ABOUT US 

Bicycle Line Srl has been a leading producer of quality cycling wear since 1987. Today, 25 years on, 

this company located in Treviso, where cycling is a way of life, remains true to its original philosophy: 

“to produce high-quality, technically advanced items and continually evolved based on customer needs 

and requests”. 

Bicycle Line currently offers a complete range of products, designed and developed by its in-house 

R&D Department. These are figure-hugging, high-performance garments with highly-advanced 

pads made from Italian fabrics which provide superior performance, and a complete range of 

colours combined with comfortable and durable microfiber yarn seams. 

In this catalogue you will find a wide range of hi-tech, innovative products with the guarantee of 

Italian-made quality. All our garments can be customized to meet the many needs of both professional 

and amateur cyclists. 

Team Project is the system which we use to collect all the information we need to create your 

customized garments. As well as the items shown in this catalogue you will also find more details 

in our site www.bicycle-line.com. Here, in just a few clicks you will be able to create a unique 

product, made to measure for you. 

GENERAL INFORMATION 

How to request an estimate? 

We want to draw your attention to a simpler way you can request an estimate from us. We invite 

you to carefully read the following instructions regarding the estimate request, so as to receive the 

correct gear in a timely fashion and with the satisfactory quality. 

1. Creating a request 

• Website. You can create a request in www.bicycle-line.com using our “TEAM PROJECT” application. 

You can get an estimate completing four easy steps: choosing the product line and graphics, 

picking your favourite colours and positioning your logos. At the end of this process we’ll receive a 

file with the quantities and your data, ready to prepare an accurate and fast estimate. 

This is the easier and faster way we suggest you. In case you need a graphic design different from 

our proposals you can contact one of our agents or distributors to receive all necessary information. 

• Catalogue. Choose the products by flipping through our catalogue. The request should then be 

forwarded to us following the instructions below: 

- Choose the line of products that better suits your needs. 

- Pick the product/s you are interested in. 

- Point out if you are going to take advantage of one of our own graphic designs or your own creation. 

- Choose the quantities required of each product. (Please note that our company policy details 

minimum order quantities) 

- Send your request to info@bicycle-line.com or a fax to +39 0422 382350 with all the information 

indicated here above.

2. Estimate confirmation form 

We will formulate our offer on the basis of the request you have sent. If you agree with it, we’ll send 

you the order confirmation form that you must return to us signed, at which point we will commence 

the production. 

• Design 

You can choose the graphic design between the different available suggestion in our website 

www.bicycle-line.com or at the final part of our catalogue. You can also change the colours of the 

graphic designs and in the “TEAM PROJECT” section you can develop different solutions. 

As an alternative you can design your own creation. If you choose this way we suggest you turn to 

one of our agent or distributor for information about how create yourself your new kit. 

• Production and delivery of the order 

Production will begin once we receive the order confirmation countersigned with the approval of the 

final graphic design. Production time may vary depending on the period and can range between 6 

and 8 weeks. When the order is ready, we will disclose information related to the shipment in order 

to be able to monitor the delivery. 

• Minimum quantities and prices 

Our pricing list varies depending on the number of pieces per item you wish to order. The minimum 

quantity is 10 pieces with a minimum of 2 pieces per size. For quantities less than 10 pieces, we will 

apply a 30% increase compared to the price of the column 10 pieces. For more information about our 

price policy, please contact our local distributor or send an e-mail to info@bicycle-line.com. 

• Graphics costs 

Additional costs for graphic customization are related to the amount of the order. We suggest you 

to contact our agent for information about. 

• Logos costs 

- Zero costs if you correctly provide the logos in vector format; 

- Costs to quantify from time to time if we won’t correctly receive the logos in vector format. In such 

case we will reconstruct them and we will charge an additional cost of realization based on their 

complexity.

• Reorders 

To reorders, we will not charge back the cost of plant if the graphics and the items ordered will 

remain unchanged. 

The minimum quantities and costs will remain unchangeable for reorders. Obviously there may be 

a slight price difference due to the adjustment of annual lists.

FABRICS 

Fabric selection is fundamental as design procedure of our garments. Most of the technical fabrics we use are 

Italian-made and offer their best during cycling performance. 

WARM 

TECNO LIGHT 

The main advantage of this open-cell polyester fabric is its exceptional wicking properties, 

keeping the skin dry under the most intense conditions. This highly advanced, extremely breathable 

fabric feels great and provides an excellent, figure-hugging fit making it perfect for the production 

of high-performance sports apparel. 

TECNO LIGHT carbon 

This elastic and antibacterial fabric offers extra comfort thanks to an antistatique property 

absorbing and dissipating the electric charges accumulated during physical activity. 

A composition of breathable polyester completes the added value of this fabric, transporting very 

quickly the sweat away and keeping the body dry. 

ACTIVE PRO 

High-stretching performance fabric made from microfiber polyester, able to expel sweat away very quickly 

and to keep the body temperature constant and as a result, helping the rider performance during physical 

activity. Furthermore, its structure is extremely light blocks UV up to 50 (+UVP50). 

TECNO 3D 

Fabric Tecno-3D is made in highly breathable light polyester. Thanks to its open cellule construction 

transports away body perspiration providing a faster evaporation. Indeed its particular conformation 3D 

increases comfort feeling helping air transit during sport. 

SCM 48 

Fabric made with polyester multi fibres with an open cell structure: body moisture is absorbed quickly 

and channelled out of the garment. Indeed this configuration allows airflow through the garment and in 

this way helps the body to stay dry. The result is a refreshing sensation even during the most 

strenuous activity. 

MICRO ACTIVE PRO 

Much more lightweight and breathable, Micro Active Pro stands out for its open-cell porous structure 

that facilitates the body's moisture to be removal, this decreasing the condensation of sweat, and 

increasing comfort. Its elastic modulus, in addition, complete a wrapping material that provides 

excellent performance. 

THERMOX 200 

Smooth brushed cotton effect polyester fabric that feels good against the skin and transports moisture 

away from your skin as soon as possible to keep you dry. Thermox 200 also offers soft touch for maximum 

comfort whenever you ride. 

T-ISOWARM 

Medium weight winter fabric used in garments that fit perfectly and have excellent breathability. 

Gauzing on the inside insures excellent thermal insulation. 

MODULO 200 

Nothing keeps you comfortable longer during rides than Modulo 200, elastic and printable fabric 

which wicks moisture away keeping the body dry and regulating temperature for better cycling 

performance. 

WIND RESPIRA OUT WARM 

Winter fabric with excellent moisture wicking properties which prevents sweat accumulation expelling 

it outwards This task is implemented with an inner piled side which performs thermal functions, 

keeping the body repaired when temperatures decrease. This fabric also features good elasticity and 

a moderate barrier against incoming rain. 

DROP - warm 

Fabric made with performance materials that make the garment elastic and very comfortable. The outer 

side has a water-repellent treatment that slips water and insulates the body from the outside in conditions 

of moderate rain, while the inner membrane allows excelling moisture transport. Moreover Drop stands out 

for a pile and elastic inner side, which provides a high thermal comfort even from extreme cold conditions.

Windproof fabric that features a protective print onto the membrane that makes it possible to offer an unlined 

laminate that still retains millions of tiny pores to let your moisture vapour pass through them immediately, keeping 

you dry from inside. Total protection with ultimate warm because of the inner thermo layer. The better material for 

your custom winter kit thanks its outstanding wicking properties and the excellent print colour’s performance. 

WAVE T1 

This double opposite interlacing wrap fabric with balanced weight is characterized by features like 

robustness, compactness and durability. The greatest comfort and softness are combined with 

total UV protection (UVP 50+). 

POWER S 

Power Stretch fabric guarantees muscular support which reduces muscle vibration and fatigue, thus 

improving the athlete’s performance. 

Comfort, freedom of movements and Power effect are the principles boasted by the Lycra Sport yarn. 

Excellent UV protection (UVP50+). 

OXIGEN 

This fabric, which has a compressor effect, combines the wearability and efficient wicking properties 

through its double construction. The Power function is enhanced in essential parts of the body because of 

their greater oxygenation during sport activity, improving performance and reducing recovery time. 

High UV protection (UVP 50+). 

LOMBARDIA 

Two way stretch fabric, produced with our exclusive ennoblement technology “thermal by M.I.T.I.®”, 

performing, resistent, comfortable and easy care. 

SUPER ROUBAIX 

Fast-recovery super stretch fabric, air permeable, strong, soft, comfortable and easy care. 

PORDOI 

The characteristic yarn of the Pordoi fabric is highly resistant. This innovative weave has been 

developed to answer to the specific needs of comfort, breathability, weather protection and durability, 

ideal for mountain biking. 

WIND RESPIRA OUT LIGHT 

The particular molecular constitution of this membrane absorbs the sweat generated by the body and 

transports it away where it evaporates, creating a microclimate between the membrane and the dermis 

always dry and at a constant temperature. Besides its excellent breathability, this material features exceptional 

lightweight and windproof properties making it suitable for the construction of jackets and vests. 

WIND RESPIRA OUT LIGHT MICRO 

Wind Breathe Out Micro Light, with outer microfiber layer and inner micro mesh, exceeds its competitors for 

its delicate finish, that envelops the body providing an incomparable feeling of comfort and excellent windproof 

protection ideal for mid-seasons. In addition, its small footprint allows a comfortable fitting into the jersey 

pocket for all eventualities. 

EVENT DVL 

Event’s new evolution, with the rainwear technology that’s 100% waterproof, features a new lighter and 

more breathable membrane. Event DVL doesn’t use a polyurethane coating to protect its membrane but the 

individual fibrils that form it are treated in such a way that the pores remain opened allowing air and moisture 

to pass through. This material is unique since it offers great breathability, durability and reliability and is even 

more lightweight, with the inner lining printed so as to avoid the membrane to stick onto the skin.

Before choosing the colours for your new equipment, we suggest you to pay attention to the colour of summer 

and winter trousers because the fabric of the internal area has already colour. This option favours better 

performance during use but it is necessary paying a special attention when choosing the colour of the jersey. 

It is also important to take in account when matching the two main garments of your cycling kit that not all 

summer and winter colours are available in lycra fabric.

Bicycle Line produces different garments to match every woman need. We designed figure-hugging cycling wear, specifically dedicated to sport women. 

In the list below you will find the correspondence between European measurements and Italians. 

If your team has less than 10 feminine members (minimum quantity for an order) we suggest you to choose a standard garments for man bearing the fact that 

a man S size corresponds to a woman M size in mind.

GARMENT CARE 

Our garments have been made using high-quality Italian-made fabrics. Pay close attention to wear washing temperature which clearly indicated in the label. 

• Wash cycling garments separately from other clothes/accessories to 

prevent friction and/or colour migration 

• Machine-wash is possible but always use a delicate cycle and lukewarm 

water (max. 30° C). Use a mild liquid detergent only and do not use 

softeners 

• If hand washing: do not leave garments in water to soak. To remove 

excess water gently squeeze by hand. 

• If you make use of washing machine do not spin and do not tumble dry 

• After washing do not hang the garments in the direct sunlight. 

Dry garments flat or hanging. 

• Do not iron. 

• After each ride never store damp clothes in a non-ventilated environment 

(e.g. plastic bags, sport bags, suitcase, etc.). 

• After each ride wash the garments immediately in order to avoid fabric 

deterioration caused by bacterial attacks. 

• Massage oils and muscular-creams may damage the fabrics fibres. 

• Do not use softeners or creams on any of our pads.
