a livello <strong>delle</strong> papille renali.<br />

severa) si presentano <strong>delle</strong> aree anecogene che<br />
occupano il seno pielico. Ridotto appare lo<br />
spessore parenchimale, le piramidi spesso non<br />
sono più riconoscibili<br />
