QUANDO IL KART È D’ORO
RIGHETTI RIDOLFI, AZIENDA LEADER NEL MONDO DELLA
PRODUZIONE DI COMPONENTI PER IL KART, HA DECISO
DI PUNTARE SU DUE TEAM PER IL RITORNO ALLE GARE
DI GOLD KART, UNO DEI SUOI MARCHI DI PUNTA. PER
SVILUPPARE I PRODOTTI, MA, SOPRATTUTTO, PER VINCERE.
PER IL MOMENTO A LIVELLO NAZIONALE MA, PRESTO, PER
CONQUISTARE IL MONDO.
Quando c’è la volontà di ritornare a correre
in pista, la prima cosa da fare è cercare le
persone giuste. La Righetti Ridolfi ha voluto
rilanciare in pista il marchio Gold Kart. E, per farlo, si
è accorta che le persone migliori alle quali si poteva
affidare, ce le aveva in casa (o erano passate da lì
qualche anno prima). Così è successo che, in poco
tempo, si sono venuti a creare due Team: quello, già
collaudato, gestito da Roberto Taglienti (con l’aiuto
della sua famiglia) e quello, tutto nuovo, partito
dall’entusiasmo di due tecnici che da diversi anni
lavorano con l’azienda veneta.
GOLD KART E TAGLIENTI
La storia della famiglia Taglienti si è intrecciata spesso
con quella della Righetti Ridolfi. Il Taglienti Kart Team
nasce nel 1982, in provincia di Frosinone. Già allora
Roberto vendeva prodotti dell’azienda veneta e li
utilizzava in pista per i suoi kart. Il passo successivo è
stato fatto nel 1992: Righetti Ridolfi vuole un reparto
corse Gold Kart e Roberto diventa uno dei motoristi del
Team ufficiale (che, nel 1996, con Giuseppe Palmieri e
nel 1997 con Sauro Cesetti raccoglierà rispettivamente
un secondo e un terzo posto nel Campionato del
Mondo 125 Formula FC). Lo scorso anno, più o
meno nel mese di giugno, è successa la stessa cosa.
Perché, dice Giampaolo Righetti, responsabile
dell’Amministrazione del Gruppo: “Roberto è una
delle persone più serie che io conosca nel mondo
del kart”. Così, dopo una prima mezza stagione,
peraltro iniziata con l’utilizzo di materiale Mac
Minarelli, altro marchio del gruppo veneto, è partita
quest’anno l’avventura con il Team ufficiale Gold Kart:
“Giampaolo mi ha chiamato”, dice Roberto Taglienti,
Team Manager, “e non ho avuto dubbi sul fatto che
volesse affrontare questa avventura in una certa
maniera”. E, infatti, i risultati non sono mancati. Come
quello che sta conseguendo Luigi Musio in KZ2: ora è
terzo nella classifica generale dell’Open Masters. Ma
l’ambizione del Team va oltre la lotta per la conquista
dell’Open. C’è la volontà di cercare anche un altro
pilota per puntare dritto alla Coppa del Mondo KZ1
che si correrà a Sarno (SA) in settembre. Perché se
è vero che Roberto Taglienti, con il suo Team, sta
facendo un ottimo lavoro di sviluppo dei prodotti Gold
Kart fornendo indicazioni preziose per gli ingegneri
della Gold Kart, è vero anche che quando Righetti
Ridolfi decide di scendere in pista, lo si fa perché vuole
vincere. Con tutti i mezzi e l’entusiasmo possibile.
GOLD KART E DYNAMIX
Ed entusiasmo è anche la parola chiave che ha spinto
Giampaolo Righetti a investire su un altro Team e
su Luca Giacomazzi, 35 anni, e Luca Gaburro, 31.
Due giovani che lavorano in Righetti Ridolfi durante
la settimana e che, poi nel weekend, cominciano ad
occuparsi del Team Dynamix Motorsport. Andavano in
pista senza avere un Team fino all’inizio di quest’anno
poi, vista la passione, la competenza e l’entusiasmo
dei due ragazzi, la Righetti Ridolfi ha puntato su
di loro. Luca Giacomazzi è il Team Manager, Luca
Gaburro è più telaista e meccanico. Per ora loro sono
la squadra. E alla guida? Il tedesco Claudio Mack
che ha partecipato all’ultima prova dell’Open Masters
e che sta dando battaglia nel Trofeo 4 tempi, corso
sulla pista di Ala di Trento, dove ha chiuso secondo in
gara 1 e primo in gara 2. Risultati ma anche progetti.
“C’è la volontà di ampliare il Team”, dice Giampaolo
Righetti, “perché abbiamo la volontà di partecipare
al Mondiale Rok e alla Monaco Cup”. Insomma,
lavori in corso, ma con tanta voglia di arrivare. “Poi”,
aggiunge Luca Giacomazzi, “è un vantaggio correre
in pista con dei materiali che ritroviamo durante la
settimana in azienda e che riusciamo a sviluppare al
meglio…”. Dalla pratica alla teoria. O, meglio, dalla
pista alla teoria.

WHEN KARTING TURNS GOLD
RIGHETTI RIDOLFI, A LEADING COMPANY IN THE
PRODUCTION OF COMPONENTS FOR KARTS, HAS DECIDED
TO BACK TWO TEAMS FOR THE RETURN TO RACING OF
GOLD KART, ONE OF THEIR MOST IMPORTANT MAKES. THEIR
INTENTION IS TO DEVELOP THE PRODUCT, BUT ABOVE ALL,
TO WIN. FOR THE TIME BEING AT A NATIONAL LEVEL, BUT
SOON AT A WORLD LEVEL.
When you decide that you want to return to
racing, the first thing to do is search for the
right people. Righetti Ridolfi wanted to relaunch
the Gold Kart make on track. And he realised
that to do so he already had the right people for the
job in house (or at least that had been in house a few
years ago). Therefore in no time at all two teams were
created: the tried and tested team managed by Roberto
Taglienti (with the help of his family) and an all new
team, born from the enthusiasm of two mechanics who
have been working with the Venitian team for several
years.
GOLD KART & TAGLIENTI
The history of the Taglienti family is often entwined
with that of the Righetti Ridolfi family. The Taglienti
Kart Team was established in 1982, in the province
of Frosinone. Back then Roberto was already selling
the company products and he also used them on track
for his karts. The next step was taken in 1992: Righetti
Ridolfi wanted to open a racing department called
Gold Kart and Roberto became one of the engine
engineers of the official Team (which took second place
and a third place respectively in the 125 FC Formula
World Championship with Giuseppe Palmieri in 1996
and with Sauro Cesetti in 1997). In just about the
same period of last year (in June) history repeated
itself. Giampaolo Righetti, who is responsible for the
Administration of the Group, said: “Roberto is one of
the most serious people I know in the karting world”.
Therefore, after an initial half season, started using Mac
Minarelli material, another make of the company from
Venice, a new adventure is starting this year with the
official Gold Kart Team: “Giampaolo called me”, said
Roberto Taglienti, Team Manager, “and I had no doubts
that he intended to take things seriously”. In fact, the
results have already been seen. Such as those being
obtained by Luigi Musio in KZ2: he is now third in the
overall standings of the Open Masters. But the teams
ambitions go way beyond the battle to win an Open.
The intention is to find another driver and to aim straight
for the KZ1 World Cup that takes place in Sarno (SA)
in September. It is evident that Roberto Taglienti and his
team are doing an excellent job developing the Gold
Kart products and supplying precious feedback to the
Gold Kart engineers, but at the same time it is also true
that when Righetti Ridolfi decides to take to the track, he
does so because he wants to win, using every possible
means and, above all, enthusiasm.

And enthusiasm is also the key word that has driven
Giampaolo Righetti to invest in another team and
in Luca Giacomazzi, aged 35, and Luca Gaburro,
aged 31. Two young men who work in Righetti Ridolfi
during the week and then at the weekends work for
Team Dynamix Motorsport. They were on the track
without a Team up until the beginning of this year,
and then, considering the passion, the capability and
the enthusiasm shown by the two men, Righetti Ridolfi
decided to give them a chance. Luca Giacomazzi is
Team Manager, Luca Gaburro is more chassis specialist
and mechanic. For now they are the team. The drivers?
German Claudio Mack who competed in the last race
of the Open Masters and who is battling in the 4 stroke
Trophy, which takes place at the Ala track in Trento,
where he finished second in race 1 and first in race
2. Results but plans as well. “We want the Team to
grow”, said Giampaolo Righetti, “because we want to
participate in the Rok World Championship and in the
Monaco Cup”. Work in progress then, but with bags of
will to win. Luca Giacomazzi adds: “it is an advantage
to race using material that we are working with during
the week at work and that we can develop to the best of
our capabilities…”. From practice to theory. Or rather,
from the track to theory.
