DATI TECNICI DEI BOZZELLI PER BARCHE D’EPOCA PROGETTATI E COSTRUITI DALLA SOLIMAR
Solimar per realizzare i suoi bozzelli d’epoca ha svolto una ricerca capillare. Inizialmente ha parlato con i vecchi mastri
artigiani e poi ha rintracciato i pochi vecchi bozzelli studiandone la bellezza e la semplicità della struttura.
Il nostro ufficio tecnico ha combinato il lavoro di ebanisteria delle casse in legno con la meccanica delle forcelle e delle
pulegge in bronzo meccanico realizzando così bozzelli di qualsiasi dimensione e modello, normali, apribili, a slitta, volanti,
grilli, bitte ecc. .
I nostri prodotti si contraddistinguono per qualità affidabilità e funzionalità.
I dati tecnici sono i seguenti:
1) Parte strutturale in bronzo alluminio lavorata di tornio lucidata a specchio.
2) I perni sono in acciaio inox AISI 304 o 316 rettificati e con bulloni autobloccanti. Per alti carichi i bulloni sono in
acciaio 17 4 PH o Nitronic 50
3) Le pulegge sono in bronzo lavorate di tornio a controllo numerico.
4) Lo scorrimento nelle pulegge grandi (da diam. 120 a diam. 250) è su rullini e boccole rettificate inox mentre per le
pulegge piccole è su cuscinetti sinterizzati autolubrificati
5) La cassa in legno è in frassino di prima qualità privo di difetti e alburni e assemblata con colle epossidiche e perni
filettati in ottone. I perni sono poi sigillati da tappi incollati o con perni di battuta.
La lavorazione di tipo artigianale è molto accurata. Il bozzello in legno viene lavorato di carrozzeria per la verniciatura
così eseguita: bagno a immersione in vernice turapori, 4 mani di vernice trasparente.
Il ns. catalogo mostra solo una piccola parte della produzione di materiali in bronzo e acciaio inox . Il nostro ufficio tecnico

SOLIMAR BLOCKS TECHNICAL DETAILS
Solimar developed a very detailed research to realize its classical blocks. At first we spoke with old craftsmen and then we
traced few old blocks to study their beauty and the simplicity of the structure.
Our technical office joined the cabinet-making work of the wooden box with bronze forks and bronze sheaves mechanical
work, to realize, in this way, blocks of every shape and model, standard, opening, fieddle, shackles, bits, ecc
Our products stand out because of quality, reliability and functionality.
Blocks technical details:
1) Bronze aluminium structural part turned mirror polished
2) S.s. aisi 316 or 304 rectified pins with self-locking bolts. For high loads these bolts are made in steel 17 4 Ph or
Nitronic 50.
3) Sheaves made of bronze, worked c.n.
4) The sliding of big sheave (from diam. 120 to diam. 250) is on rollers and s.s. rectified bushings while for small
sheaves it is on self lubricated rollers
5) The wooden box is selected high quality ash wood
The working is very careful. The wooden block is worked in the body shop and then it is painted as follows: dipping in the
sealer and 4 transparent coats.

DETAILS TECHNIQUES DES POULIES SOLIMAR
Solimar a développé une recherche très soignée pour pouvoir faire les poulies classiques, d’abord nous avons parlé avec
les vieux artisans et puis nous avons trouvé les vieilles poulies pour étudier la beauté et la simplicité de leur structure.
Notre bureau technique a concilié le travail des ebanistes des casses en bois avec la mécanique des fourches et des poulies
en bronze, pour réaliser, dans cette façons, poulies des différents dimensions et models, standard, ouvrables, poulie bastaque,
manilles, bittes, ecc
Nos produits sont caractérisés par qualité, fiabilité et fonctionnalité.
Donnés techniques des poulies Solimar:
1) Partie structurale en bronze faite au tour, polie miroir
2) Pivots en acier aisi 316 ou 304 avec boulons autobloquants. Les boulons, pour haute charge, sont en acier 17 4 PH
ou Nitronic 50.
3) Les poulies sont usinées c.n.
4) Dans les poulies grands (de diam. 120 jusqu’au 250diam.) le glissement est sur boites inox alors que les poulies
plus petites glissent sur galets autolubrifiants
5) Les boites sont en bois de frêne de qualité supérieure
Le travail est très soigné. La poulie en bois est travaillée de carrosserie et la peinture est la suivante : immersion cercleuse
et 4 mains de émail transparent.
