■ Damaged parts may <strong>en</strong>danger the user and short<strong>en</strong> the life span of the product. Please<br />

check all parts regularly, in short intervals according to use, for possible damag<strong>es</strong> and<br />

loose connections (screws, <strong>pl</strong>ug-in connections).<br />

■ Damaged or worn parts must be re<strong>pl</strong>aced straight away and the vehicle must be w<strong>it</strong>hdrawn<br />

<strong>fr</strong>om use until repaired. If required <strong>pl</strong>ease o<strong>nl</strong>y use original KETTLER spare parts.<br />

■ Improper repairs and structural alterations (disassembly of original parts, f<strong>it</strong>ting of not<br />

perm<strong>it</strong>ted parts, etc.) may cause danger for the user or affect the life span of the product.<br />

■ As the product is o<strong>nl</strong>y a toy <strong>it</strong> should not be used on public roads, because <strong>it</strong> do<strong>es</strong> not<br />

conform to the road traffic regulations.<br />

■ Please bear in mind that there is always a danger of childr<strong>en</strong> injuring themselv<strong>es</strong> (falling<br />

Handling<br />

■ Before use always check that all screws and <strong>pl</strong>ug-in connections and r<strong>es</strong>pective safety<br />

devic<strong>es</strong> f<strong>it</strong> correctly.<br />

■ Instruct childr<strong>en</strong> in the correct use of the product, and draw their att<strong>en</strong>tion to possible dangers.<br />

■ Please note that pedals on any wheeled toy w<strong>it</strong>hout <strong>fr</strong>eewheeling ap<strong>pl</strong>iance will turn ev<strong>en</strong><br />

if the product is being pushed or is coasting.<br />

■ This wheeled toy do<strong>es</strong> not have a so-called parking brake. Therefore secure the vehicle<br />

against rolling away. Do not leave childr<strong>en</strong>, who are not old <strong>en</strong>ough to use the wheeled<br />

toy, unatt<strong>en</strong>ded on a product.<br />

■ If this product can be adjusted <strong>pl</strong>ease ada<strong>pt</strong> <strong>it</strong> to your child’s height.<br />

■ Do not transport anything on this product.<br />

■ Never use corrosive or abrasive substanc<strong>es</strong> to clean the toy. Never use substanc<strong>es</strong> which<br />

may cause pollution of the <strong>en</strong>vironm<strong>en</strong>t.<br />

■ Lubricate the bearing sleev<strong>es</strong> of the wheels and the handlebars w<strong>it</strong>h a few drops of oil<br />

every two or three months.<br />

■ For models w<strong>it</strong>h pneumatic tyr<strong>es</strong>: Wh<strong>en</strong> leaving wheeled toys w<strong>it</strong>h pneumatic tyr<strong>es</strong> on<br />

floors containing solv<strong>en</strong>ts or which have be<strong>en</strong> glued w<strong>it</strong>h such solv<strong>en</strong>ts (e.g. PVC) they<br />

may possibly stain <strong>it</strong> due to a chemical reaction w<strong>it</strong>h the natural product caoutchouc. If in<br />

doubt <strong>pl</strong>ace something underneath the wheels. Ensure that air pr<strong>es</strong>sure in the tyr<strong>es</strong> is correct<br />

(1,7 bar/24 PSI); if air pr<strong>es</strong>sure is too low this increas<strong>es</strong> wear, and mak<strong>es</strong> riding the<br />

toy more difficult!<br />
