</strong> weerstand van <strong>de</strong> hen<strong>de</strong>l<br />

van <strong>de</strong> vulpomp toeneemt. Voor het<br />

vullen van een leeg smeerpistool zijn<br />

ongeveer 10 slagen nodig.<br />

4.3 Bediening van handmatig bedien<strong>de</strong> smeerpomp <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

1. Sluit <strong>de</strong> smeeraanvoerslang op <strong>de</strong> smeerpomp aan.<br />

2. Controleer of alle aansluitingen goed vastzitten.<br />

3. Controleer of <strong>de</strong> smeeraanvoerslang niet beschadigd is.<br />

Vervang beschadig<strong>de</strong> slangen onmid<strong>de</strong>llijk.<br />

4. Beweeg <strong>de</strong> hen<strong>de</strong>l op en neer tot er vet uit <strong>de</strong> uitgang komt. Alle luchtbellen<br />

zijn nu uit het pistool verwij<strong>de</strong>rd en <strong>de</strong> smeerpomp is gereed voor gebruik.<br />

4.4 Bediening van luchtaangedreven smeerpompen <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE,<br />

Alleen voor <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE<br />

1. Monteer <strong>de</strong> trolley en plaats het<br />

smeervat op <strong>de</strong> basis. De trolley kan<br />

wor<strong>de</strong>n gebruikt voor een vat van 50 kg.<br />

2. Bevestig <strong>de</strong> trolleystangen rond <strong>de</strong><br />

vierkante trolleystang en <strong>de</strong><br />

zuigerstang.<br />

3. Bevestig <strong>de</strong> handgreep en draai <strong>de</strong><br />

schroef aan.<br />

Voor alle luchtaangedreven smeerpompen<br />

1. Sluit <strong>de</strong> smeeraanvoerslang op <strong>de</strong><br />

smeerpomp aan.<br />

2. Controleer of alle aansluitingen goed<br />

vastzitten.<br />

3. Controleer of <strong>de</strong> slangen niet beschadigd<br />

zijn. Vervang beschadig<strong>de</strong> slangen<br />

onmid<strong>de</strong>llijk.<br />

4. Sluit <strong>de</strong> luchtinlaatslang op <strong>de</strong><br />

snelkoppeling van <strong>de</strong> smeerpomp aan.<br />

Controleer of <strong>de</strong> inlaatluchtdruk niet hoger<br />

is <strong>da</strong>n 8 bar. Het wordt aanbevolen om<br />

een luchtdrukregelaar op <strong>de</strong> luchtinlaat te<br />

installeren om <strong>de</strong> levensduur van het<br />

smeerpompmechanisme te verlengen.<br />

De smeerpomp moet op een schone en<br />

droge luchttoevoer wor<strong>de</strong>n aangesloten.<br />

Een niet-gefilter<strong>de</strong> luchttoevoer kan <strong>de</strong><br />

pomp laten afslaan of stoppen.<br />

5. Knijp in <strong>de</strong> hen<strong>de</strong>l van het smeerpistool<br />

tot er vet uit het pistool komt. Alle<br />

2. Descrição<br />

2.1 Bombas <strong>de</strong> enchimento <strong>de</strong> lubrificante <strong>da</strong> <strong>série</strong> LAGF<br />

LAGF 18 e LAGF 50:<br />

As bombas <strong>de</strong> enchimento <strong>de</strong> lubrificante LAGF 18 e LAGF 50 foram concebi<strong>da</strong>s<br />

para encher pistolas <strong>de</strong> lubrificação, <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 ou LAGH 400. Estas bombas<br />

po<strong>de</strong>m ser utiliza<strong>da</strong>s para encher to<strong>da</strong>s as ferramentas <strong>de</strong> lubrificação que estejam<br />

equipa<strong>da</strong>s <strong>com</strong> um bico DIN 1283. Estas bombas são opera<strong>da</strong>s manualmente<br />

movendo o manípulo para cima e para baixo. A LAGF 18 é a<strong>de</strong>qua<strong>da</strong> para utilização<br />

<strong>com</strong> tambores padrão <strong>de</strong> 18 kg <strong>SKF</strong>. A LAGF 50 é a<strong>de</strong>qua<strong>da</strong> para utilização <strong>com</strong><br />

tambores padrão <strong>de</strong> 50 kg <strong>SKF</strong>.<br />

2.2 Bombas <strong>de</strong> lubrificação <strong>da</strong> <strong>série</strong> <strong>LAGG</strong><br />

Português<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

A bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M foi concebi<strong>da</strong> para aplicações <strong>de</strong> alta pressão.<br />

A LAGF 18M é a<strong>de</strong>qua<strong>da</strong> para utilização <strong>com</strong> tambores padrão <strong>de</strong> 18 kg <strong>SKF</strong>.<br />

O bocal no final do tubo permite a ligação ao ponto <strong>de</strong> lubrificação. A bomba é<br />

opera<strong>da</strong> manualmente movendo o manípulo para cima e para baixo.<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE e <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

Estas bombas <strong>de</strong> lubrificação foram concebi<strong>da</strong>s para aplicações <strong>de</strong> alta pressão.<br />

A <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE é a<strong>de</strong>qua<strong>da</strong> para utilização <strong>com</strong> tambores padrão <strong>de</strong> 18 kg <strong>SKF</strong>.<br />

A <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE é a<strong>de</strong>qua<strong>da</strong> para utilização <strong>com</strong> tambores padrão <strong>de</strong> 50 kg <strong>SKF</strong>.<br />

A bomba fornece lubrificante quando o manípulo é apertado. O fluxo do lubrificante<br />

4. <strong>Instruções</strong> <strong>de</strong> operação<br />

4.1 Preparação geral<br />

Para todos os mo<strong>de</strong>los<br />

O contaminante causará <strong>de</strong>sgaste severo e,<br />

finalmente a falha <strong>da</strong> bomba. Evitar que a<br />

haste do pistão seja (temporariamente)<br />

coloca<strong>da</strong> sobre uma superfície suja, em<br />

nenhum momento.<br />

1. Remova a tampa do tambor <strong>de</strong> lubrificante.<br />

2. Coloque a chapa <strong>de</strong> a<strong>com</strong>panhamento<br />

no topo do lubrificante que se encontra<br />

no interior do tambor. Carregue a chapa<br />

<strong>de</strong> a<strong>com</strong>panhamento para baixo até<br />

que o lubrificante fique visível através<br />

<strong>da</strong> abertura no centro <strong>da</strong> chapa.<br />

3. Coloque a tampa no topo do tambor.<br />

4. Aperte os três paraf<strong>uso</strong>s <strong>de</strong> borboleta<br />

para fixar o topo do tambor. Assegurese<br />

<strong>de</strong> que a tampa está centra<strong>da</strong> e<br />

firmemente fixa no tambor.<br />

5. Introduza a vareta do pistão do<br />

mecanismo <strong>da</strong> bomba através <strong>da</strong> tampa<br />

e <strong>da</strong> chapa <strong>de</strong> a<strong>com</strong>panhamento.<br />

Assegure-se <strong>de</strong> que a vareta do pistão<br />

penetra <strong>com</strong>pletamente até chegar ao<br />

fundo do tambor.<br />

6. Fixe a vareta do pistão à tampa, para<br />

isso aperte o paraf<strong>uso</strong> <strong>de</strong> fixação.<br />

4.2 Operação <strong>da</strong>s bombas <strong>de</strong> enchimento <strong>de</strong> lubrificante LAGF 18 e<br />

LAGF 50 manuais<br />

Enchimento <strong>de</strong> uma pistola <strong>de</strong> lubrificação<br />

ou outra ferramenta <strong>de</strong> lubrificação<br />

utilizando as bombas LAGF 18 ou LAGF 50<br />

1. Carregue o bocal <strong>de</strong> enchimento <strong>da</strong><br />

pistola <strong>de</strong> lubrificação para <strong>de</strong>ntro do<br />

bico <strong>de</strong> enchimento <strong>da</strong> bomba.<br />

2. Não retraia o manípulo do pistão <strong>da</strong><br />

pistola <strong>de</strong> lubrificação antes <strong>de</strong> encher,<br />

porque isto po<strong>de</strong> provocar a acumulação<br />

<strong>de</strong> ar no interior <strong>da</strong> pistola <strong>de</strong> lubrificação.<br />

3. Durante o enchimento assegure-se <strong>de</strong><br />

que o bico <strong>de</strong> encher está carregado para<br />

<strong>de</strong>ntro do bocal <strong>de</strong> enchimento. Isto irá<br />

abrir automaticamente a válvula <strong>de</strong> fecho<br />

que se encontra no bocal <strong>de</strong> enchimento.<br />

4. Encha a pistola <strong>de</strong> lubrificação operando<br />

o manípulo <strong>da</strong> bomba <strong>de</strong> enchimento.<br />

A pistola <strong>de</strong> lubrificação está cheia quando<br />

aumenta a resistência do manípulo <strong>da</strong><br />

bomba <strong>de</strong> enchimento. São necessários<br />

cerca <strong>de</strong> 10 cursos para encher uma<br />

pistola <strong>de</strong> lubrificação vazia.<br />

4.3 Operação <strong>da</strong> bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M manual<br />

1. Ligue o tubo <strong>de</strong> abastecimento <strong>de</strong> lubrificante à bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação.<br />

2. Verifique se to<strong>da</strong>s as ligações estão correctamente coloca<strong>da</strong>s.<br />

3. Verifique se o tubo <strong>de</strong> abastecimento <strong>de</strong> lubrificante não está <strong>da</strong>nificado.<br />

Substitua imediatamente os tubos <strong>da</strong>nificados.<br />

4. Opere o manípulo até que saia lubrificante. Depois <strong>de</strong> removido todo o ar,<br />

a bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação está pronta a ser utiliza<strong>da</strong>.<br />

4.4 Operação <strong>da</strong>s bombas <strong>de</strong> lurbificação <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE e<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE acciona<strong>da</strong>s a ar<br />

Para a <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE apenas<br />

1. Monte o carro e coloquue o tambor <strong>de</strong><br />

lubrificação na base. É possível utilizar<br />

o carro para um tambor <strong>de</strong> 50kg.<br />

2. Ligue as peças <strong>da</strong> barra do carro à volta<br />

do pino do mesmo e <strong>da</strong> vareta do pistão.<br />

3. Coloque o manípulo e fixe-o na posição<br />

através <strong>de</strong> um paraf<strong>uso</strong>.<br />

Para to<strong>da</strong>s as bombas <strong>de</strong> l<br />

ubrificação acciona<strong>da</strong>s a ar<br />

1. Ligue o tubo <strong>de</strong> abastecimento <strong>de</strong><br />

lubrificante à bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação.<br />

2. Verifique se to<strong>da</strong>s as ligações estão<br />

correctamente coloca<strong>da</strong>s.<br />

3. Verifique se nenhum dos tubos está<br />

<strong>da</strong>nificado. Substitua imediatamente os<br />

tubos <strong>da</strong>nificados.<br />

4. Ligue o tubo <strong>de</strong> entra<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong> ar ao bico <strong>de</strong><br />

ligação rápi<strong>da</strong> na bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação.<br />

Assegure-se <strong>de</strong> que a pressão do ar <strong>de</strong><br />

entra<strong>da</strong> não ultrapassa os 8 bar.<br />

A instalação <strong>de</strong> um regulador <strong>de</strong> pressão<br />

do ar na entra<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong> ar é re<strong>com</strong>en<strong>da</strong><strong>da</strong><br />

para aumentar o tempo <strong>de</strong> duração do<br />

mecanismo <strong>da</strong> bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação.<br />

A bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação tem <strong>de</strong> ser liga<strong>da</strong><br />

a uma alimentação <strong>de</strong> ar seco e limpo.<br />

Uma alimentação <strong>de</strong> ar sem filtragem po<strong>de</strong><br />

fazer <strong>com</strong> que a bomba afogue ou pare.<br />

5. Aperte o manípulo <strong>da</strong> pistola <strong>de</strong> massa<br />

lubrificante até que saia massa<br />

lubrificante pela saí<strong>da</strong>. Depois <strong>de</strong><br />

removido todo o ar, a bomba <strong>de</strong><br />

lubrificação está pronta a ser utiliza<strong>da</strong>.<br />

Apenas para as <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE e <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

1. Desligue o tubo <strong>de</strong> entra<strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong> ar.<br />

2. Liberte a pressão <strong>da</strong> bomba <strong>de</strong> lubrificação operando o manípulo <strong>da</strong> pistola <strong>de</strong><br />

lubrificação.<br />

3. Transfira qualquer resíduo <strong>de</strong> massa lubrificante para a pistola <strong>de</strong> lubrificação<br />

seguinte.<br />

4. Elimine os restos <strong>de</strong> massa lubrificante correctamente não prejudicando o ambiente.<br />

2.1 Fedtpåfyldningspumper LAGF serien<br />

LAGF 18 og LAGF 50<br />

LAGF 18 og LAGF 50 fedtpåfyldningspumperne er beregnet til at fyl<strong>de</strong> fedtsprøjter som<br />

for eksempel <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 eller LAGH 400. Pumperne kan anven<strong>de</strong>s til at fyl<strong>de</strong> alle<br />

smøreredskaber, <strong>de</strong>r er monteret med en DIN 1283 nippel. Pumperne betjenes manuelt<br />

ved at bevæge håndtaget op og ned. LAGF 18 er beregnet til brug med <strong>SKF</strong> 18 kg<br />

stan<strong>da</strong>rdtromler. LAGF 50 er beregnet til brug med <strong>SKF</strong> 50 kg stan<strong>da</strong>rdtromler.<br />

2.2 Fedtpumper <strong>LAGG</strong> serien<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M fedtpumperne er beregnet til højtryksformål.<br />

4. Betjeningsvejledning<br />

4.1 Almin<strong>de</strong>lig klargøring<br />

Alle mo<strong>de</strong>ller<br />

Forurening vil forårsage slid og til slut fejli<br />

pumpen. Du skal til enhvertid forhindre, at<br />

stempelstangen er placeret på en uren overfla<strong>de</strong>.<br />

1. Tag fedttromlens låg af.<br />

2. Placer stempelpla<strong>de</strong>n oven på fedtet i<br />

tromlen. Tryk stempelpla<strong>de</strong>n ned, til<br />

fedtet er synligt i pla<strong>de</strong>ns centeråbning.<br />

3. Monter dækslet oven på tromlen.<br />

4. Spænd <strong>de</strong> tre vingemøtrikker, så låget<br />

spæn<strong>de</strong>s fast på tromlen. Kontroller, at<br />

låget er centreret og spændt sikkert<br />

fast på tromlen.<br />

5. Sæt pumpemekanismens stempelstang<br />

gennem dækslet og stempelpla<strong>de</strong>n.<br />

Kontroller, at stempelstangen går hele<br />

vejen igennem til bun<strong>de</strong>n af tromlen.<br />

6. Fastgør stempelstangen til dækslet ved<br />

at spæn<strong>de</strong> klemskruen.<br />

4.2 Betjening af LAGF 18 og LAGF 50 manuelle fedtpumper<br />

Påfyldning af fedtpumpe eller an<strong>de</strong>t<br />

værktøj med LAGF 18 eller LAGF 50<br />

1. Tryk fedtsprøjtens påfyldningsnippel ind<br />

i pumpens påfyldningsdyse.<br />

2. Træk ikke fedtsprøjtens stempelstang<br />

tilbage før påfyldningen, <strong>da</strong> <strong>de</strong>tte kan<br />

give luftlommer i fedtsprøjten.<br />

3. Kontroller un<strong>de</strong>r påfyldningen, at<br />

påfyldningsniplen forbliver trykket ind i<br />

påfyldningsdysen. Dette åbner automatisk<br />

påfyldningsdysens lukkeventil.<br />

4. Fyld fedtsprøjten ved at betjene<br />

håndtaget på påfyldningspumpen.<br />

Fedtsprøjten er fyldt op, når modstan<strong>de</strong>n<br />

i påfyldningspumpens håndtag øges.<br />

Der skal bruges ca. 10 tryk på håndtaget<br />

til at fyl<strong>de</strong> en tomfedtsprøjte.<br />

4.3 Betjening af <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M manuel fedtpumpe<br />

1. Forbind fedtpåfyldningsslangen til fedtpumpen.<br />

2. Kontroller, at alle forbin<strong>de</strong>lser er sikkert tilsluttet.<br />

3. Kontroller, at fedtpåfyldningsslangen ikke er beskadiget.<br />

Udskift straks beskadige<strong>de</strong> slanger.<br />

4. Betjen håndtaget, til <strong>de</strong>r kommer fedt ud af pumpen.<br />

Al luft er nu fjernet, og fedtpumpen er klar til brug.<br />

montere en regulator på<br />

trykluftindgangen for <strong>de</strong>rmed at<br />

forlænge fedtpumpemekanismens<br />

levetid. Fedtpumpen skal sluttes til en<br />

ren og tør luftforsyning.<br />

En luftforsyning u<strong>de</strong>n filter kan få<br />

pumpen til at gå i stå.<br />

5. Tryk på fedtpumpens håndtag, til <strong>de</strong>r<br />

kommer fedt ud af udgangen.<br />

2. Kuvaus<br />

2.1 Rasvantäyttöpumput, LAGF-sarja<br />

LAGF 18 ja LAGF 50<br />

LAGF 18- ja LAGF 50 -rasvantäyttöpumput on suunniteltu rasvapistoolien täyttöön,<br />

esimerkiksi <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 tai LAGH 400. Näitä pumppuja voi<strong>da</strong>an käyttää kaikkien<br />

DIN 1283 -nipalla varustettujen rasvatyökalujen täyttämiseen.<br />

Näitä pumppuja käytetään käsin liikuttamalla kahvaa ylös ja alas.<br />

LAGF 18 soveltuu käytettäväksi <strong>SKF</strong>:n 18 kg:n vakiosäiliöi<strong>de</strong>n kanssa.<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M -rasvapumppu on suunniteltu suurpainekäyttökohteisiin.<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M soveltuu käytettäväksi <strong>SKF</strong>:n 18 kg:n vakiosäiliöi<strong>de</strong>n kanssa.<br />

Letkun päässä oleva suutin kytketään voitelupisteeseen.<br />

Pumppua käytetään käsin liikuttamalla kahvaa ylös ja alas.<br />

4. Käyttöohjeet<br />

4.1 Yleinen valmistelu<br />

Kaikki mallit<br />

Epäpuhtau<strong>de</strong>t kuluttavat pumppua tai jopa<br />

aiheuttavat vaurion. Älä säilytä männän<br />

vartta epäpuhtaissa olosuhteissa esim.<br />

huollon yhtey<strong>de</strong>ssä.<br />

1. Irrota rasvasäiliön kansi.<br />

2. Aseta mäntä säiliössä olevan rasvan<br />

pinnalle. Paina männän kantta alaspäin,<br />

kunnes kannen keskellä olevasta aukosta<br />

näkyy rasvaa.<br />

3. Kiinnitä suojalevy säiliön päälle.<br />

4. Kiristä kaikki kolme siipiruuvia, jotta<br />

suojalevy pysyy varmasti säiliön päällä.<br />

Varmista, että suojalevy on kunnolla<br />

kiinni ja keskitetysti säiliön päällä.<br />

5. Työnnä pumppumekanismin männän<br />

varsi suojalevyn ja männän kannen<br />

läpi. Varmista, että männän varsi<br />

ulottuu säiliön pohjaan asti.<br />

6. Kiinnitä männän varsi suojalevyyn<br />

kiristämällä pidätinruuvi.<br />

4.2 Käsitoimisten rasvantäyttöpumppujen LAGF 18 ja LAGF 50 käyttö<br />

Rasvapistoolin tai muun voitelutyökalun<br />

täyttäminen LAGF 18- tai LAGF 50 -pumpulla<br />

1. Työnnä rasvapistoolin täyttönippa<br />

pumpun täyttösuuttimeen.<br />

2. Älä paina rasvapistoolin kahvaa ennen<br />

täyttöä, ettei pistooliin pääse<br />

muodostumaan ilmalukkoa.<br />

3. Varmista, että täyttönippa pysyy täytön<br />

ajan täyttösuuttimen sisällä. Näin<br />

täyttösuuttimen sulkuventtiili pysyy<br />

avoimena.<br />

4. Täytä rasvapistooli käyttämällä<br />

täyttöpumpun kahvaa. Rasvapistooli on<br />

täynnä, kun täyttöpumpun kahvan<br />

vastus kasvaa. Noin 10 iskua<br />

(kahvan painallusta) riittää täyttämään<br />

tyhjän rasvapistoolin.<br />

4.3 Käsitoimisen rasvapistoolin <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M käyttö<br />

1. Liitä rasvan syöttöletku rasvapumppuun.<br />

2. Varmista, että kaikki liitännät ovat tiiviisti kiinni.<br />

3. Varmista, että rasvan syöttöletku on ehjä. Vaih<strong>da</strong> vahingoittuneet letkut välittömästi.<br />

4. Pumppaa rasvapistoolin kahvasta, kunnes ulostuloaukosta tulee rasvaa.<br />

Kaikki ilma on poistettu, ja rasvapumppu on nyt käyttövalmis.<br />

4.4 Paineilmatoimisten rasvapumppujen <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE ja<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE käyttö<br />

1. Kokoa kärry ja aseta rasvasäiliö pohjalle.<br />

Vaunua voi<strong>da</strong>an käyttää 50 kg:n säiliön<br />

kanssa.<br />

2. Kytke vaunun tangot neliönmuotoisen<br />

vaunun sauvan ja männänvarren<br />

ympärille.<br />

3. Kiinnitä kahva ja kiinnitä se lujasti<br />

ruuvilla.<br />

Kaikki paineilmatoimiset rasvapumput<br />

1. Liitä rasvan syöttöletku<br />

rasvapumppuun.<br />

2. Varmista, että kaikki liitännät ovat<br />

tiiviisti kiinni.<br />

4. Liitä tuloilmaletku rasvapumpun<br />

ilmanpaine ole yli 8 baaria.<br />

Rasvapumpun mekanismin käyttöiän<br />

pi<strong>de</strong>ntämiseksi on suositeltavaa asentaa<br />

tuloilmaletkuun ilmanpainetta säätelevä<br />

venttiili. Rasvapumppu on liitettävä<br />

puh<strong>da</strong>sta ja kuivaa ilmaa tuottavaan<br />

ilmalähteeseen. Suo<strong>da</strong>ttamaton<br />

paineilma voi aiheuttaa pumpun<br />

juuttumisen tai pysähtymisen.<br />

5. Purista rasvapistoolin kahvaa, kunnes<br />

ulostuloaukosta tulee rasvaa. Kaikki<br />

ilma on poistettu, ja rasvapumppu on<br />

nyt käyttövalmis.<br />

Οι αντλίες μετάγγισης γράσου LAGF 18 και LAGF 50 είναι σχεδιασμένες να<br />

γεμίζουν τα πιστόλια γρασαρίσματος, όπως είναι το <strong>SKF</strong> 1077600 ή το LAGH<br />

400. Οι αντλίες αυτές μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν για την πλήρωση όλων των<br />

εργαλείων γρασαρίσματος που είναι εξοπλισμένα με μια μούφα DIN 1283.Οι αντλίες<br />

αυτές λειτουργούν χειρονακτικά με την κίνηση της λαβής προς τα επάνω και προς<br />

τα κάτω. Η LAGF 18 είναι κατάλληλη για χρήση με κλασικά βαρέλια <strong>SKF</strong> των 18 kg.<br />

Η LAGF 50 είναι κατάλληλη για χρήση με κλασικά βαρέλια <strong>SKF</strong> των 50 kg.<br />

2.2 Σειρές αντλιών γρασαρίσματος <strong>LAGG</strong><br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

Η αντλία γρασαρίσματος <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M είναι σχεδιασμένη για εφαρμογές υψηλής<br />

πίεσης. Η <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M είναι κατάλληλη για χρήση με κλασικά βαρέλια <strong>SKF</strong> των 18<br />

kg.Το στόμιο στην άκρη του σωλήνα συνδέεται με το σημείο λίπανσης. Η αντλία<br />

λειτουργεί χειρονακτικά με την κίνηση της λαβής προς τα επάνω και προς τα κάτω.<br />

Το γρασάρισμα των παροχών αντλίας γίνεται με την πίεση της λαβής. Η ροή του<br />

γράσου σταματάει όταν ελευθερωθεί η λαβή. Η <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE είναι εξοπλισμένη με<br />

ένα καροτσάκι.<br />

4. Οδηγίες λειτουργίας<br />

4.1 Γενική προετοιμασία<br />

Για όλα τα μοντέλα<br />

1. Αφαιρέστε το καπάκι από το βαρέλι<br />

του γράσου.<br />

2. Τοποθετήστε τον δίσκο πίεσης πάνω<br />

από το γράσο μέσα στο βαρέλι.<br />

Ωθείστε τον δίσκο πίεσης προς τα<br />

κάτω έως ότου το γράσο είναι<br />

εμφανές μέσα από το κεντρικό<br />

άνοιγμα του δίσκου.<br />

3. Προσαρμόστε το δίσκο κάλυψης<br />

πάνω από το βαρέλι.<br />

4. Σφίξτε τις τρεις πεταλούδες για να<br />

ασφαλίσετε την κορυφή στο βαρέλι.<br />

Διασφαλίστε ότι ο δίσκος κάλυψης<br />

είναι στο κέντρο και είναι ασφαλισμένος<br />

στο βαρέλι.<br />

5. Εισάγετε την εμβολοφόρο ράβδο του<br />

μηχανισμού αντλίας μέσα από τον<br />

δίσκο κάλυψης και τον δίσκο πίεσης.<br />

Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η εμβολοφόρος<br />

ράβδος φτάνει έως το κάτω μέρος<br />

του βαρελιού.<br />

6. Στερεώσετε την εμβολοφόρο ράβδο<br />

σφίγγοντας τη βίδα ασφάλισης.<br />

4.2 Λειτουργία των χειροκίνητων αντλιών πλήρωσης γράσου<br />

LAGF 18 και LAGF 50<br />

Πλήρωση ενός πιστολιού<br />

γρασαρίσματος ή άλλου εργαλείου<br />

γρασαρίσματος χρησιμοποιώντας το<br />

LAGF 18 ή LAGF 50<br />

1. Πιέστε το σύνδεσμο πλήρωσης του<br />

πιστολιού γρασαρίσματος μέσα στο<br />

στόμιο πλήρωσης της αντλίας.<br />

2. Μην συμπιέσετε τη λαβή του εμβόλου<br />

του πιστολιού γρασαρίσματος πριν<br />

από την πλήρωση, καθώς μπορεί να<br />

παγιδευτεί αέρας μέσα στο πιστόλι<br />

γρασαρίσματος.<br />

3. Κατά την πλήρωση, βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο<br />

σύνδεσμος πλήρωσης πιέζεται μέσα<br />

στο στόμιο πλήρωσης.<br />

Αυτό θα ανοίξει αυτόματα τη βαλβίδα<br />

απενεργοποίησης που είναι<br />

προσαρμοσμένη στο στόμιο πλήρωσης.<br />

4. Γεμίστε το πιστόλι γρασαρίσματος<br />

χρησιμοποιώντας τη λαβή της αντλίας<br />

πλήρωσης. Το πιστόλι<br />

γρασαρίσματος είναι πλήρες όταν<br />

αυξηθεί η αντίσταση της λαβής της<br />

αντλίας πλήρωσης. Απαιτούνται κατά<br />

προσέγγιση 10 διαδρομές για την<br />

πλήρωση ενός άδειου πιστολιού<br />

γρασαρίσματος.<br />

4.3 Λειτουργία χειροκίνητης αντλίας γρασαρίσματος <strong>LAGG</strong> 18M<br />

1. Συνδέστε το σωλήνα παροχής γράσου με την αντλία γρασαρίσματος.<br />

2. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλες οι συνδέσεις είναι σφιγμένες γερά.<br />

3. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο σωλήνας παροχής δεν έχει υποστεί καμία ζημιά.<br />

Αντικαταστήστε άμεσα τους σωλήνες που έχουν υποστεί ζημιά.<br />

4. Λειτουργήστε τη λαβή έως ότου απελευθερωθεί γράσο από την έξοδο.<br />

Όλος ο αέρας έχει τώρα αφαιρεθεί και η αντλία γράσου είναι έτοιμη για χρήση.<br />

4.4 Λειτουργία αντλιών γρασαρίσματος που λειτουργούν με αέρα<br />

<strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE και <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

Μόνο για <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE<br />

1. Συναρμολογήστε το καροτσάκι και<br />

τοποθετήστε το βαρέλι του γράσου πάνω<br />

στη βάση. Το καροτσάκι μπορεί να<br />

χρησιμοποιηθεί για ένα βαρέλι 50 kg.<br />

2. Συνδέστε τα μέλη της μπάρας του<br />

καροτσιού γύρω από τη τετράγωνη<br />

ράβδο και τη εμβολοφόρο ράβδο.<br />

3. Συνδέστε τη λαβή και στερεώστε την<br />

με τη βοήθεια της βίδας ασφαλείας.<br />

Για όλες τις αντλίες γρασαρίσματος<br />

που λειτουργούν με αέρα<br />

1. Συνδέστε το σωλήνα παροχής<br />

γράσου με την αντλία γρασαρίσματος.<br />

2. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλες οι συνδέσεις<br />

είναι σφιγμένες γερά.<br />

3. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι κανένας από τους<br />

σωλήνες δεν έχει υποστεί ζημιά.<br />

Αντικαταστήστε άμεσα τους σωλήνες<br />

που έχουν υποστεί ζημιά.<br />

4. Συνδέστε τη σωλήνα εισαγωγής αέρα με<br />

τον ταχυσύνδεσμο πάνω στην αντλία<br />

γρασαρίσματος. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η πίεση<br />

εισόδου αέρα δεν υπερβαίνει τα 8 bar.<br />

Συνιστάται η εγκατάσταση ενός ρυθμιστή<br />

πίεσης αέρος στο σημείο εισαγωγής αέρα<br />

για την αύξηση της διάρκειας ζωής του<br />

μηχανισμού αντλίας γρασαρίσματος.<br />

Η αντλία γρασαρίσματος πρέπει να είναι<br />

συνδεδεμένη σε μια καθαρή και στεγνή<br />

παροχή αέρα. Μια μη φιλτραρισμένη<br />

παροχή αέρα μπορεί να προκαλέσει τη<br />

διακοπή λειτουργίας της αντλίας.<br />

5. Πιέστε τη λαβή του πιστολιού<br />

γρασαρίσματος έως ότου απελευθερωθεί<br />

γράσο από την έξοδο. Όλος ο αέρας<br />

έχει τώρα αφαιρεθεί και η αντλία<br />

γράσου είναι έτοιμη για χρήση.<br />

5. Μετά τη χρήση<br />

Μόνο για <strong>LAGG</strong> 18AE, <strong>LAGG</strong> 50AE και <strong>LAGG</strong> 180AE<br />

1. Αποσυνδέστε τη σωλήνα εισαγωγής αέρα.<br />

2. Απελευθερώστε την πίεση από την αντλία γρασαρίσματος λειτουργώντας τη<br />

λαβή του πιστολιού γρασαρίσματος.<br />

3. Μεταφέρετε τα πιθανά υπολείμματα γράσου σε κάποιο άλλο βαρέλι.<br />

4. Διαθέστε τα υπολείμματα γράσου με ένα φιλικό για το περιβάλλον τρόπο.<br />

4. 操 作 说 明<br />

4.1. 准 备<br />

对 所 有 型 号 的 润 滑 脂 泵<br />

在 操 作 过 程 中 , 当 活 塞 杆 从 桶 内 拿 出 时 ,<br />

不 能 随 意 放 置 , 一 定 要 避 免 放 在 表 面 不 洁 净 的<br />

地 方 , 因 为 一 旦 活 塞 杆 被 沾 上 污 染 物 ,<br />

将 会 导 致 润 滑 脂 泵 的 严 重 磨 损 , 直 到 失 效 。<br />

1. 取 下 润 滑 脂 圆 桶 桶 盖<br />

2. 请 润 滑 脂 泵 的 推 进 圆 盘 放 到 桶 中 的 润 滑 脂<br />

上 面 。 下 压 推 进 盘 ,<br />

直 到 从 推 进 盘 中 心 可 以 看 到 润 滑 脂 。<br />

3. 再 将 盖 盘 放 到 圆 桶 顶 上 。<br />

4. 拧 紧 三 个 蝶 状 螺 母 ,<br />

将 盖 盘 固 定 在 圆 桶 顶 上 ,<br />

确 保 盖 盘 居 中 , 可 靠 地 固 定 在 了 圆 桶 上 。<br />

5. 从 盖 盘 和 推 进 盘 的 中 间 的 孔 中 插 入 活 塞<br />

杆 。 确 定 活 塞 杆 直 穿 到 桶 底 。<br />

1. 组 装 好 手 推 车 ,<br />

将 装 有 润 滑 脂 的 油 桶 放 到 手 推 车 上 。<br />

该 手 推 车 也 可 用 于 50kg 的 圆 桶 。<br />

2. 将 手 推 车 的 圆 形 支 杆 分 别 连 接 到 方 形 支 杆<br />

和 润 滑 脂 泵 的 活 塞 杆 上 。<br />

3. 装 上 手 柄 , 拧 紧 螺 母 以 紧 固 手 柄 。<br />

对 所 有 气 动 润 滑 脂 泵<br />

1. 将 油 管 接 到 润 滑 脂 泵 上 。<br />

2. 检 查 所 有 的 连 接 可 靠 。<br />

3. 确 认 油 管 无 损 坏 。 若 有 损 坏 , 立 即 更 换 。<br />

4. 将 进 气 管 接 到 润 滑 脂 泵 上 。 确 认 接 入 的 压<br />

缩 空 气 不 要 超 过 8 Bar(120 PSI)。<br />

推 荐 在 进 气 管 上 装 一 个 压 缩 空 气 调 节 阀 ,<br />

以 延 长 润 滑 脂 泵 的 机 械 装 置 的 使 用 寿 命 。<br />

润 滑 脂 泵 只 能 接 入 清 洁 、 干 燥 的 压 缩 空 气 。<br />

未 经 过 滤 的 压 缩 空 气 可 能 导 致 润 滑 脂 泵 停<br />

转 或 停 止 。<br />

5. 捏 住 油 管 末 端 的 手 柄 ,<br />

直 到 油 管 出 口 喷 出 润 滑 脂 。 这 样 ,<br />

润 滑 脂 泵 就 排 空 了 ,<br />
