La ditta FRATELLI GILARDI srl è situata a Olginate, provincia di Lecco<br />
(area Nord-Est di M<strong>il</strong>ano) zona industrializzata e notoriamente specializzata<br />
nella lavorazione del ferro.<br />
L’azienda inizia ad operare negli anni ‘70 come piccola ditta artigianale<br />
specializzata nella produzione di ferramenta.<br />
In pochi anni ha saputo incrementare la propria attività concentrando<br />
gli sforzi principalmente nella produzione di guide per cassetti<br />
sia di tipo standard che su modelli specifici richiesti dalla clientela<br />
anche per piccole serie.<br />
Tutto questo è stato possib<strong>il</strong>e in quanto la ditta negli anni ha saputo<br />
dotarsi nel proprio interno di tutte le attrezzature che permettono di<br />
eseguire tutte le fasi di lavorazione dei prodotti a partire dalla progettazione/realizzazione<br />
degli stampi, alla tranciatura dei pezzi,<br />
verniciatura, assemblaggio e spedizione.<br />
Attualmente la ditta possiede capannoni e uffici in Olginate per ca.<br />
20.000 mt² complessivi. Nel dettaglio è dotata di:<br />
Area progettazione stampi;<br />
Reparto attrezzeria: produzione e riparazione stampi;<br />
Reparto trance a passo e transfer: presse da 20 a 650 TN, puntatrici,<br />
saldatrici;<br />
Reparto verniciatura: 2 impianti completi di verniciatura a polvere<br />
epossi-poliestere;<br />
Reparto assemblaggio prodotti;<br />
Reparto confezionamento, magazzinaggio e spedizione.<br />
Dipendenti occupati ca. 80 che lavorano su due turni giornalieri.<br />
Circa <strong>il</strong> 70% <strong>della</strong> produzione viene esportato.<br />
La ditta è in fase di espansione con notevole incremento delle capacità<br />
produttive.<br />
La particolare versat<strong>il</strong>ità dell’azienda garantisce alla propria clientela<br />
un servizio accurato e ottimi tempi di consegna.<br />
The FRATELLI GILARDI company SRL is located in Olginate, in the<br />
province of Lecco (north-east of M<strong>il</strong>an), an industrial area that is<br />
famous for its specialisation in iron works.<br />
The FRATELLI GILARDI company began operating in the seventies as<br />
a small traditional company specialised in the craftsmanship of iron<br />
articles. In just a few years the company has demonstrated the<br />
capab<strong>il</strong>ity of increasing its activity, concentrating its efforts principally<br />
on the production of drawer slides, both of standard types and<br />
of specific models requested by the clients.<br />
All this has been possible because the company has been able to<br />
provide itself with all the necessary equipment within its own structure.<br />
This equipment permits the company to carry out all phases of<br />
the process of producing the finished articles: starting from the<br />
design and realisation of the moulds to the cutting of the pieces,<br />
assembly and delivery.<br />
At present the company owns workshops and offices in Olginate<br />
covering a total working area of approximately 20.000 m².<br />
In deta<strong>il</strong>, the company owns:<br />
A mould design area;<br />
A tool department: production and repair of moulds;<br />
A cutting department: presses from 20 to 650 tons, riveting and<br />
welding machineries;<br />
A painting department: two complete systems for epoxy-polyester<br />
powder painting.<br />
An assembly department;<br />
A packaging and deliveries department.<br />
The company employs approximately 80 workers, operating in two<br />
da<strong>il</strong>y shifts. Approximately 70% of the production is exported.<br />
The company is in a phase of expansion, with a sizeable increase in<br />
its production capacity. The particular versat<strong>il</strong>ity of the company<br />
guarantees to the own customers an accurate service and optimal<br />
delivery times.
