L’hôtel de tourisme est un établissement commercial
d’hébergement classé qui offre des chambres ou des
appartements meublés en location à une clientèle
touristique qui n’y élit pas domicile. Ils peuvent
comporter un service de restauration, ils peuvent
être exploités en permanence, toute l’année. Il
est dit “hôtel saisonnier” si sa durée d’ouverture
n’excède pas 9 mois.
A hotel is a commercial property offering nonresidents
star-rated accommodation for hire in
the form of furnished rooms or apartments. Some
include catering and operate all year round. This
type of property is known as a ‘seasonal hotel’ if
it is not open for more than 9 months of the year.
Per albergo s’intende un’attività commerciale
classificata per la ricezione turistica che affitta
camere o appartamenti ammobiliati ad una clientela
che non ne fa il proprio domicilio. Può includere un
servizio di ristorazione e può essere utilizzato tutto
l’anno. Si chiama “albergo stagionale” se l’apertura
non supera i 9 mesi.
Touristenhotels können einen Restaurationsservice
anbieten und ganzjährig betrieben werden.
Sie werden “Saisonhotel“ genannt, wenn ihre
Öffnungsdauer 9 Monate nicht überschreitet.
Résidences de tourisme
Apart’hotels - Residence - Appartementanlagen
Etablissement commercial d’hébergement classé,
constitué d’un ensemble de chambres ou
d’appartements meublés disposés en unités
collectives ou pavillonnaires offerts en location
pour une occupation à la journée, à la semaine ou
au mois, à une clientèle qui n’y élit pas domicile.
Elle est dotée d’un minimum d’équipements et de
services communs. L’exploitation est permanente
ou saisonnière.
A commercial property offering non-residents
star-rated accommodation in the form of furnished
rooms or apartments designed to accommodate
groups and separate bungalows, which can be hired
on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Basic facilities
and services are provided. This type of property
operates on both a year-round and seasonal basis.
Per residence s’intende un’attività commerciale
classificata per la ricezione turistica composta da
un insieme di camere o appartamenti ammobiliati
disposti in unità collettive o in villette e affittati
giornalmente, settimanalmente o mensilmente ad
una clientela che non ne fa il proprio domicilio. La
struttura è dotata di un minimo di attrezzature e
servizi collettivi. L’apertura è annuale o stagionale.
Appartementanlagen sind klassifizierte kommerzielle
Beherbergungsbetriebe, die aus einer reihe von
Zimmern oder möblierten Appartements bestehen,
die in kollektiven oder bungalowartigen Einheiten
untergebracht sind. Sie werden zur tage-, wochen-
oder monatsweisen Miete angeboten und dienen
den Kunden nicht als ständiger Wohnsitz.
Structures d’hébergement non classées aux normes
“tourisme” dont les prestations s’apparentent à
celles des Résidences de Tourisme.
Holiday residences are not given a star rating but
otherwise offer the same services as “Apart’ Hotels”.

di classificazione turistica e le cui prestazioni sono
simili a quelle dei residence.

dessen Qualitäten denen von Appartementanlagen

Villages de vacances
Holiday villages - Villaggi turistici - Feriendörfer
Hébergement collectif ou individuel destiné a
assurer des séjours de vacances et de loisirs selon
un prix forfaitaire comprenant la fourniture des
repas ou des moyens individuels pour les préparer,
et l’usage d’équipements collectifs permettant des
activités de loisirs sportifs et culturels.
Holiday and leisure accommodation for individual
or group stays at an inclusive rate with meals
included and separate cooking facilities for those
who prefer to cook themselves. Leisure facilities are
available for people to enjoy sporting and cultural
activities.
Per villaggio turistico s’intende una struttura di
ricezione collettiva o individuale, dove il soggiorno e
le attività per il tempo libero sono offerte ad un prezzo
forfettario che comprende i pasti o le attrezzature
individuali per prepararli e l’utilizzo delle strutture
collettive per attività sportive e culturali.
Kollektive oder individuelle beherbergungen für
Touristen, die einen Urlaubs- und Freizeitaufenthalt
zu einem Pauschalpreis anbieten, in dem die
mahlzeiten oder die Möglichkeit ihrer Zubereitung
enthalten sind, ebenso die Nutzung von
Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen für sportliche und
kulturelle Freizeitaktivitäten.

celles des villages de vacances.
Holiday centres provide tourist accommodation
without a star rating but which otherwise offer the
same services as “holiday villages”.

et mobil home, disposant d’emplacements ou

Ministériel du 14/02/86.
Sites adapted to the needs of campers, caravans,
and motor homes with places and fully-equipped
holiday bungalows, which conform to the minimum
standards in accordance with the Ministerial Act of
14/02/86.
Per campeggio s’intende un’area attrezzato per
ospitare campeggiatori, roulotte e camper, che
dispone di spazi o di bungalow e che corrisponde
alle norme minime di comfort previste dal decreto
Ministeriale del 14/02/86.
Ein für Camper und Wohnmobile angelegtes
Gelände, das über Stellplätze oder leichte
Freizeitunterkünfte (habitations légères de loisirs,
HLL) verfügt, die bezüglich des Komforts den
Mindestanforderungen des Ministererlasses vom
14/02/86 entsprechen.
