Sembra quasi una filosofia zen, quella di Brevetti Adem, quella di chi, silenziosamente consapevole del proprio ruolo e competenza, si mette al servizio di altri. 

Sarà paradossale, ma rendere possibile, saper facilitare altri nella propria missione sono abilità di pochi. 

E perchè un cancello si apra e chiuda al meglio servono cardini, ruote, piccoli meccanismi di precisione che Brevetti Adem da quarant’anni costruisce con 

la concretezza che solo un’azienda familiare può garantire. 

Non a caso il termine “brevetti” entra addirittura nel nome dell’azienda di Isola Vicentina: da sempre vi si creano accessori dalla funzionalità originale che, 

testimoniando la continua ricerca, possono essere adattati e personalizzati alle soluzioni più diverse. 

Naturale che la larghissima parte della produzione venga realizzata all’interno, a garanzia di un approccio professionale e di una competenza che sono i 

presupposti di un modo di lavorare, oltre che di uno stile: ascoltare il proprio cliente per individuare e costruire la soluzione più funzionale al bisogno. 

I fattori cardine in tutto questo? La passione. Le idee. La velocità di risposta e realizzazione. 

Regole ferree per chi, nel solco del made in Italy, sta allargando il proprio mercato a livello europeo.

Condizioni generali di vendita 

General terms of sale 

1_ prezzi 

I prezzi del listino sono espressi in € (Euro), IVA esclusa, e potranno subire modifiche in qualsiasi momento in conseguenza di improvvise variazioni dei fattori di costo. 

2_ ordini 

Il valore minimo d’ordine è di 100 €. Le richieste d’ordine dovranno indicare chiaramente il codice articolo. Una volta inviata la conferma d’ordine Brevetti Adem non si assumerà alcuna responsabilità 

per eventuali errori nell’interpretazione delle richieste d’ordine stesse. Gli ordini che pervengono in Brevetti Adem sia direttamente che tramite agente impegnano il cliente committente, ma sono in ogni 

caso subordinati all’approvazione definitiva della sede che ha facoltà di rifiutarli entro 3 giorni dal ricevimento. Si procederà all’arrotondamento per eccesso delle quantità qualora queste siano diverse 

dalle confezioni standard indicate nel presente listino e nel catalogo. 

3_ imballi 

Le spese di imballo sono comprese nei prezzi, eventuali imballaggi speciali saranno addebitati al costo. 

4_ trasporto 

Il materiale viaggia per conto, rischio e pericolo del Cliente anche quando è pattuito franco destino. L’eventuale danneggiamento dei colli, o mancanza di sorta ad opera del vettore, deve essere contestata 

allo stesso vettore al momento della consegna. 

5_ condizioni di pagamento – interessi e spese 

Il pagamento dovrà effettuarsi esclusivamente alla sede di Isola Vicentina (VI). In caso di ritardo di pagamento, verranno addebitati gli interessi di mora in ragione del tasso previsto dalla nuova normativa 

in materia (D.L: n. 231/02), oltre alle spese di incasso, diritti bancari e spese legali. Il mancato pagamento, non giustificato, nei termini concordati genera il blocco degli ordini successivi. 

6_ resa 

Italia. Franco destino con nostro corriere per spedizioni di valore superiore ad Euro 500,00 e destinate all’interno del territorio italiano. Concorso spese con addebito per ordini di importo inferiore. La resa 

con corrieri veloci o con procedure d’urgenza, richiesta dal committente, verrà addebitata. Estero. Franco nostro magazzino oppure in porto franco destino con addebito in fattura del costo di spedizione. 

7_ proprietà della merce 

Resta inteso che fino all’avvenuto pagamento per intero della merce consegnata, la proprietà della merce fornita o giacente presso i locali del cliente resta di proprietà della Brevetti Adem. 

8_ resi 

Non si accettano restituzioni di merce se non preventivamente autorizzati dal nostro Ufficio Vendite o dall’Agente di zona. La merce dovrà pervenirci in porto franco e dovrà fare riferimento al ns. 

documento di trasporto. Sul reso verrà applicata una riduzione del 20% rispetto al prezzo pagato per ricondizionamento e gestione. Le eventuali contestazioni debbono essere fatte entro 8 giorni dal 

ricevimento della merce. Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il foro di Vicenza. 

9_ consegne 

I termini di consegna si intendono sempre riferiti a giornate effettive lavorative ed hanno carattere puramente indicativo. Eventuali ritardi non possono dar luogo a pretese di danni nè a risoluzione anche 

parziale di contratto. 

Le presenti condizioni di vendita annullano e sostituiscono ogni altra condizione di vendita eventualmente riportata su nostri documenti precedenti. 

1_ prices 

The prices in the list are in € (Euros) and can be subject to a change at any time as a result of sudden changes in cost factors. 

2_ orders 

The minimum order is 100 €. 

The order requests must clearly indicate the item code. Once that the order confirmation has been sent, Brevetti Adem won’t take any responsibility upon himself for any mistakes in the interpretation 

of the order requests itself. 

Orders that Brevetti Adem receive, directly and through agents, undertake the customer, but are nevertheless subject to the final approval of the office that can reject them within 3 days after the receipt. 

We will proceed to adjust the items’ quantity in excess if it is different from the standard packages indicated in the catalogue and in the price list. 

3_ packaging 

Packaging costs are included in the price, any special packaging will be charged at cost. 

4_ transport 

The buyer must bear all risks of loss of or damage to the goods from the time they have been delivered. The buyer must check goods conditions at their receipt and report to the carrier any damage 

by written notice. 

5_ terms of payment - interests and costs 

Payment must be made exclusively to the site of Isola Vicentina (VI). 

In case of late payment, default interest will be charged on the basis of the rate provided by the new legislation (DL: No 231/02), as well as the costs of collection, banking and legal fees. 

Unjustified non-payement on the due date will causes the immediate suspension of other future products’ delivery. 

6_ delivery 

Italy: all orders with a value over € 500,00 are delivered for free. 

Abroad: goods are Delivery Duty Paid with charge on invoice. 

7_ ownership of the goods 

It is understood that until the entire payment of the delivered goods, Brevetti Adem owns the property of goods at the premises of the customer. 

8_ returned goods 

The return of goods is subject to acceptance by Brevetti Adem, which decides return procedure and dates. The goods must return us Delivery Duty Paid, and should refer to our transport document. 

Returns policy will guarantee a reduction of 20% compared to the price paid for reconditioning and management. 

For any dispute will be competent the Courts of Justice of Vicenza. 

9_ deliveries 

The terms of delivery are always referred to working days and are purely indicative. Any delays cannot involve claims, damage requests or partial resolution of the contract. 

These terms and conditions of sale in force cancels and nullifies all previous ones.
