• In 85 (30.5%) cases neither US worsening (regression: 39,<br />
stability: 46), nor clinical problems were demonstrated:<br />

1) renal pielectasis increase (30),<br />
2) calyceal and/or ureteral dilatation (102),<br />
3) clinical signs (UTI, acute pielonephritis; 61):<br />
