A.M.I.R.A. 1984 at The Italian Trade Centre 

What better can we do than to let you see the members of the Associazione Maitres 

Italiani Alberghi e Ristoranti and their handiwork in the photographs below. 

JETS LAND AT READING 

Providing after-dinner entertainment in the Student Union Lounge Bar at the 

recently held National Association of Student Travel Offices (NASTO) Annual 

Traver Conference were the PA JETS - a band whose members are all part of 

the Pilgrim-Air, London organization. 

This year's NASTO Conference was held at the campus of Reading University 

in Berkshire and was organized by Reading University's Travel Manager, Ms. 

Bobbie Coussens. There were delegates from over one hundred University and 

Polytechnics in the U.K. and representatives of dozens of travel firms, like 

filgrim-Air, whose products are sold at the campus travel agencies. The 

travel representatives staged a Travel Trade Fair on the last day of the 

Conference. The pilgrim-Air stand was manned by John McCarthy from the London 

Sales Office. 

Our photos show the PA JETS in full swing. Its members 1 to r are:-Gianni 

Bonuglia, Mario Berni, Franco De Maria, Angelo D'Avino, Franco Rotulo, Luchio 

Demino, Nicola Gallo and Romolo Rotulo. At the Travel Trade Fair David Nolan, 

Zacharama Travel, Cambridge is shown speaking with John McCarthy, Pilgrim-Air.
