Surf ha un grado di protezione IP65 ottenuto mediante l'inserimento di una lastra di vetro
temperato di spessore 4mm, montata su telaio con guarnizione e dispositivi di bloccaggio.
In questo modo il vano ottico è protetto dall'ingresso di polveri e liquidi. La parte interna mantiene,
invece, un IP20.
Surf features IP65 protection degree, which has been obtained by inserting a 4mm-thick tempered
glass sheet, mounted onto a frame with a gasket and fasteners. The optics compartment is thus
protected from any dust or liquids. The interior maintains, however, IP20.

Il grado di protezione IP65 unito all'uso di materiali
plastici e del vetro consente di installare il
prodotto in ambienti umidi come piscine, spogliatoi,
centri termali. Le sue caratteristiche ne rendono
possibile l'uso ad incasso in esterni per illuminare
pensiline, sporti e porticati con controsoffi tti.
L'elevata protezione all'ingresso di polveri e liquidi
ne fanno un prodotto adatto anche per l'illuminazione
di ambienti asettici come studi odontoiatrici
e ambulatori medici.
