L'Associazione Ospiti <strong>per</strong> <strong>casa</strong> Bed & Breakfast di qualità è nata nell'Agosto 2003 e raggruppa<br />
la maggioranza dei B&B presenti nelle province di Lecco e Como, aderiamo al Sistema<br />
Turistico Lago di Como.<br />
Requisiti di qualità<br />
Per garantire ai nostri <strong>ospiti</strong> la medesima qualità in tutti i B&B associati, abbiamo definito<br />
alcuni requisiti minimi:<br />
• mettiamo a disposizione la camera <strong>per</strong> l'intera giornata, chiedendo che venga lasciata<br />
libera entro le ore 10 il giorno della partenza.<br />
• cerchiamo di fornire tutte le informazioni che possono essere d'interesse sul territorio,<br />
sulle possibilità culturali, di svago, sui luoghi da visitare, sulle passeggiate ed escursioni,<br />
sui vari mezzi di trasporto, su dove mangiare e bere bene…<br />
• accogliamo i nostri <strong>ospiti</strong> in un clima familiare ma anche con discrezione e attenzione alle<br />
differenze di modi, abitudini ed esigenze<br />
• offriamo una colazione abbondante e varia sia <strong>per</strong> venire incontro alle necessità degli<br />
stranieri, sia <strong>per</strong> suggerirla a chi non la pratica abitualmente. Una colazione ben servita e<br />
senza fretta di alzarsi dal tavolo, magari conclusa con una piacevole conversazione è un<br />
ottimo modo di iniziare la giornata.<br />

Il B&B Casacaccia recentemente ristrutturato con criteri di<br />
risparmio energetico, si trova ad Appiano Gentile, Como, in<br />
una posizione tranquilla e verdeggiante.<br />
Le 3 camere, gradevolmente arredate, hanno bagno privato<br />
e riscaldamento autonomo, sono dotate di bollitore <strong>per</strong><br />
bevande e Wi-Fi<br />
Una terrazza è a disposizione <strong>per</strong> un piacevole relax.<br />
Nella sala da pranzo della <strong>casa</strong> o, nella bella stagione, in<br />
giardino viene servita la colazione abbondante e con proposte<br />

Incastonata nel borgo preromano di Brienno vi accoglieremo<br />
nella nostra <strong>casa</strong> del 1800 recentemente ristrutturata<br />
mantenendo l´atmosfera di una volta.<br />
Dalle finestre e dal terrazzo che si affacciano sul lago si vivono<br />
in ogni momento del giorno e della notte diverse atmosfere<br />
di un panorama unico. Le tre stanze <strong>per</strong> gli <strong>ospiti</strong> sono vista<br />
lago, confortevoli e curate. Tutte le camere hanno la<br />
connessione a Internet e tv a disposizione.<br />

Il B&B è situato a Brunate, località collinare di villeggiatura<br />
sopra Como, famosa come<br />
“Il balcone sulle Alpi e sul lago di Como” <strong>per</strong> gli incantevoli<br />
panorami.<br />
Il B&B è gestito da una giovane coppia e dista pochi minuti<br />
di cammino dal Faro Voltiano e dalla stazione della funicolare<br />
che collega Brunate a Como in 7 minuti.<br />
Si offrono tre camere con bagno privato e TV satellitare.<br />
L'abbondante colazione è servita in sala breakfast o in terrazza.<br />
Si organizzano gite e sport montani/acquatici. Il B&B è un<br />
ambiente non fumatori.<br />

the hill above Como, famous as “The balcony on the Alps and<br />
the lake Como” for its unique views.<br />
The B&B in managed by an English speaking young couple,<br />
and is a short walking distance from Volta's Lighthouse Tower<br />
and the cable-car station that links Brunate to Como in a 7<br />
minutes panoramic journey.<br />

Breakfast room and terrace are available for the plentiful<br />

Il B&B Fiore Gottro, si trova in una zona tranquilla, a diretto<br />
contatto con la natura.<br />
E' circondato dalle montagne e dominante sul lago di Lugano<br />
e sul laghetto alpino del Piano, dei quali si ha una vista<br />
mozzafiato.<br />
Poco distante c'è anche il lago di Como. Il B&B è adiacente<br />
ma, totalmente indipendente, alla villa d'abitazione.<br />
E' composto da due camere con bagni indipendenti e atrio<br />
comune. La colazione può essere gustata all'interno o<br />
nell'ampio porticato esterno.<br />
Fiorella e Gigi, saranno lieti di fornirvi utili informazioni ed<br />
itinerari <strong>per</strong> visitare e conoscere la zona. Possibilità di escursioni<br />
a piedi, a cavallo, in mountain bike, gite in barca, visite musei,<br />
ville.<br />
The B&B Fiore Gottro, is situated in a tranquil area, in direct<br />
contact with nature.<br />
It is encircled by mountains and dominates Lake Lugano and<br />
the small alpine Lake Piano.<br />
From the B&B there are breathtaking view. Little distant there<br />
is also the Lake Como.<br />
The B&B is adjacent but, totally independent, of the house. It<br />
is composed of two rooms with independent baths and<br />
common entrance hall. Breakfast can be taken inside or outside<br />
in the porch. Fiorella and Gigi, will be happy to supply useful<br />
information and routes in order for you to visit and get to<br />
know the area.<br />

La nostra <strong>casa</strong> si trova in un piccolo paese - Cavallasca - situato alle porte di Como, in una<br />
posizione collinare panoramica (400 m. sul livello del mare) e limitrofa al Parco Forestale<br />
della Spina Verde di Como, dove poter effettuare escursioni anche a cavallo, siamo vicini<br />
a maneggi e agriturismi. Dista 3 km. dall'uscita Como sud dell'autostrada A9, circa 6 km.<br />
dal centro di Como, 4 km. dal collegamento con Milano delle Ferrovie Nord Milano (50<br />
min. di treno da Milano) e 5 km. dal confine con la Confederazione Elvetica. A 2 Km. È<br />
ubicato il nuovo Ospedale S. Anna di Como. Offriamo la possibilità di un soggiorno in una<br />
località tranquilla e silenziosa, nel verde. Il piano terreno della <strong>casa</strong> è a disposizione degli<br />
<strong>ospiti</strong> ai quali offriamo 3 ampie camere matrimoniali ed una camera singola, cucina, servizi<br />
igienici indipendenti, posto auto e giardino. La prima colazione è ricca, volendo può essere<br />
preparata anche autonomamente. Si accettano piccoli animali domestici. Forniamo<br />
documentazione, materiale turistico e informazioni sulle località turistiche note e meno<br />
note dei dintorni a seconda delle richieste e degli interessi degli <strong>ospiti</strong>, con particolare<br />
attenzione agli aspetti legati alla storia, all'arte e all'architettura razionalista comasca. Una<br />
meta da non <strong>per</strong>dere a Cavallasca è Villa Imbonati, antica residenza dei Conti Imbonati di<br />

Siamo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Città Murata, a 10 minuti a piedi<br />
dal lago direttamente raggiungibili dall'uscita Como Sud della<br />
Autostrada A9, in una piacevole zona residenziale circondati<br />
dal bosco ed immersi nel verde ma ben serviti dai mezzi<br />
pubblici (fermata bus a 200mt) e facilmente raggiungibili<br />
dalle stazioni ferroviarie. Siamo vicini a tutto: ristoranti, negozi,<br />
monumenti, su<strong>per</strong>mercati, lavanderie, farmacie etc. Per i vostri<br />
soggiorni business, siamo a 30 minuti dalla nuova sede di<br />
Rho della Fiera di Milano, a 20 dai centri espositivi di Villa Erba.<br />

unisce al centro, potete fare del sano shopping... le vetrine non mancano<br />

l'università non è distante, nemmeno le due stazioni dei treni (Nord<br />
Como Borghi e Como San Giovanni).<br />
La fermata del bus è proprio a due passi, così come ristoranti etnici, centri<br />
di estetica, lavanderie, banche etc.<br />

Il B&B La Chioccia, sito nella città di Como, è un posto tranquillo<br />
dove poter passare piacevoli momenti di relax. Ottimo punto <strong>per</strong><br />
andare al Lago di Como in quanto dista soli 3km, non vicino al centro<br />
urbano anch'esso alla stessa distanza del Lago, si raggiunge con<br />
auto prendendo l'uscita Como Sud dall'Autostrada A9 dalla quale<br />
dista solo 1km.<br />
Per gli amanti della natura sarà fondamentale andare a fare visita al<br />
maestoso Lago che prende il nome dalla sua città più importante<br />
<strong>per</strong> arte, economia e trasporti. Ci sono varie possibilità di crociera<br />
del tipo classico <strong>per</strong> Bellagio o Piona oppure con il piroscafo a vapore.<br />
Ma, <strong>per</strong> coloro che volessero fare gite a livello storico culturale, Como<br />
offre la possibilità di una visita al “Tempio Voltiano”, un tempio dallo<br />
stile neoclassico dove sono conservati oggetti rari e preziosi, busti<br />
e bassorilievi di Alessandro Volta. Anche da vedere il Duomo, ultima<br />
cattedrale gotica della regione che racchiude in sé numerose o<strong>per</strong>e<br />

“O passeggier che vieni da lontano riposati un momento al<br />
bel cardano”<br />
La mia <strong>casa</strong> sorge nel centro storico di Cardano, nelle<br />
immediate vicinanze dela piazza centrale, da cui si diramano<br />
le piccole e antiche vie di ciottoli di sasso.<br />
Il breve sentiero vi porterà al mio cancello “fiorito” in ferro<br />
battuto. Suonate la campanella ed io sarò li ad accogliervi <strong>per</strong><br />
accompagnarvi alla sco<strong>per</strong>ta della mia “Casa del Sole”.<br />
Il Sole è ovunque in questa <strong>casa</strong> di fine'800, completamente<br />
ristrutturata nel rispetto della struttura originale. Nella sala<br />
da pranzo, dove vi sarà servita l'ottima e varia colazione,<br />
troverete la mia più grande collezione, oltre che ad un antico<br />
caminetto. Incontrerete il sole anche nelle altre parti della<br />
<strong>casa</strong> <strong>per</strong> arrivare alla Vostra camera, situata al primo piano.<br />
My house is located in the centre of Cardano, nearby of the<br />
central square, from which branches off the small and ancient<br />
streets of stone bowl.<br />
The short trail will take you to my “flowered” gate in wrought<br />
iron. Ring the bell and I will welcome you, and I will invite you<br />
to discovery my “Casa del Sole”.<br />
The Sun is everywhere in this XIX century's house, completely<br />
refurnished in respect of the original structure. In the dinning<br />
room, where you will be served an excellent complete buffet<br />
breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, juices, biscuits,<br />
croissants, bread, honey, jams, cheese, salami and ham), you<br />
will find my largest sun's collection and my ancient fireplace.<br />
You will find the sun even in other parts of the house to get<br />
to your room, located on the first floor.<br />

latte, caffè, the, tisane, pane, marmellata, biscotti, torta, yogurt,<br />

Is in a splendidly decorated 1920's villa overlo<strong>ok</strong>ing Lake Como and<br />
the surrounding mountains and is situated in the charming village of<br />

There are two big comfortable bedrooms and a private bathroom<br />
completely separate from the rest of the house, and a delightful garden<br />
with panoramic views over the lake.<br />
We serve a good, copious fresh breakfast, and are happy to help with<br />
suggestions for excursions, walks, boat trips, restaurants etc. We also<br />

ll nostro B&B si trova a Zelbio, piccola località prealpina sulle alture del<br />
Lago di Como, vicinissimo al Pian del Tivano. L'ospitalità è offerta in una<br />
azienda agricola biologica, in cui si coltivano frutti di bosco, a 1000 metri<br />
sul livello del mare.<br />
Le camere <strong>per</strong> gli <strong>ospiti</strong> sono nella costruzione principale, che è circondata<br />
da piante di mirtilli e lamponi. Un'oasi di pace e serenità in cui l'unico<br />
rumore è quello delle campane delle mucche al pascolo. Un grande<br />
soggiorno è a disposizione degli <strong>ospiti</strong> <strong>per</strong> le colazioni o <strong>per</strong> passare il<br />
tempo leggendo qualcosa sulla nostra zona.<br />
Chi vuole può prendere il sole sull'ampio terrazzo oppure rilassarsi con la<br />
splendida vista del monte San Primo, il più alto del triangolo lariano. Una<br />
sauna è a disposizione dei clienti. Abbiamo un ampio parcheggio privato.<br />

Our bed & breakfast is located in Zelbio, a small pre-alpine locality on the<br />
high grounds of Lake Como, very close to Pian del Tivano. We welcome<br />
you to our organic farm, where we cultivate berries, 1000 metres above<br />
sea level.<br />
Guest rooms are in the main building, which is surrounded by rows of<br />
blueberries and raspberries. An oasis of peace and serenity where the only<br />
sound comes from the bells of grazing cows. A big lounge is available for<br />
guests to have breakfast or to spend time reading about the local area.<br />
You might prefer to sunbathe on the ample terrace or relax with a gorgeous<br />
view of the San Primo Mountain, the highest in the Lake Como triangle. A<br />
sauna is available for guests. We have ample private parking.<br />

caratteristiche di Linzanico, piccolo borgo medievale pedonale<br />
a mezzacosta, a soli 5 minuti a piedi, dalle rive del lago.<br />
Ristrutturata nel 2008 mantiene i materiali originali.<br />
L'architettura degli interni è caratterizzata da possenti muri<br />
di sasso intonacati da bio-calce e da piccole nicchie: arredi<br />
semplici con dettagli etnici e accessori vintage offrono agli<br />
<strong>ospiti</strong> un sapore intimo e familiare.<br />

The house that houses the B&B is one of the most ancient<br />
and characteristics of Linzanico, small pedestrian and<br />
medieval village, 5 minutes far from the lakeshore.<br />
It restored in 2008, manteins the most original material. The<br />

house, is characterized by massive stone walls whitewashed<br />
and by small niches.<br />

di Abbadia Lariana, sulla spondo orientale del lago di Como,<br />
ad un ora da Milano. Disponiamo di due camere con bagno<br />
appena ristrutturate, un salotto con camino e una veranda<br />
vista lago in cui serviamo la colazione, un bel giardino circonda<br />
la <strong>casa</strong>.<br />
Siamo sul Sentiero del Viandante e punto di partenza <strong>per</strong><br />
numerose escursioni nel gruppo delle Grigne. A 5 minuti a<br />
piedi si trova il parco di Chiesa Rotta con le sue spiagge e a<br />
circa 200mt l'attracco <strong>per</strong> il battello <strong>per</strong> Varenna, Bellagio e<br />

The B&B at the ground floor of our house is situated in a quite<br />
place of Abbadia Lariana on the shore of the eastern branch<br />
of Como lake at one hour from Milan.<br />

a livingroom with fireplace and a veranda with view on the<br />
lake in which we offer breakfast, a garden surrounds the<br />

We are closed to the Sentiero del Viandante and starting<br />
point for many other tracks to Grigna mountains. Walking 5<br />

Una breve mulattiera a gradoni, attraversando il piccolo nucleo<br />
storico di Oro sul Sentiero del Viandante, scende dalla strada<br />
al balcone panoramico sopra il lago dove sorge La Casa delle<br />
Rondini, un'antica abitazione da poco ristrutturata. Le camere<br />
sono tutte vistalago, i servizi sono esterni e possono essere<br />

Il B & B “Tra Lago e Monti “ è situato in una zona verde, tranquilla<br />

nei Promessi Sposi là dove si parla di Don Serafino Morazzone<br />
, “Buon curato di Chiuso “ ora diventato Beato e dal castello<br />
citato dal Manzoni dove avvenne la conversione<br />
dell'Innominato . Poco distante il Santuario di Somasca , dove<br />
riposano le spoglie di S. Gerolamo Emiliani, meta continua di<br />
pellegrinaggio. La colazione viene servita nella cordiale<br />
discrezionalità della famiglia in un ambiente accogliente dove<br />
la stufa di maiolica è protagonista . A secondo del <strong>per</strong>iodo<br />

La <strong>casa</strong> dispone di due camere: una matrimoniale e una<br />
matrimoniale/famiglia composta da: letto matrimoniale e<br />
letto a castello. Due bagni en-suite servono le due camere.<br />
Dal giardino che circonda la <strong>casa</strong> si può godere della vista del<br />
lago e della punta del lago di fronte, e alle spalle, della vista<br />
delle montagne. In giardino nei mesi estivi viene servita una<br />
buona e varia colazione, c'è un portico, un piccolo gazebo,<br />
sdraio a disposizione degli <strong>ospiti</strong>.<br />
La zona è silenziosa, di giorno e di notte, e d'estate è sempre<br />
rinfrescata da una leggera brezza che scende dai monti. E' a<br />
disposizione, gratuito, un parcheggio interno ed uno esterno.<br />

From garden that is around the house, you can see the lake<br />
and the “punta di Bellagio”, and behind you can see the<br />

Olcio è una piccola frazione di Mandello Lario, tranquilla e<br />
riposante. La nostra <strong>casa</strong> è situata in posizione elevata e gode<br />
di una splendida vista sul lago, è circondata da piante di ulivo<br />
e ci si risveglia al canto del gallo! Da qui si possono<br />
intraprendere passeggiate nei boschi o raggiungere le vette<br />
delle Grigne, oppure camminare lungo le rive del lago,<br />
pranzare in ristorantini tipici, fare il bagno nel lago e prendere<br />
il sole.<br />
Mandello Lario is a beautiful little town, where "Moto Guzzi"<br />
vas born , it's on the Como Lake where even George Clooney<br />
lives!, it is situated on the better side, where the sun shines<br />
all the day long. Many people come here to practise sailing<br />
and fishing and wind surfing. Our house over lo<strong>ok</strong>s the lake,<br />
is a very silent place, encircled by olive trees and you happen<br />

Il Mammamia B&B e' situato nel centro storico di Molina, nella zona centrale di Mandello del Lario. L'edificio,<br />
indipendente su tre piani, e' stato appena ristrutturato, mantenendo la struttura caratteristica "<strong>casa</strong> di borgo"<br />
di inizio '800. La zona e' molto tranquilla, il traffico auto e' destinato solo ai residenti. Nelle vicinanze c'e' un<br />
su<strong>per</strong>mercato (due minuti a piedi), il centro di Mandello a 5 minuti di cammino, il lago a 15 minuti di cammino,<br />
le partenze di tutti I sentieri <strong>per</strong> la Grigna a poche decine di metri. Nell'adiacente Via Montesanto (30 mt) c'e'<br />
un ampio parcheggio, visibile dalle finestre della <strong>casa</strong>. Dall'ampio terrazzo si può vedere tutto l'arco della<br />
Grigna.A disposizione<br />
degli <strong>ospiti</strong> due camere situate al primo piano dell'edificio, delle quali una grande con letto matrimoniale, molto<br />
bella, con accesso al terrazzo, e una piu' piccola con letto a castello, ideale <strong>per</strong> <strong>per</strong>sone singole o anche <strong>per</strong> due,<br />
finestra con vista Grigna. Inoltre c'e' la possibilita' di utilizzare 2 comodissimo divani letto nell'ampio soggiorno.<br />
A disposizione un lettino <strong>per</strong> bambini. Il bagno e' dotato di ogni comfort, a disposizione anche la lavatrice.<br />
L'ampia cucina, locale dove verra' servita la colazione, e' eventualmente a disposizione degli <strong>ospiti</strong>. Al piano<br />
terra e' anche disponibile una taverna in stile antico, con camino e forno a legna, ad uso degli <strong>ospiti</strong> <strong>per</strong> eventuali<br />
grigliate e feste.<br />
Mammamia B&B is located in historical center of Molina, central Mandello del Lario. The indipendent 3-floors<br />
building has just been reformed, keeping the typical structure of "suburb house" of beginning 19th century.<br />
The area is very quite, car access only for residents.<br />
For a very autonomous stay, with self service concept breakfast, to make you feel at home, far away from home.<br />
Near by there is a su<strong>per</strong>market (2 minutes walking), Mandello's center 5 min walking, lake side 15 min walking,<br />
beginning of all mountain paths to Grigna only about ten meters.<br />
Beside the building, in Via Montesanto (30 mt) there is a big parking lot, visible from the house windows.<br />
From the big terrace you can see Grigna mountains whole group.<br />
At first floor, available for guests 2 rooms, one big double, very nice, with terrace access, and a smaller one for<br />
single use, Grigna view on the window.<br />
Moreover, there is possibility to use 2 couch-bed in the big living room.<br />
Available also a small bed for babies. Bathroom with every comforts, washing machine available.The big kitchen,<br />
where breakfast will be served, is eventually available for guest. At basement there is also an ancient style<br />
tavern, with fireplace and wooden oven; guests can use it for barbecue dinners and parties.<br />

Il Bed and Breakfast si trova nel cuore del piccolo borgo<br />
medioevale di Maggiana vicino alla Torre di Federico Barbarossa.<br />
La <strong>casa</strong> di antiche origini è stata recentemente restaurata<br />
seguendo i criteri della bioarchitettura. Le tre camere a<br />
disposizione degli <strong>ospiti</strong>, tranquille e lontane dal traffico, ognuna<br />
con bagno privato, hanno pavimenti in legno e sono dotate di<br />

Our Bed and Breakfast is situated in the middle of the medieval<br />
village of Maggiana, next to Barbarossa's Tower.<br />
The house has undergone a complete restoration in 2009<br />
conforming to modern standards of bioarchitecture using natural<br />
materials wherever possible.<br />
Maggiana is 350 mt above the town of Mandello del Lario halfway<br />
between the lake (Como) and the foothills of Grigna Mountain<br />
range (2400 mt).<br />

Il B&B "La Magnolia"è situato nelle immediate vicinanze del "Caffè<br />
dell'Adda" in Arlate/Calco e si raggiunge in circa 30 minuti da Milano, da<br />
Como e da Bergamo. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel<br />
verde ideale <strong>per</strong> chi cerca il contatto con la natura, la quiete ed il relax.<br />
In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il santuario della Madonna del Bosco<br />
e l'antica abbazia di San Colombano che risale all'11.mo secolo. In<br />
particolare va segnalato il traghetto di Leonardo da Vinci che si trova<br />
nella vicina Imbersago e collega le due sponde dell'Adda.<br />
Il B&B è una costruzione Bungalow e dispone di due stanze con letto<br />
singolo e due bagni. Per la prima colazione è a disposizione la nostra<br />
grande cucina oppure la terrazza. Abbiamo un giardino ed un tavolo da<br />
ping-pong (una piccola palestra si trova nelle immediate vicinanze).<br />
Vorrei sottolineare che <strong>per</strong> la colazione posso offrire prodotti naturali,<br />
come uova, marmellate e frutta di stagione. Animali domestici: alcuni<br />
affettuosi gatti.<br />
The B & B "La Magnolia" is located in Arlate/Calco (Lecco), near the coffeeshop<br />
"Caffè dell'Adda"; it takes 30 minutes time to arrive from Milan,<br />
Como or Bergamo.<br />
Our house lies in quiet and green environment - an ideal place for people<br />
who love nature, animals and relaxing. In few minutes you can reach by<br />
foot the sanctuary "Madonna del Bosco" and the ancient monastery San<br />
Colombano (11th century). Of particular interest is the ferry boat designed<br />
by Leonardo da Vinci crossing the river Adda, situated in Imbersago close<br />
to Arlate.<br />
The B & B is a Bungalow-type building, it has two single bedrooms and<br />
two bathrooms.<br />
For the breakfast is available our large kitchen or the terrace. The house<br />
is surrounded by a garden, a ping-pong-table is available also (a small<br />
Fitness-Center nearby). It is to say that that the breakfast includes natural<br />
products as eggs, jam and seasonal fruit. I want to mention that we have<br />
several pretty cats.<br />

Ci troviamo in una costruzione di pregio storico (tardo'700),<br />
tipica della Brianza, ristrutturata rispettandone le<br />
caratteristiche originarie. Situata nella "valletta"è vicinissima<br />
ai laghi di OGGIONO e PUSIANO, a soli 20 KM dalle città di<br />
LECCO e COMO, a 10 Km dal parco del Curone e da<br />
Montevecchia. Il luogo ideale <strong>per</strong> chi ama il trekking, le<br />
escursioni in mountain bike nei magnifici boschi e le colline<br />
circostanti. Il territorio, che si estende da una parte delle<br />
Prealpi lombarde fin giù ai confini con la cintura milanese, si<br />
caratterizza <strong>per</strong> dolci colline, fiumi e laghi. Nonostante alcune<br />
aree siano state, specialmente negli anni passati, brutalmente<br />
danneggiate dall'uomo, la Brianza riesce ancora a mantenere<br />
quel fascino e quella bellezza che sin da tempi immemori fu<br />
cantata da poeti e scrittori.<br />
We are in a building of historical value (late '700), typical of<br />
Brianza, restored respecting its original characteristics. Located<br />

possono fare piacevoli passeggiate, andare in mountain bike<br />
o a cavallo. Da non dimenticare Montevecchia, il Santuario<br />
della Madonna del Bosco e il fiume Adda con le sue forre e le<br />
chiuse di Leonardo da Vinci. Milano, Como, Bergamo, Monza<br />
e Lecco sono facilmente raggiungibili in circa 30 minuti;<br />
fermata autobus Como-Bergamo davanti a <strong>casa</strong>. La stazione<br />
ferroviaria di Cernusco-Merate dista circa 1.5 km. A richiesta<br />

La Loggia del Conte è una residenza ubicata a Merate (Lecco) nella più<br />
vecchia frazione del comune, Brugarolo, già censita ai tempi del catasto<br />
teresiano.<br />
Il posto è situato nella parte sud della Brianza, in area baricentrica a<br />
meno di 30 Km rispetto a destinazioni di interesse turistico e professionale<br />
come Milano, raggiungibile in treno o in auto, Monza, nota <strong>per</strong><br />
l'autodromo ed il bellissimo centro storico, Lecco, conosciuta <strong>per</strong> il lago<br />
e la prossimità alle montagne, e Bergamo, apprezzata cittadina con il<br />
meraviglio patrimonio storico della Città Alta.<br />
Numerosi anche i richiami locali quali il centro del paese, il celebre<br />
Santuario della Madonna del Bosco, la collina di Montevecchia con<br />
l'importante riserva naturale del Parco del Curone, il traghetto leonardesco<br />
di Imbersago, il lungo fiume del Parco dell'Adda, l'itinerario manzoniano<br />
nel comprensorio lecchese, la celeberrima o<strong>per</strong>a architettonica del Ponte<br />
di Paderno, la frazione di Sartirana con il lago e la famosa chiesa progettata<br />
dall'architetto Botta.<br />
La struttura è realizzata in un vecchio cascinale recentemente ristrutturato<br />
e dotato di tutti i comfort. La capacità di accoglienza prevede tre camere<br />
di cui due matrimoniali e due singole con arredamento <strong>per</strong>sonalizzato;<br />
tutte le abitazioni hanno la possibilità di letto aggiuntivo.<br />
Ogni camera è dotata di bagno specifico, televisione, aria condizionata<br />
e collegamento ad Internet.<br />
La struttura è completata da una loggia comune, da un giardino e da<br />
posti macchina interni assicurando così tutti gli ingredienti <strong>per</strong> un<br />
piacevole e tranquillo soggiorno.<br />
La colazione potrà essere consumata in un'ampia sala da pranzo comune<br />
oppure in loggia o nella veranda esterna.<br />

Il B&B “Casa del Viandante" si trova a Colico ( lago di Como), sul<br />
Sentiero del Viandante ,sentiero reso famoso da poeti e scrittori che<br />
ne narrano l´idilliaca bellezza <strong>per</strong> i fantastici panorami del lago di<br />
Como che lo circondano.<br />
Il sentiero del viandante conosciuto sin dai tempi dell'im<strong>per</strong>o romano,<br />
costeggia tutto il ramo del lago di Como da sud a nord, collegando<br />
Lecco a Colico.<br />
Il nostro B&B è nato della ristrutturazione nel 2002 di un vecchio<br />
rustico immerso nel verde, ai piedi del Legnone . Il B&B è stato creato<br />
lasciando intatta tutta l'atmosfera del luogo, immerso in un anfiteatro<br />
di montagne. Se desiderate un ambiente confortevole come un Hotel,<br />
ma meno anonimo di un albergo allora questo è quello che cercate<br />

the path of the same name made famous by various poets and writers<br />
who speak of the idyllic beauty of the breathtaking scenery which<br />
surrounds it. Our house, which is the outcome of the renovation in<br />
2005 of an old cottage, nestles in the green countryside right at the<br />
foot of Monte Legnone. It was created without spoiling the atmosphere<br />
of the place and blends in <strong>per</strong>fectly against the imposing backcloth<br />
of magnificent mountains. All of our rooms are different and each<br />
one has a private bathroom and balcony where you can relax and<br />

estende dalle spiaggie con passeggiate a bordo lago e piscine<br />
pubbliche, alle montagne con <strong>per</strong>corsi di trekking e mountainbike<br />
fino alla confine con la Svizzera a metri 2000 (St. Iorio).<br />
Le camere sono tutte mini suites nuove e arredate con gusto,<br />
hanno il bagno privato con finestra, terrazzo vista lago con<br />
tavoli e sedie ed ingresso indipendente.<br />
La colazione è abbondante con prevalenza di prodotti tipici<br />
servita sulla terrazza vista lago o nell'ampio salone con più<br />
tavoli.<br />

On a little hill, at 1km away the mine street, our B&B lies in a<br />
very good position, a balcony on Como lake & Valtellina<br />
mountains. Ideal place for peace and relax, it's situated between<br />
long beaches with public swimming pool and sailing club and<br />
walking way on the shore, and mountains with excursion for<br />
trekking and mountain-bike until the Swiss border at m.2000<br />
(St. Iorio).<br />
Our rooms are all mini suite new, with private bathroom with<br />
window, terrace with table and chairs, and independence<br />
entrance.<br />
The breakfast is large with a lot of local products, served on the<br />
terrace or in our big living-room with many tables.<br />

Il Bed and Breakfast LARIO è situato sulla sponda orientale<br />
del Lago di Como, a Dervio, tra lago e montagne. Ideale <strong>per</strong><br />
una vacanza a contatto con la natura. Chi ama tranquillità e<br />
relax può godersi lunghe passeggiate sul lungolago e fare<br />
incantevoli gite in battello <strong>per</strong> raggiungere le famose località<br />
lacustri come Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Como.<br />
E' una villetta di nuova costruzione, nella quale mettiamo a<br />
disposizione una singola e 3 ampie stanze matrimoniali, con<br />
possibilità di aggiunta del 3° e 4° letto e due bagni, con<br />
possibilità di bagno privato.<br />

This charming Bed and Breakfast is located in a quiet area just<br />
a short walk from the town center and from the shore of the<br />
lake. It 's a newly built house, where we provide a single large<br />
room and 3 bedrooms, with the possibility of agiunta the 3rd<br />
and 4th bed and two bathrooms, with a private bathroom.<br />

Bed and Breakfast LORI, completamente nuovo, a<strong>per</strong>to da inizio agosto 2011 a tutti<br />
coloro che desiderano trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in un'atmosfera familiare.<br />
E' al secondo piano di un edificio familiare a tre piani nel grazioso paese di Gravedona<br />
ed Uniti, sulla sponda nord-ovest del Lago di Como.<br />
Dal grande terrazzo co<strong>per</strong>to, dalla sala colazioni e dalle camere che volgono a sud-est<br />
si gode una fantastica vista lago, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di cammino.<br />
Abbiamo curato ogni ambiente in ogni dettaglio affinchè i nostri <strong>ospiti</strong> sentano fin da<br />
subito quanto teniamo a loro e al loro benessere.<br />
La prima colazione è servita nella luminosa sala ad essa adibita o, nelle belle giornate<br />
estive, sul terrazzo co<strong>per</strong>to; il fantastico paesaggio che si apre ai vostri occhi vi<br />
accompagna in un piacevole risveglio e vi augura una buona giornata.<br />
Il lago e la montagna, che avvolgono in un gentile abbraccio il B&B LORI, hanno molto<br />
da offrire ai nostri <strong>ospiti</strong>: belle spiagge, differenti sport d'acqua (nuoto, kayak, vela,<br />
wind-surf, kite-surf, …), tour del lago a bordo degli storici battelli della Navigazione,<br />
passeggiata a lago e passeggiate in collina e montagna, sentieri <strong>per</strong> mountain-bike …<br />
At the beginning of August 2011 the owners of Bed and Breakfast LORI opened their<br />
house to all who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in a homely atmosphere.<br />
B and B LORI is on the 2nd floor of a homely building of three situated in Gravedona<br />
ed Uniti, a very nice village on the north-western shores of Lake Como.<br />
The big covered terrace, the breakfast room and two of the bedrooms have a fantastic<br />
view on the lake you can reach in few minutes walk.<br />
We to<strong>ok</strong> care of every detail so that our guests can feel how much they are important<br />
for us.<br />
Breakfast is served in the breakfast-room or, in nice season, on the big covered terrace<br />
so that you can enjoy the magic landscape and start the day in a wonderful way.<br />
Both the lake and the mountain have a lot to offer to our guests: nice beeches, several<br />
water sports (swimming, wind-surf, kite-surf, Kayak, sailing-boat…), tour of the lake<br />
on board of one of the historical boats, walking paths beside the lake and into the<br />

Il B&B AL SASS PIANTÀA si trova a Peglio, un piccolo paese<br />
montano dell'Alto Lario a 650 metri di altitudine, facilmente<br />
raggiungibile dal lago in soli 10 minuti di auto.<br />
Disponiamo di tre camere ariose e confortevoli: due doppie<br />
matrimoniali e una doppia con letti singoli, tutte dotate di<br />
bagno riservato.<br />
Le camere matrimoniali si affacciano su un ampio balcone<br />
che offre una splendida vista sul lago e le alpi Lepontine al<br />
confine con la Svizzera.<br />
La colazione viene servita in un accogliente e luminoso<br />
soggiorno dove gli <strong>ospiti</strong> troveranno un ricco buffet a base<br />

Il territorio circostante è caratterizzato dalla varietà degli ambienti naturali:<br />
la struttura infatti è situata all'interno dell'oasi naturalistica del Pian di<br />
Spagna e Lago di Mezzola, ai piedi delle montagne della Valtellina e della<br />
Val Chiavenna, adiacente alle sponde dell'alto lago di Como. È dotata di<br />
ampio giardino attrezzato con spazio gioco <strong>per</strong> bambini. La posizione è<br />
ideale <strong>per</strong> fare passeggiate a piedi o a cavallo, birdwatching, escursioni<br />
in montagna e gite in bicicletta sulla pista ciclabile, che costeggia il corso<br />

Siamo ad Introbio in Valsassina a mt.600 slm, a 15km da Lecco<br />
- Lago di Como - di fronte alla Grigna. La nostra <strong>casa</strong>, una<br />
costruzione di fine 800, ristrutturata e curata nei dettagli è in<br />
centro paese, ha un ampio giardino ed offre un accogliente<br />
ed elegante sistemazione. Della nostra casda riserviamo al<br />
B&B tre camere doppie, una camera singola, tre bagni,<br />
televisione, internet, biblioteca e buona parte del giardino.<br />
You will find us in Introbio, a small town in Valsassina, whitch<br />
is a valley 600m above sea level at foot the mountain Grigna,<br />
about 15km closet o Lecco and not far from Como lake. Our<br />
house was built at the end of 19th century, it has a large<br />
garden and it is situated in the centre of town. Our house was<br />
completely restored and renovated. It offers a comfortable<br />
and elegant atmosphere and accommodation. You will feel<br />
yourself at home. For our guests are available 3 double-rooms,<br />
1 single room, a large room with a nice view of the Grigna<br />
mountain, television, internet connection, library and a large<br />

Il B&B si trova all'inizio dell'AltaValsassina, in posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla<br />
funivia <strong>per</strong> Pian delle Betulle, una delle stazioni sciistiche della Valsassina, ma non<br />
lontano dal lago di Como (12Km). Punto di partenza <strong>per</strong> gli amanti dello sci, del<br />
parapendio e <strong>per</strong> passeggiate a tutti i livelli. In Valsassina inoltre si trovano maneggi,<br />
piste ciclabili , piscine, campi di tennis e minigolf. Nel palazzetto cinquecentesco<br />
interamente ristrutturato abbiamo messo a disposizione dei nostri <strong>ospiti</strong> un'intero<br />
piano: tre accoglienti camere da letto ognuna dotata di bagno con doccia, una<br />
caratteristica sala da pranzo dove gustare in compagnia un'abbondante colazione<br />
a base di prodotti tipici della zona , un confortevole salotto dove rilassarsi leggendo<br />
o scambiando quattro chiacchiere, un colorato giardino completa la <strong>casa</strong>. Siamo<br />
a disposizione <strong>per</strong> informazioni su passeggiate, vendita prodotti tipici, spunti<br />
gastronomici e culturali <strong>per</strong> vivere al meglio la Valsassina e il lago di Como.<br />
Our bed and breakfast is situated at the beginning of the Alta Valsassina, within<br />
easy reach of the cable car (just a few metres from the house) which takes you up<br />
to the Pian delle Betulle, one of the ski station of the Valsassina and Lake Como<br />
which is just 12 kilometres away.<br />
The bed and breakfast is the starting point for lovers of skiing, paragliding and<br />
walking at all levels.<br />
In the Valsassina also are horse-riding schools, cycling, swimming pools, tennis<br />
courts and minigolf.<br />
Our fifteenth century home has been fully renovated and one floor has been<br />
dedicated to our guests.<br />
There are three cosy bedrooms (each one with its own bathroom with shower),a<br />
characteristic dining room where you can enjoy a plentiful breakfast based on<br />
typical local products in company, a confortable sitting room where you can read<br />
chat or relax and a colourful garden completes the house.<br />

Local products, gastronomic and cultural fairs and festival, or anything else that<br />

La nostra <strong>casa</strong>, situata in posizione molto tranquilla ed isolata,<br />
con bellissimo panorama ai piedi della Grignetta; è circondata<br />
da ampio giardino ed è l'ideale <strong>per</strong> tranquilli soggiorni,<br />
escursioni, nonché la possibilità di sport e di svago.<br />
Una calda atmosfera creata soprattutto dagli arredi in legno,<br />
accoglie coloro che soggiornano presso di noi. Abbiamo<br />
riservato ai nostri <strong>ospiti</strong> due piani indipendenti.<br />
Al piano terra, in una rustica taverna con camino viene servita<br />
la prima colazione a buffet, con possibilità di accedere al giardino.<br />
Al secondo piano sono disposte le camere con servizi igienici<br />
privati, ed un soggiorno ad uso comune provvisto di cucina.<br />
L'ampio giardino che circonda la <strong>casa</strong> è l'ideale <strong>per</strong> momenti di<br />
relax e i bambini possono giocare indisturbati in una piccola<br />
pineta, mentre in estate è possibile utilizzare il barbecue <strong>per</strong><br />
grigliate all'a<strong>per</strong>to. Il comprensorio delle Grigne offre ottime<br />
possibilità <strong>per</strong> il tempo libero e la pratica di sport in un ambiente<br />
naturale unico: mountain bike, camminate, ascensioni e <strong>per</strong> i<br />
più es<strong>per</strong>ti innumerevoli vie d'arrampicata classiche e sportive.<br />
Siamo a vostra disposizione <strong>per</strong> informazioni alpinistiche grazie<br />
all'es<strong>per</strong>ienza accumulata nella trascorsa conduzione del Rifugio<br />
Carlo Porta.<br />

Il nostro B&B è sito nel tranquillo paesino di Tremenico altezza 750 s.l.m. (Prov. Lecco,<br />
Lago di Como). Le spiagge di Dervio sono a 9 Km dove è quindi possibile praticare<br />
molti sport acquatici<br />
quale Nuoto , Vela, Surf, Windsurf , Kitesurf .<br />
Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Mandello e Lecco sono raggiungibili in 30 minuti di<br />
macchina. Entro il raggio di 50 km si possono visitare: la Valtellina, la Valchiavenna, la<br />
Valsassina e la Svizzera (Lugano e St. Moritz). La particolare posizione geografica ne fa<br />
un punto di partenza ideale <strong>per</strong> escursioni sulle montagne circostanti (Monte Legnone<br />
2610 m, Pizzo 3 Signori 2550 m). Trekking e facili escursioni alla ricerca di angoli naturali<br />
di particolare bellezza, da cui poter godere splendidi panorami (Legnoncino, Artesso,<br />
Agrogno, Lentrèe, ecc.). Nel campo sportivo comunale polivalente (a 20 m) è possibile<br />
praticare: calcio, tennis, pallavolo, pallacanestro. Sono disponibili 6 posti letto in 3<br />
camere (possibilità aggiunta terzo letto) con servizio privato o in comune, Sat-TV in<br />
camera. La colazione, abbondante e varia, è servita nella sala relax, con prodotti della<br />
nostra valle quali: torte, marmellate, miele ,uova ,ecc. Garage <strong>per</strong> moto.<br />
Bed & Breakfast is in Tremenico (Lc), a quiet village situated at 750 mt. altitude (Prov.<br />
Lecco Lake Como). The beaches of Dervio are 9 Km away. The proximity to Como Lake<br />
allows to make many aquatic sports. In Dervio you can find sail, surf, kitesurf and<br />
windsurf courses.<br />
Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Mandello and Lecco can be reached in 30 minutes by car.<br />
In a range of 50 km you can also visit Valtellina, Valchiavenna, Valsassina and Switzerland<br />

Villa Bianca il B&B di Vendrogno nella piccola frazione di<br />
Mosnico a 789 m sul versante sud del monte Muggio. Posizione<br />
privilegiata e unica <strong>per</strong> il clima, fresco d'estate e secco quasi<br />
tiepido d'inverno, determinato dalla vicinanza del centro lago,<br />
l'esposizione a sud e dalle correnti alpine che s'infilano in<br />
Valsassina. La villa è immersa nel verde del suo parco e si<br />
affaccia sulla valle come un grande balcone fiorito. La Grigna<br />
e i pizzi di Parlasco offrono un panorama molto suggestivo e<br />
"mutevole". Villa Bianca dispone di 3 camere con balcone e<br />
servizi riservati agli <strong>ospiti</strong>. Le camere sono arredate <strong>per</strong> il<br />
vostro confort con letti benessere. Colazione internazionale<br />
anche con prodotti biologici e frutta di stagione coltivata nel<br />
nostro frutteto. Su prenotazione è possibile pranzare e cenare<br />
presso gli agriturismi poco distanti. Parapendio, canyoning<br />
roccia, sci, vela, escursioni in montagna e equitazione sono<br />
alcuni dei vari sport che si possono praticare nella nostra<br />
zona. Bellano e Varenna distano pochi minuti d'auto da<br />
Mosnico. Potrete quindi imbarcarvi e visitare il lago di Como<br />
con i suoi incantevoli paesi e i giardini delle più belle ville. Dal<br />
monte Muggio si possono ammirare magnifici e unici<br />
panorami del lago di Como e delle sue montagne.<br />
