NOTE IMPORTANTI
APERTURA MECCANICA D’EMERGENZA
Le casseforti elettroniche da Hotel sono dotate di un cilindro di
sicurezza per l'apertura con chiave meccanica d'emergenza in caso
di danneggiamento della scheda elettronica, assenza di alimentazione
(pile scariche), o nel caso in cui non si ricordi il codice impostato.
Per gli articoli:
4875, 4870, 4845, 4840, l'apertura d'emergenza avviene con una
chiave a dischi.
Per gli articoli:
4830, 4821, 4811, 1.4372.20.2, 1.4373.20.2, 1.4374.20.2, 1.4398.2,
1.4396.2 l'apertura d'emergenza avviene con una chiave a profilo
speciale, duplicabile solo presso lo stabilimento Viro, dietro
presentazione del codice stampato sulle note di istruzione.
Le due tipologie di chiavi d'emergenza non sono compatibili
fra loro.
CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA
CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE: Viro S.p,A. si riserva il diritto di variare
le caratteristiche tecniche dei propri prodotti in listino, senza preavviso
ed in ogni momento. I pesi unitari e le misure dei nostri articoli devono
intendersi indicativi.
RISCHI NEL TRASPORTO: la merce viaggia sempre a rischio e pericolo
del committente.
CONTESTAZIONI: eventuali contestazioni sulla merce dovranno essere
comunicate entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce stessa. Non si
accettano restituzioni se non preventivamente autorizzate.
GARANZIA DI QUALITA': Viro garantisce il perfetto funzionamento dei
suoi prodotti. In ogni caso però tale garanzia non potrà mai andare
oltre la sostituzione gratuita del pezzo riscontrato difettoso, ogni altra
spesa o indennizzo esclusi.
La presentazione di qualsiasi reclamo non dispensa il compratore dal
pagamento della fattura alla scadenza stabilita. La garanzia decade
qualora non vengano utilizzati RICAMBI, ACCESSORI e COMPONENTI
ORIGINALI VIRO.
MARCHIO E LOGO VIRO SUL WEB: l'acquisto di prodotti Viro non
autorizza l'uso del marchio o del logo Viro all'interno di pagine web.
L'eventuale autorizzazione deve essere richiesta in forma scritta a Viro
S.p.A.
CONTROVERSIE: Per qualsiasi controversia, anche se originata dal
compratore, unico Tribunale competente a giudicare sarà quello di
Bologna.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
EMERGENCY MECHANICAL OPENING
Electronic safes for Hotel are equipped with a security cylinder for the
opening through the emergency mechanical key if the electronic board
is damaged, in case of missing power supply (flat batteries) or when
the stored code has been forgotten.
For items:
4875, 4870, 4845, 4840 the safe is opened with a disc key.
For items:
4830, 4821, 4811, 1.4372.20.2, 1.4373.20.2, 1.4374.20.2, 1.4398.2,
1.4396.2 the safe is opened with a Special Profile Key that can only
be duplicated by Viro on presentation of the relative code written in
the instruction leaflet.
The two different types of keys are not compatible.
SALES CONDITIONS
TECHNICAL FEATURES: Viro S.p.A. reserves the right at any time to
change the technical features of its products without prior notification.
The individual weights and dimensions of our products are approximate.
RISKS DURING TRANSPORT: transport of the products is always at
the risk of the customer.
CLAIMS: any claims regarding the products must be made within 8
days from receipt of the goods. Unauthorised returns will not be
accepted.
GUARANTEE OF QUALITY: Viro S.p.A. guarantees the perfect working
of its products. This guarantee covers the free replacement of defective
items only and it is not valid for any refund or expenses of whatever
nature. Timely payment of invoices must be made notwithstanding
the submission of any claims. Guarantee will not be valid anymore if
the original spare-parts, components or accessoires have not been
used (e.g. keys).
THE VIRO BRAND AND LOGO ON THE WEB-SITES: the purchase of
Viro products does not authorise the use of the Viro brand or logo on
any web-sites. A written request must be made to Viro S.p.A. for any
authorisation.
DISPUTES: all disputes will be referred to the court of Bologna, even
if initiated by the purchaser.
