proviene questa inebriante espressione del frutto primigenio. Il suo profumo intensamente strutturato

It’s from the mountain in the Southwest of Ethiopia, the original country of the “arabica” type,
that is stirring expression of the former primitive fruit comes from. Its intensively structured
scent accompanies us on a magic trip amoung the essences of blossoming flowers and flavours of tropical fruit.

Tra le tradizionali piantagioni di montagna, all’ombra di antichi alberi della selva di nebbia,
nelle regioni di Nueva Segovia, Jinoteca e Matagalpa è stata riscoperta questa varietà di Arabica .
Raccolti rigorosamente a mano, i caffè del Nicaragua sono tra i migliori al mondo. È un caffè ben strutturato,
dotato di particolare corposità e aromaticità floreale, con toni di mandorla, cioccolato, spezie e frutta tropicale.
This variety of”Arabica” coffee was re-discovered among the traditional mountain plantations,
under the shade of old trees in the foggy woods, in the areas of Nueva Segovia, Jinotega and Matagalpa.
This Nicaraguan coffee is rigorously harvested by hand and is know as one of the best in the world. It is a well
structured coffee, characterized by particular thikness and floral aroma,
with scents of almond, chocolate, spices and tropical fruit.

È da sempre il più prezioso, tanto da essere descritto il Re dei caffè, è coltivato nelle zone delle Blue Mountain
e risulta reperibile in misura estremamente contenuta. Questo a seguito di un rigoroso controllo produttivo che, partendo dalla
crescita delle piantine, prosegue con la raccolta manuale delle sole bacche mature, per giungere alla lavorazione finale, confezionati
in barili di legno... esattamente come il Rhum. Caffè molto aromatico, corposo e ampio, si distinguono la vaniglia, il cacao,
la mandorla, il burro fuso. Gusto dolce, lungo e persistente, decisamente il Re dei caffè.
It has always been the most precious coffee since ever, so much that is described as the King of Coffee.
It is cultivated in the Blue Mountain areas and seems it is found in very limited quantities, due to a strict control of the production that,
starting from the growth of the young plants, goes on with the manual harvesting of the ripe berries only,
up to the final processing stage. This product is preserved and protected in wooden barrels... exactly like rhum.
A very aromatic, thick, full coffee: in its taste you can distinguish the favours of vanilla, cocoa, almond,
melted butter. Sweet, long and persistent taste, certainly the King of Coffee.

The Trappist monastery, with adjacent factory of the brewery, is located a few kilometers from the small town of Rochefort in the
province of Namur, in the Ardennes. This Trappist Abbey (one of six recognized throughout Belgium) from 1230. The 10 is the
flagship product of the Rochefort Trappist brewery. Dark color, full flavor and great authority. Intense aromas of plum, figs, raisins,
black currants, a crescendo of notes winy and complex. Malt, always and everywhere, ripe fruit, spice, pepper and cinnamon, a little

La Birreria De Ranke è stata fondata nel 1996 da Nino Bavelle e Guido Devos. Il primo proviene da una storia familiare di
commercianti di birra da più di cento anni, il secondo era tra i fondatori di HOP, associazione di degustatori birra. Il nome del Birrificio
deriva dai coni di luppolo e fu scelto perché convinti che il luppolo fosse l’ingrediente più importante delle loro birre.
XX Bitter o Extra Extra Bitter è una bionda, bitter ale contenente 6,2% vol. Alc. E’ famosa per il suo sapore molto amaro e forte.
XX è fatta con malto Pils chiaro e fiori di luppolo Brewers Gold e Hallertau. Una combinazione perfetta, lodata a livello nazionale ed
internazionale. Questa birra è stata la capofila della tendenza che ha riportato in voga le birre molto luppolate in Belgio.

piuttosto fine. Al naso è evidente l’aroma erbaceo che devia lentamente verso il floreale. In bocca risulta piena, con un gusto iniziale
dolce di cereale seguito dall’amaro del luppolo East Kent Golding, che contribuisce a ripulire il palato. Corpo snello e mai invadente.

Small craft brewer in the Province of Milan, son of the movement of homebrewers that, in the last twenty years, has revolutionized

The nose is an obvious grassy aroma that deviates slowly towards the flower. The palate is full, with an initial sweet taste of corn after

mondo per la produzione di questa birra considerata, per quanto riguarda il titolo alcolometrico, la più forte in assoluto.
Questa birra ad alta fermentazione si presenta con un colore ambrato intenso ed una schiuma bianca, abbondante, morbida e cremosa.
In bocca mostra un gusto intenso, inizialmente dolce che in un secondo momento evolve in una leggera piccantezza, con un finale
estremamente secco; un aroma di malto tostato, di scorza di arancia candita, di zucchero filato e caramellato.
Brasserie Jeanne d’Arc, a family company founded in 1898 in Ronchin, near Lille, has become world famous for the production of this
beer in question, as to the alcoholic strength, the strongest ever. This top-fermented beer shows an intense amber color and a white
foam, rich, soft and creamy. The mouth shows an intense taste, sweet initially that later evolves into a slightly spicy, with a finish very dry
aroma of toasted malt, candied orange peel, cotton candy and caramel.
