He works as an archaeologist and curator of the Museu d’Arqueologia de Catalunya-
Empúries.

Period.
He has participated in many research projects of the Ministry of Culture of the Spanish
Government.
He is the director of some excavation projects in different sites: Empúries, Vilauba
(Camós), Ermedàs (Cornellà del Terri), La Quintana (Cervià de Ter), La Font
del Vilar (Avinyonet de Puigventós), Can Ventura de l’Oller (Santa Perpètua de
Mogoda).
He has published some books and articles about the Greek and Roman Empordà and
about the Romanization of the north-east Iberian Peninsula in national and foreign
journals.

She works as archaeologist and curator in the Museu d’Arqueologia de Catalunya -
Empúries. Now in charge of the direction of this museum.
She has taken part in many excavation and research projects developed at the archaeological
site of Empúries, along the past 25 years.
At the present moment, in charge of the editorial board of the Empúries archaeological
journal (edited by the Museu d’Arqueologia de Catalunya at Barcelona).
She has also taken part in different research projects granted by the Ministry of Science
and Innovation of the Spanish Government.
She has also taken part in the direction of the excavation of the Roman baths at Caldes
de Malavella (Girona), between 1990 and 1993.
She has published some books and numerous articles and papers (included in Spanish
and other foreign journals, and also in proceedings of meetings and congresses), mainly
centred in archaeology of ancient Emporion.
