Passepartout Direzionale e sistema di Codici Master Gerarchico
fino a 6 livelli. Permette una facile e rapida gestione separata dei
piani del vostro albergo. La sicurezza è garantita anche se più addetti
possono aprire le casseforti con Codici Master, perchè è sempre
possibile identificare univocamente la persona che ha aperto, tramite
il suo codice personale.
Esclusive Chiavi Elettroniche di Sicurezza con tecnologia Random
Algorithm System, abbinate ai Codici Master degli operatori,
garantiscono la massima sicurezza nei casi di cambio personale.
Sistema esclusivo Viro di abilitazione dei Codici Master basato
sulle chiavi elettroniche e CASSAFORTE ABILITATRICE con
tecnologia ONE SHOT.
E’ possibile la duplicazione dei Codici Master tramite la chiave
elettronica per una gestione direzionale facile e sicura.
La Cassaforte Abilitatrice genera i Codici Master ed abilita le chiavi
elettroniche per una sola apertura di emergenza entro un periodo
di tempo definito. E’ possibile l’immediata cancellazione delle chiavi
elettroniche dal sistema: la perdita delle chiavi elettroniche non sarà
più un problema di sicurezza e non sarà necessario riprogrammare
tutte le casseforti.
Archivio storico delle ultime 150 operazioni protetto da password.
Le ultime operazioni di apertura/chiusura, tutti i codici immessi, tutti
i tentativi di effrazione vengono salvati in una speciale memoria non
alterabile e possono essere visualizzati sul display. Per poter fornire
al cliente un documento attestante tutte le operazioni eseguite sulla
sua cassaforte è possibile stampare l’archivio storico utilizzando la
stampante esterna (optional). Uno speciale blocco elettronico
(di 10 minuti) interviene dopo 15 operazioni effettuate in 5 minuti,
per evitare che un malintenzionato possa cancellare una operazione
sospetta eseguendo un gran numero di operazioni successive a
quella da nascondere. Un controllo elettronico fa sì che nell’archivio
storico compaia anche un’eventuale apertura tramite la serratura
meccanica di emergenza.
Apertura controllata dello sportello: dopo il consenso, lo sportello
si apre automaticamente in modo controllato (soli 2 cm dalla battuta).
Questo meccanismo permette di lasciare la cassaforte aperta senza
che lo sportello vada ad urtare l’anta di chiusura del mobile ove è
installata. Inoltre lo sportello ed il controsportello che contiene
il meccanismo sono facilmente sostituibili.
L’elettronica a bassissimo consumo funzionante con 4 batterie
da 1,5 V (meno costose di una batteria da 9 V) abbinata ad una
meccanica ottimizzata per la riduzione degli attriti, permette un
notevole risparmio nella gestione delle nostre casseforti (oltre 10.000
aperture con lo stesso set di pile!) - BATTERIE INCLUSE.

In caso di forzatura non si rompe il meccanismo, ma solo il perno
del pomolo, non permettendo l’apertura dello sportello. Anche una
volta rotto, il perno è studiato in modo da non permettere l’accesso
all’interno della cassaforte.
Speciali battute su tutto il perimetro dello sportello riducono
notevolmente la possibilità di effrazioni tramite sfondamento.
Speciali cerniere esagonali offrono una superiore area di saldatura
allo sportello, garantendo pertanto una maggiore resistenza allo

ADVANCED FUNCTIONS
General Management Passepartout and Hierarchical Master
Code System up to 6 levels. Allows an easy, fast and independent
management of the different hotel floors. Safety is granted even
when several staff members are allowed to open the safes with
Master Codes. This is because it is always possible to univocally
identify who opens the safe by their personal code.
Viro exclusive system of enabling Master Codes based on
Electronic keys and ENABLING SAFE with ONE SHOT
technology. Thanks to the electronic key, it is possible to duplicate
the Master Codes for an easy and secure directional management.
The Enabling Safe generates the Master Codes and enables the
Electronic Key for an only one emergency opening to be done
within a defined time. The electronic keys can be immediately
deleted from the system: to loose electronic keys will not be a
problem anymore and it will not be necessary to reprogram all
the safes.
Audit trail of the last 150 operations, protected by password.
Last opening/closing, all stored codes and break-in attempts are
registered in a special non-volatile memory and can be visualized
on the display. To supply the guest with a document certifying
effected operations, it will be possible to print the audit trail by
means of the external hand-held printer (optional). A special
electronic block (of 10 minutes) is automatically activated after
15 operations done in 5 minutes to prevent any attempt to cancel
suspicious action by making a great number of operations after
the one to delete. Thanks to the electronic control also emergency
mechanical opening are recorded in the audit trail.
Controlled door opening: after the opening confirmation is
given, the door automatically opens with a spread of 2 cm. This
mechanism allows to leave the door open without hurting the
shutter of the furniture where the safe is installed. Furthermore,
door and door back cover including the mechanism are
easily replaceable.
Low consumption electronics working with 4 x 1.5 V alkaline
batteries (less expensive than 1 x 9 V battery) combined with an
optimized mechanics reducing frictions, allows to economize on
the safes maintenance (over 10.000 operations with the same
set of batteries!) - BATTERIES INCLUDED.
Electronic board protected against break-in attempts performed
by high voltage electric shocks. Micro-controller
reprogrammable for software updates.
Programmed breakage knob with steel shaft. If forced, the
knob shaft will break before the mechanism, not allowing the safe
to open. Even when broken, the shaft will not allow the access
to the safe.
Specially rebated around the entire frame perimeter for greater
resistance to attack.
Special hexagonal hinges offer a better pull-resistance, granting

sicurezza per l'apertura con chiave meccanica d'emergenza in caso
di danneggiamento della scheda elettronica, assenza di alimentazione
(pile scariche), o nel caso in cui non si ricordi il codice impostato.
Per gli articoli:
4875, 4870, 4845, 4840, l'apertura d'emergenza avviene con una
chiave a dischi.
Per gli articoli:
4830, 4821, 4811, 1.4372.20.2, 1.4373.20.2, 1.4374.20.2, 1.4398.2,
1.4396.2 l'apertura d'emergenza avviene con una chiave a profilo
speciale, duplicabile solo presso lo stabilimento Viro, dietro
presentazione del codice stampato sulle note di istruzione.
Le due tipologie di chiavi d'emergenza non sono compatibili
fra loro.

EMERGENCY MECHANICAL OPENING
Electronic safes for Hotel are equipped with a security cylinder for the
opening through the emergency mechanical key if the electronic board
is damaged, in case of missing power supply (flat batteries) or when
the stored code has been forgotten.
For items:
4875, 4870, 4845, 4840 the safe is opened with a disc key.
For items:
4830, 4821, 4811, 1.4372.20.2, 1.4373.20.2, 1.4374.20.2, 1.4398.2,
1.4396.2 the safe is opened with a Special Profile Key that can only
be duplicated by Viro on presentation of the relative code written in
the instruction leaflet.
The two different types of keys are not compatible.
SALES CONDITIONS
TECHNICAL FEATURES: Viro S.p.A. reserves the right at any time to
change the technical features of its products without prior notification.
The individual weights and dimensions of our products are approximate.
RISKS DURING TRANSPORT: transport of the products is always at
the risk of the customer.
CLAIMS: any claims regarding the products must be made within 8
days from receipt of the goods. Unauthorised returns will not be
accepted.

of its products. This guarantee covers the free replacement of defective
