Morcote
Con le sue bellezze naturali, le caratteristiche stradine e i portici
delle antiche case patrizie, Morcote viene considerata “La perla del
Ceresio”. Di rilevante interesse sono la Chiesa di S. Maria del Sasso, il
cimitero a terrazze e il Parco Scherrer con vegetazione mediterranea
e palazzine architettoniche. A 10 km da Lugano, raggiungibile in automobile,
autopostale e in battello.
Erreichbar mit Schiff, Auto und Postauto. Schöner Quai mit
reich geschmückten Fassaden von Patrizierhäusern. Bekannt ist die
Kirche Santa Maria del Sasso und der Friedhof, wo Berühmtheiten wie
Eugène d'Albert, Alexander Moissi, Baklanoff u.a. ruhen. Sehenswert
ist der Parco Scherrer mit architektonischen Bauten und typischer
südlicher Vegetation.

en car postal et en bateau. Sa végétation, ses anciennes maisons à
arcades, ses ruelles, son église Santa Maria del Sasso et son cimetière
en terrasses font de Morcote un centre touristique de premier choix.
